This very well written, short story in the Sassy Ever After Series is very fun and has some really great characters. These characters are very well crafted and you get to see how the characters from the first book are doing. I loved this story, but hate what had happened to his mom. I cannot wait to read more in the series and by one of my favorite Authors, C.D. Gorri. It is a great read and a must buy.

OMG! Talk about fighting it all the way. Loved the characters and story. Her wolf is going to hurt her is she denies their mate. His lion is getting impatient with him. So he talks her into going to his pride with him as his "mate" they both know she is for real. I really loved this book. Don't miss out on this one. It will make you laugh at times wondering who is she fooling. When she sees his family home she is dazzled.Another great read by this author.

GREAT book! I really enjoyed reading it!! Sheila is one feisty Dire Wolf shifter, and Leo is a calm, cool and collected Lion shifter. They are fated mates, and the perfect foil for each other!

Patience is a virtue...

They'd been nomads until recently when the Alpha of the Dirk Wolf Motorcycle club choice Blue Creek for their new home.
She should have seen this coming now there were flashing lights behind her just what Shelia needed.
At least he didn't give her a ticket this time if only her wolf would quit mooning over him.
The last thing Leo wanted to deal with right this minute was his dumb cousin who he could command him. He really didn't have time for any of this with a group of human protesters trying to get permits.
Leo had many grievances towards his father and he didn't see those being resolved.
As he thought of a certain girl she had away of getting under his skin and the truth was she knew and so did he.
Leo knew patience is a virtue he could wait.
Shelia's wolf knew the minute he walked in the door and she was letting her know she wasn't happy with her.
Leo's tolerance towards his pride was getting to him, he'd already made his feelings known.
He didn't like being placed in this position the elder was out of line trying to force his hand.
Leo needed time off from his job and he he was where she work however that didn't keep him from stalking over to Shelia.
Leo had been nearly in heaven she'd finally kissed him so having the private moment interrupted by her cousin Derrick .
Nevertheless he had a dozy of a plan all he needed was one sexy dire wolf female to achieve his goals.

Leo is a lion who knows Sheila the only female Dire Wolf is his fated mate but she's going to give him a run for his money. She avoids him, ignores him and says it isn't so. Follow along as they work through things and Leo also has family issues that come up as well. A well written book and I loved it. I think you will as well.

Sheila was a cousin of the alpha of the dire wolf mc and worked in the bar they all owned. Leo was the lion prince and a detective in the police force and always knew that Sheila was his fated mate. But she wanted to deny it and fought it, then he asked to go with him when he went to see his dad. He was sick and dieing also missed his mate that had died. Sheila finally realized that what Leo said about them being mates was true and they were mated. But there was a few problems that needed to be taken care of a the palace that got taken care of and his dad getting his health back. Everything was working out for everyone and his father got a new lease on life and Leo was ok with that. Loved this book! Always a great ending!

I love the Sassy World Series. Every book I’ve read I have not been able to put down. Sheila is one strong dire wolf who is trying to ignore her fated mate Leo, who is a Lion. She feels no good for him and doesn’t think she will be that great of a mother. So she continues to push him away but Leo ain’t having that. He will have her but will go at a slow pace. This Prince is about to get his Princess whether she wants to admit it or not.

This was a fun and sexy story. The sassiness continues! Leo is a great hero, sexy, loyal, determined and committed. Sheila has some issues to work through but she is a very strong heroine. It was great to see Lucy a Derrick and the rest of the Dire Wolf pack. I loved the hunt at the next mate couple. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

With everything going on in our world today I love being able to jump into another world creative by the great imagination of Cd Gorri! Yes she has done it again with conflict, dark and steamy with bad and good shifters. What an amazing read!! This one wil not disappoint!!

I am really enjoying reading about these dire wolves. The author really spent a lot of time building these characters and adding details to their relationship that by the time I reached the end I felt invested in their future. I love the story and how these two and family pulled together to save the day. I especially enjoyed the epilogue and the way the author had Leo just jump whole heartedly into the Dire Wolf way of mating with no hesitation. I can guess which wolf will find fate’s gift of a mate next, but no matter who it is, I can’t wait to read what happens.

Leo prides himself on being patient, and thank goodness because winning Sheila as his fated mate tries even his patience! When Sheila realizes they are meant to be, that sets things in motion to fix her heart, make Leo the happiest shifter alive, and set things to rights in his Pride. I loved this book.

Sheila has only known the open road, sleeping under the stars, no attachments other than her MC pac until the pack was welcomed to a small shifter town and the opened a bar. But one whiff of her fated mate and she sees her Freedom ending but will do everything possible to keep that day far in the future. The straight and narrow policeman is going to have his work cut out for him. I loved the back and forth banter as well as how Sheila's view of having a mate changes as she gets to know Leo more and trusts that he loves her for herself. Her misguided feeling of not being good enough or have the sticking power is put to rest. Great characters and story is fun.

Now she smells her fated mate and all she can think of is there goes her freedom. Leo, a policeman, has his work cut out for him trying to tie down his mate. The banter between the two is fabulous and Sheila finally changes the way she sees her mate as she gets to know him. This was a fun read for me. Sheila is definitely sassy and is a Dire wolf shifter. She knows when she sees Leo that he is her mate, but she doesn't want a mate. Leo is a lion shifter who is her total opposite but he knows what he wants he just needs to be patient. This is a great story I could not put down. Would definitely recommend reading this book.

This is the story of Sheila and Leonard. She is a dire wolf and he is a lion shifter and a shifter detective. The elders want him to take a mate to become King of the Pride. Well he’s found his mate in Sheila. Too bad she wants nothing to do with him and is definitely not looking to settle down. I enjoyed this story as these two go head to head. I am loving this series. The characters are so much fun. Sheila is a feisty wolf, who does not want a mate. Leo however, does. And he is extremely patient. Their journey to HEA is full of surprises. The addition of humor makes this a great romance. Can't wait for more. This is my honest opinion of an advanced copy I received.

Breaking Sass: Sassy Ever After (Dire Wolf Mates Book 2) by C.D. Gorri is an awesome story to read. This is book number two in this awesome series and I am hooked I can not wait to read more. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about Wolf shifters and paranormal romances.

The second book in the Dire Wolf Mates series a well written story that kept me turning pages. Sheila Rand is the only female member of the Dire Wolf Motorcycle Club and Leonard Crowley is one of Blue Creek Police Department’s only Shifter detectives, and surprise these two are Mates. There is suspense, drama, danger, evil, a villain, and romance. I hope there is going to be more to come in this series. Sheila is the cousin to the alpha of the Dire Wolf alpha and a member of the Dire Wolf MC. She really enjoyed the life of freedom she has had traveling the country with her MC but she is ready to settle in one place. She isn't ready to settle down with a mate and start a family. She is afraid that she won't be able to handle raising kids or cubs so she is determined to stay single. It is too bad that she has already found the man who her wolf claims is her mate. She refuses to think about or admit to having a mate, especially a law and order cop and lion shifter.
