Everly is back home in Cranberry Corner for her job. Burke let the love of his life go to fulfill her dreams ,now she is back and he will try to show her that she should be right here with him. Second chance, sweet ,romantic and with a sweet HEA😍😍 Like so often with friends to lovers..... I hated that they said they loved the other ,but had other partners(fleeting or not).... But that's just totally my personal preference 😉

This romance is a MUST READ!!! I adored Everly and Burke!! These two were meant for each other but Everly had dreams of big city life and Burke didn’t want to be the one to hold her back. When work brings her back to her hometown and the only man she’s ever loved, she’s a bit of a Christmas grump. She’s trying to protect her heart and doesn’t realize that he was trying to protect both of their hearts. Will they get another chance to show each other the love they’ve held inside? Or will big city life take her away again?

I am in LOVE with Burke, his mountain man persona, and his passion for Everly. He falls to his knees for her and is finally willing to be selfish at a chance to love her. I don’t have the words to express how much I adored his character. I loved him and Everly together and enjoyed reading their romance. The time they spend together is incredibly sweet with a bit of tension that builds until neither one can deny how they feel. Things get extremely spicy after that! The heat level of this book was scorching in the best way. All of the feels build up to a touching ending. I loved this book from start to finish and definitely recommend reading it.

I love Cranberry Corner. It does Christmas right so I feel full of the warm fuzzies. And I love getting to visit with the residents that we've met in the previous books. While there are sexy times that isn't even close to the main focus...which is heart and home. Everly is a woman who left CC to have a big life and Burke is the man she left behind. Burke company has been hired to show her and her crew around CC because the do Christmas right. I never like to say too much in my reviews because I don't want to give anything away. I will say without hesitation that if it's Piper Cook is going to be a warm, heart filled book with just the right amount of steam. The characters are going to be people that you would love to be your best friends and you're going to finish the story with a contented sigh.

Burke has loved Everly forever, but did not want to hold her back from her dreams, so he pushed her to leave for NYC. Now that he has her back in his town - and his arms - this Christmas, will he be able to hold onto her this time around, or is this just a fling to get one another out of their systems? An entertaining, short, sweet and steamy holiday second chance romance.

Everly left Cranberry Corner to follow her dream. Unfortunately she left heartbroken because of another dream. Burke didn’t love her enough to want her to stay. Burke thinks of Everly all the time but thinks he did the right thing by letting her leave to follow her dream. Now she’s back and Burke doesn’t think he can let her go a second time. Will he end up heartbroken if she doesn’t feel the same way? This was an awesome part of the Cranberry Corner series. Everly and Burke are obviously in love with each other but too stubborn to admit to the other how they really feel. Lots of chemistry that sparks between them and they both love the Christmas season and the magic it holds. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Everly left Cranberry Corner to follow her dream as a news anchor, now she returned to shoot a Christmas spot so did all the past comments. Burke loved Christmas and stayed in Cranberry Corner even when his parents left. Now he was tasked with showing the news team from the city around, he never expected the woman that he had let leave to return.

This was a sweet fast read with the perfect mix of Christmas magic and passion of the past that has Everly and Burke admit to their truths and feelings. Love the story.

Everly visits her home town, Cranberry Corner, from her job in NYC. She has been assigned to record the fabulous way the town celebrates the Christmas Holidays. Everly has fond memories of this but is then shocked when her tour guide for the seasons festivities turns out to be Burke her childhood friend from years ago with whom she had unrequited love. The trip does not start smoothly, but as she relaxes and starts to enjoy her trip and spending time with her family her head is slowly turned as is both Everly and Burke’s hearts. A romantic read with a helping of heat. I am loving this series so much.

A second chance to come home! This is about Burke and Everly. They have known each other forever, but when it was time for Burke to tell Everly how he felt, he gave her up for her to be happy. Everly thought the only thing she wanted was to be in the big city to make it big, and when Burke didn’t confess his love to her, that is precisely what she went for and found. Now she is back home to show off her small town in the next story for her newscast group, but she finds more than that.

What a great story for Christmas time and gives you a chance to believe in a Christmas miracle and second chance for love. Everly and Burke were sweethearts but when she wanted to move away to follow her dreams Burke didn't want to stand in her way and let her go. Second chance romance with your once all time crush, the one that let you go. Enjoyed the storyline and this little town of Cranberry Corner, being a top Christmas destination. Cute with all the winter scenes and tension between the main characters with a lot of unresolved issues. Great ending as both Everly and Burke get the best of both worlds.

I enjoyed watching them make their way to their HEA, and the author kept me on my toes with hope, awkwardness, misunderstandings and steam. Wonderful short and quick read. Everly and Burke once were in love. He let her go to fulfill her dreams of making it big as a tv news anchor. Everly finds herself back in Cranberry Corner covering the Christmas events since the news anchor who was suppose to cover it is now on bed rest. And who better to cover it than someone who is from there? Burke has never forgot about Everly and sees this as a second chance at love. This was a very entertaining read. Lots of passion and chemistry between Everly and Burke. Everly is finding out that she better off in Cranberry Corner than she ever was in the big city. I love how Burke goes about winning Everly's heart again. Great HEA.
