Deep Rooted growing through the book of Romans will not disappoint. I have the other two Deep Rooted books written by Kathy Howard. Once again, she took a deep book, Romans, full of tough topics and created short daily easy to digest teachings. 40 days of short teachings will open anyone's eyes to all the wonderful truths in this book.

I find this study of Romans, AMAZING. Romans is a hard book to understand yet Kathy Howard has broken it up into manageable bites and gives such insight and understanding that I am constantly surprised at the depth of this book. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to grow in their faith and walk with the Lord.

This is the third in the Deep Rooted devotional series and it is just as powerful as the first two. Kathy Howard uses her 4-R Bible study method to guide you through the book of Romans. This study method guides you to read, record, reflect, and respond. I have found all of the Deep Rooted books to be excellent devotionals when I want to really delve into a book of the Bible. In this 40 day devotional you will dig deep into Romans. These daily devotions are meant to make you really think and examine the scriptures. If you are looking for something to help you get more from you daily Bible reading or you want a “meatier” devotional, this will be the perfect choice. Valuable Bible study! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Deep Rooted in Romans is a valuable Bible study. Kathy Howard’s 4-R method….Read, Record, Reflect and Respond…. helps to focus on one passage of Romans at a time and allows for delving deeper into the verses and Paul’s meaning. These “little bites” of studying Scripture are quite manageable for daily devotions.
I liked the format….reading a short passage, then giving more attention to the verses through specific questions and reflecting on my answers. I discovered many areas I need to think about, including humility and serving others. A good Bible study will challenge you, and that’s what I found while reading this book. I’m challenged and encouraged to improve and strengthen my walk with Him.
Though I found this book quite interesting for my personal Bible exploration, I think it would be great for a small group study. Discussing the responses with others would be helpful. If you’re seeking a deeper understanding of the Bible, I highly recommend this study of Romans.

November 2, 2022A wonderful devotional that needs to be shared. The book of Romans is the one I turn to often, but Kathy Howard’s Deep Rooted Romans led me through a better understanding. With her 4-R Bible study method (Read, Record, Reflect and Respond), with this method I discover more. More about myself, my journey and more about Jesus. This is a must have for yourself and a beautiful gift for family and friends.

I have read the book of Romans many, many times. It's so familiar to me. But I love how Kathy Howard takes me through the book of Romans in smaller chunks and helps me think more deeply about what is being said. I have learned so much through Kathy's book. I highly recommend this book!

This is my first time doing one of Kathy Howard’s devotional studies and I must say I’m hooked. I was very pleased with the background information Kathy provides, both on the book of Romans and the life of Paul. Her 4-R Bible study method (read, record, reflect, and respond) is a great way to take the reader through a manageable portion of scripture, asking questions that delve deeper into the meaning of what’s being said. Being a very practical person, I so appreciate Kathy’s daily challenge to think through how to apply the scripture to one’s own life. Each day of the 40-day study ends with a prayer, a wonderful opportunity to commit what one is learning to the Lord. I highly recommend this book for both new believers and those who are seasoned in walking with the Lord.

Well Kathy Howard did it again. She a difficult book, Romans, and made it easy to dive deep into it. She did by dividing it into bite-size pieces in 40 day devotional. It is amazing and so worth reading. You’ll be able to see some wonderful truths about salvation and helps the reader reflect on key points as well as apply them. Kathy Howard’s 4-R method….Read, Record, Reflect and Respond is a great tool to aid the reader as they focus on each passage. It really helps make studying the scriptures more manageable.

It combines the best of a daily devotional and a Bible study in one book, making it an excellent tool for both the newer Christian as well as the seasoned Bible reader. Deep Rooted would also be a great resource for either individual or group study.

An excellent resource to study alone or with a group. While reading this book, I learned more about the book of Romans. This devotional brought new insight and allowed me to glean a deeper meaning of Scripture. Author Kathy Howard has written a meaningful and inspirational book. I teach the book of Romans at SFBC.edu and am impressed with Deep Rooted Romans. This book is not only informative but deeply inspirational and is an excellent read for beginners or seasoned readers of the word of God. In addition, I think Kathy's series, Deep Rooted, is an excellent resource for those who want to dig deep into the word of God.

MORE OF JESUS, LESS OF Me. This was my first study by Kathy Howard and it did not disappoint. The 4-R method, Read, Record and Reflect will help the reader focus on one passage at a time, I liked this aspect as it lets me go deeper into the verses. If your looking for a daily devotional and go deeper then this one is for you. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent devotional. It is broken down into small chunks of verses and Kathy explains what is taking place, leading you through the book of Romans using the 4 R's method. She makes the verses relate to today.

Get deeper into the Word
If you want to sink your roots deep into the Word of God in Romans, this is the study for you. I love the questions at the end of each lesson that challenge me to really hear what God is saying and apply it in my life.
