This text was a required resource in the Doctoral Leadership Seminar I, a course in the EdD curriculum at the American College of Education. I found this text to not only be eminently readable, but also carried a solid scholarly tone. The inventories and other tools in the appendix assisted me in assessing my own leadership style and offered more information about management and leadership. I enjoyed reading this book and will likely read it again soon!
