“Truth it, being undercover is a lot easier than I thought it would be. But maybe that’s because this is the real me after all, and it’s when I have to be a Padawan that I’m actually undercover!”

If there's one thing that can be said about this series is that it is a fun little pirate adventure. That's it. And it's certainly quite entertaining.

While the premise of a Padawan not really wanting to be Jedi is undoubtedly interesting the execution so far has been surface-level, and that's not a bad thing. This round of The High Republic Adventures seems to be an enjoyable ride on an adventure and that's quite fine.

I mean, we do get Dexter Jettster as a young adventurer in it, that's enough of a treat and pull for me. And, knowing how these comic series have gone, you never know when they will start interconnecting.

Ship Heist

Under the lead of Maz Kanata, a group of outlaws is trying to capture the ship of the Dank Graks. Too bad their own ship doesn't behave politely...
What you can expect from this:
- funny dialogue
- some exotic characters
- secrets well hidden
Final Thoughts:
The series is picking up pace here. Still nothing too wild but entertaining and easy to read. Also enjoyed the art in this one. You shouldn't take this light-hearted series too seriously.
