I really find it uncomfortable to feel the “us vs them” vibe from a book like this. So many assumptions are unjustly made and both sides are often guilty. People are unique individuals, not to be painted with a one-size-fits-all brush. Getting to know each other is the best part of a relationship of any kind, friends or more. No one needs to hurt others because they don’t fit the cookie mold. Learning about our differences is what make each of us fun and intriguing.

Lucas is a personal trainer for rich women and when he does extra things, he gets better tips. One day he is getting ready for a client when he sees a woman that catches his attention. Aila is in the gym on a three-day pass when she meets Lucas. Lucas starts hitting on her and she thinks its to get her to sign up to the gym. However, Lucas is persistent and walks her out to get her number and a date. He knows that he knows her somehow but isn't sure how. When they go out he wants to be upfront and explains how he used to make extra money at the gym but that he doesn't do it anymore. Aila is surprised by what he says and agrees to continue their date. Will they both find what they are looking for with each other?
This is an amazing story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

This is a short novella, fast and steamy with Aila, a BBW who knows what she wants and goes for it. Loved her character! I love a story with a strong woman who is not afraid to take what she wants and Aila is that. As for Lucas he works at a luxury fitness resort getting rich older women in shape for whatever. And he is not afraid to do what needs to be done to get extra dollars in tips but it finally donned on him that he did not want that kind of life. The minute he sees Aila he knows she is the one but what will she think of him when she finds out about his past. I really liked this story, even though in the beginning I thought, ewww Lucas is a manwhore, yuk, but I ended up really liking him and Aila. This is a really good story and I really enjoyed it.

4.5 stars. Lucas, the male lead, is a personal trainer for rich people. When Aila, the female lead, trials the gym he works at, he immediately approaches her but she knocks him back. He pursues her because his attraction is genuine, and they find points of interest.
This short story is dual POV, well written and edited, and I LOVED the title when the context was provided - I adore inside jokes within a relationship. I enjoyed Lucas’ gentle pursuit as well as Aila’s self-confidence and her determination to ensure that Lucas was genuine. The intimate scenes were sexy and erotic and I enjoyed them. A lovely, low angst, sexy read.

This book focuses on Lucas and Aila. Lucas has been a personal trainer at a luxury fitness resort that caters to the rich for the last 2 years and has done some interesting things to earn more money to help pay for his family’s bills. When he sees Aila working out at the gym, he is instantly drawn to her and tries to get her to give him a chance. He knows pretty quickly that she is the one for him. I love that Lucas is determined to make Aila his forever and doesn’t shy away from his past. He is upfront and honest with her, which makes her fall for him even more. They were absolutely perfect together! This was a great story!

This is an easy quick read that is entertaining, romantic, steamy, fantastic read, great hero, great heroine with an awesome plot. Lucas works as a personal sports trainer at a luxury resort for rich and older women. Lucas does what it takes to get extra tips all while taking care of his mom and sister. Aila is plus size and has an online clothing boutique. The two meet when Aila comes to the gym to work out and Lucas is totally smitten and attracted to Aila. Lucas knows that Aila is who he is looking for and waste no time in seeking her out. Lucas ask Aila if she would like to go out and have dinner and Aila agrees. These two are awesome together.

I liked this story a lot. It was entertaining and enjoyable with a couple of exceptions. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Babs kind of irritated me. Lucas was working at a resort as a personal trainer when he saw a woman that he wanted to get to know better. He had quite the past. She shot him down very quickly but he wasn't going to give up that easily. They were attracted to each other immediately and Lucas was positive that he had seen Aila before. Aila wasn't sure what angle Lucas was working but she was willing to see what he did if she gave him a chance. Aila was an inspiration with her business, blog, and goals. I liked how the story ended. I recommend reading this book.

This was a great book. Alia and Lucas were awesome together. I enjoyed the connection and chemistry between these two. These two are grown to each other but Lucas us afraid that Alia may not want anything to do with him because of is not so distant past. There isn't much drama in this book and Alia makes Lucas work for her attention and there are a lot of funny moments int his book. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it.

Lucas was working as a personal trainer in a resort for the wealthy, he was constantly hit on by older wealthy woman and used that to his advantage. He was becoming cynical and tired of his lifestyle. As soon as he sees Alia across they gym it is love at first sight. Cute read. Aila is just trying to be her best and joins a gym where Lucas is a trainer. His job has come with perks, specifically in the form of older women giving him extra as part of his job. He is getting tired of that life and see's Aila as his new future. From her side, I appreciate that she didn't judge him too badly for his suspect choices in the past. I love his pursuit of her, these two were cute and balanced each other well.

Ok, I don't think I'll ever be able to hear or read those words again without thinking about this book. Another terrific story from my favorite author. I loved loved the chemistry between Alia and Lucas. Her confidence was inspiring to read and the experiences that Lucas had and how it had changed him was also inspiring. This was a fantastic book! I wish there were more men like Lucas in real life! He was so genuine, caring and honest. His said what meant and he meant what he said. More people should be like that! He was absolutely swoon-worthy! Aila was really great as well, initially I didn't like how she made assumptions about Lucas, but didn't think he should do the same... I dislike double standards. She absolutely redeemed herself and I fell in love with them as a couple! This was such a great story!

When Aila got a 3-day pass to a local gym she decides to go. She meets Lucas a personal trainer and a spark is ignited. I loved how from the moment Lucas sees Aila he falls for her and her curves instantly. This is a short story but it isn't missing a thing, from the likable characters to the great storyline this is an entertaining read. The writing is well done and the story is packed with a bit of drama, instalove, steam, and a happily ever after. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
