Manna From Heaven by Karen Robards - 5 stars Suspense was off the charts! The attraction and romance was believable and well written.
Stone Cold by Andrea Kane - 4 stars Had more mystery than suspense. An interesting plot with a good twist.
Once in a Blue Moon by Linda Anderson - 3 stars I didn't get the attraction between the characters, and the situation/plot felt more forced than natural. Also, the whodunit was obvious from the start.
Til Death Do Us Part by Mariah Stewart - 2 stars I liked the friends-to-lovers vibe. But the whole setup about the stalker was not at all believable.
I'm not usually into these short story collections but I grabbed this one because Karen Robards is an autobuy for me. I thought it was a novel she wrote with another author but to my unpleasant surprise I was wrong. Turns out I liked all the stories. Even the one about a model(yuck). I'm glad I didn't just read the Robards and give up. Defiantly going to try a Andrea Kane novel and possibly the other two.. I recommend this to romantic suspense lovers who aren't easily creeped out.
