I will say that I did not fully read this book. While I did skim over and read the parts I did find interesting, this type of life style is not for me. Growing up my mother’s good friend was homeopathic doctor and we did use some natural remedies in my house (and even till this day continues to use some). Also since my mother had two battles of breast cancer she is unable to use a lot of chemicals in her body to deal with a lot of sickness and disease, so she continues to rely on natural remedies for herself. I'm just not sure I can really get into this life style or apply it to my everyday life. I really wish I could I just don’t have the time and lets me honest this life style is very expensive as well.

I enjoyed the book and the information I just couldn't sit down and read the whole book as a book. I think it's better as a reference book to go back to when needing a natural remedy.

Dr. Brad Turner lists vinegar as an alkaline (pg. 10) which, for me, adds a layer of doubt to his remedies.
