They broke me.

I stepped into the game at Crown Point Academy without knowing the rules, and I got played. Now I’ve been framed for Cerina Vincent’s murder, turning me back into an outcast and unleashing havoc for me on campus.

I can’t let the bullies win. Can’t let them destroy my life. I have to find out who really killed Cerina… but that answer won’t come easy.

The closer I get to the truth, the worse things become. More lies, more secrets, more danger. The whole town seems to be hiding a dark, terrible truth, and I need to uncover it before it’s too late.

Unless it’s already too late…

Wicked Rivals is a DARK high school bully romance with themes that some readers may find disturbing. It is the second book in the Crown Point Academy trilogy. The story continues in Wicked Heirs.

Arc Review

So are usually think a series standalone, meaning if I haven’t read the first book, would the storyline still make sense.

Yes, this story actually makes sense even, if you haven’t read the first book. So it would be better for you. Though not reading it, you’re still getting the main plot.

I do like how the framing was planned out by whomever. I’m also glad that Jax buckle down to be a ride or die, well, mainly to finally believe.

The cliffhanger go get it me because it was finally becoming more page turning as we’ve got to big knocked out moment.

This made me realise that there might be more than one person a part of this plot! I can’t wait to see how this is going to go, and why this happened in the first place.

A great second installment to the story, i liked how the author has drawn this out and is making us play the guessing game. Jax annoyed me towards the end of book one and most definitely in the beginning of this book...but i'm glad hes come to his senses and i loved the honesty of his character! There seems a lot more going on that we don't know about yet, so i'm super excited to see what happens in the next book. This is definitely full of mystery. lies and secrets!.

Wow

After the super intense ending of book one, this book is less bully romance and more of a murder mystery. It’s a race against time to find the real culprit. No one knows if Kinsey is innocent - not even her.

We get some questions answered, but wind up with still more as the author plays her cards very close to her chest. It’s a short sharp read that kept me hooked the whole way.

Just when I thought I knew what was going on, nope! So wrong. At first I was mad at Jax, I thought he kind of redeemed himself in book 1. But when Kinsey needed the most support he just turned his back on her. I really wanted to scream at Kinsey when she just forgave him and everything was ok.
This book was great from the beginning, we got some more answers and then the shocking cliffhanger finally showed us who’s behind everything. But now I have even more questions!! Onto book 3!

This second book gives us more answers but still leads quite a bit unsaid. Kinsey and Jax are still at it, and I truly don't know how to feel about them sometimes. So much happens and I wonder what is going to happen next.

Wicked Students

Wow! What a great book! You can enjoy this story even if you haven’t read Wicked Legacy. However, you will definitely want to read Wicked Heirs to learn the final outcome. Great storyline!.
