The Way of Reiki guides us on the path to becoming a better human being, softening our anger and worry so that we can live in a world of compassion and kindness. It is a must read for any Reiki practitioner or teacher who wants to bring more love into their practice, teachings and the world.
Many people often ask around me, what is Reiki, what do you practice .... ? Well, you will find all the answers in Frans Stiene's wonderful book "The way of Reiki - The Inner Teachings of Mikao Usui." Whether you are a practitioner or not, or simply curious, if you want to know more or deepen your daily practice, I strongly recommend reading Frans his new book,it has just come out and it is a marvelous book.I really liked the way how this book is structured in two parts, first of all the preparation to set up our Reiki practice, the definition of Reiki, the important elements that constitute it... We learn a lot and it's a necessary reminder for any activity after all: the foundations that are so important as the basis of any good practice. This is just exciting. The second part goes deep into the practice itself, the various degrees taught, the symbols, the Reiju, the mantras..... always with the purpose of deepening our knowledge of the practice of Reiki.Frans’s writing is clear, fluid and simple. Frans is passionate and exciting and he shares his love for this traditional Japanese spiritual practice without restraint. He has written this book with his heart, with a desire to transmit above all what carries him and his only motivation is love and sharing. This book is not only a gift to the Reiki community but also to anyone who wishes to find within themselves what has been forgotten, a return to their light, simply in order to sow the seed of compassion for themselves and for others. It’s a book that makes you feel good, a message of love and hope and reading it makes me happy. When you have finished reading The Way of Reiki - The Inner Teachings of Mikao Usui, you will return to it again and again, as I do, with a new perspective, with new answers to your questions… This is what makes it so beautiful
I heard Frans Steine being interviewed on a podcast about this book and he said something that captivated me. I got this book and found his purist approach to Reiki to be in line with what I'd been seeking. Frans has studied Reiki in Japan, along with the written teachings, for many years and with depth so his teachings are grounded in that base of knowledge. I highly recommend this book, in particular for those who have begun the process of exploring Reiki.
This is a very good book to understand Mikao Usui teachings into reiki and the levels names just point out what is needed and hardly finded within this system of reiki

I found The Way of Reiki incredibly inspiring and helpful — I think it's such a valuable resource for anyone who practices and/or teaches Reiki. It explains the origins of Reiki, its philosophy, its connections with other teachings, and the significance and deeper meanings of the precepts in such a detailed and nuanced yet accessible way. It discusses how Reiki is much more than just hands-on/off healing, emphasizing that the true purpose of Reiki is to lay bare our True Nature, practice and embrace nonduality, and generously spread our light and compassion to those around us and all living beings... 🙏🏼
I've been actively practicing Dharma and Zen teachings for several years so seeing the connection and similarities between Reiki and these teachings has deeply inspired me. This book has greatly contributed to my practice and I can't recommend it enough. 🤍
This book can be enjoyed by someone who is just embarking on their journey into Reiki or who is more experienced. It's perfect for anyone of any faith or spiritual beliefs. Reiki is truly beautiful and to share the beauty with meditations and practices step by step delving deeper and deeper in the book is truly a wonderful experience. Frans was my Reiki teacher's, teacher so I feel particularly drawn to his written words anyway but try the book and you will soon find yourself immersed within the inner teachings.
Reiki can be as simple or complex as you are willing to dwell on it. If you want to be a true Reiki teacher and practitioner, reading and meditating on Frans' writings are a fantastic way to achieve it. Spirituality is a difficult concept to explain, but Mr Stiene does a remarkable job of making Mikao Usui's Reiki practice accessible to all.
