Why is this psychological practice trending everywhere?

Would you like to regain control of your mind, thoughts, and patterns? Are you tired of your self-destructive habits, taking two steps back after taking a step forward?

If so, YOU NEED to keep reading...

The shadow is the part of ourselves that we don't want to admit exists. It's the part of us that is ugly, that is flawed, that is hurt, and that is afraid. We try to hide it away, but it always seems to find a way to rear its head when we least expect it.

When we don't face our shadow, it can lead to all sorts of problems in our lives.

We might find ourselves acting out in ways we don't understand, lashing out at the people we love, or engaging in self-destructive behaviors.

Ignoring the shadow can also lead to depression, anxiety, and a general feeling of disconnectedness from the world.

However, when we do face our shadow, we can begin to heal the wounds that have been festering inside of us for years.

We can start to understand why we act the way we do, and we can learn how to better deal with our emotions. We can also begin to develop a more positive relationship with ourselves and with the world around us.

This Shadow Work Journal has everything you'll need to get started. Keep this workbook on hand as a means of exploring and healing your subconscious' darkest recesses.

Shadow work will help you become more conscious of subconscious self-sabotaging tendencies.

So it is essential to recognize past patterns and behavior, but also to explore the deep rooting cause and have a practical way to take on the past shadows, overcome past traumas, and transcend your current self to become the authentic you!

This is a practical toolkit, which you can use each and every day.

It's simple to follow with effective activities, exercises, journaling prompts, and more to help you on your journey of self-discovery.

Perhaps one of the most crucial benefits of having this journal is that it'll help keep you accountable and motivated throughout your journey to recovery.

Could have been great.

This could have been a great book. But it seems almost like just something someone threw together to make passive income. I say this because there are a bunch of questions that take up a page in the book but they don't really direct you to what to do with the answers.

Clear, gentle and profound

I found this book incredibly clear and easy to follow, which is a bonus when you’re dealing with something as nebulous as shadow work. I’ve had an interest in the topic for many years due to the therapy work I’ve done, but I’ve never read a book that set out how to do it as accessibly as this one.

The questions for exercises are well thought out and sequenced. Some of the sections will take time to work through and digest. I suspect you could come back to these questions across many years and still get a lot out of them.

I really like the simplicity of this book, as it makes what can be a somewhat frightening and confronting topic more approachable. This book gave me the courage to dig more deeply into the self exploration of shadow work and for that I am deeply grateful. Answers to a number of the questions posed make me hopeful I can let go of some childhood patterns that don’t serve me now. The thought of being free of these is a great relief!

One of the best books I've read about shadow work

What a wonderful book! It's well-written and full of wisdom. The author provides concrete writing excersizes and thoughtful explanations about shadow work and it's benefits. Highly recommended for both personal and professional work.

A Must Buy!

I recommend this to anyone trying to heal inner demons, people who are or intend to become parents, and honestly just to anyone in general. I have learned so much through this book and my shadow work. I also believe that revisiting some of the posed questions every month and/or year would continue to be beneficial.

A very powerful look into oneself.

This book explains some details about how to work towards your better self. I enjoyed the questions they used to help you sort through your emotions and why they are the way they are!

great book!

This was my first time hearing or reading about shadow work. My favorite chapter was chapter 3, I really enjoyed picturing my 10 yr old self in a positive light before doing any hard work!
