This is an excellent book by a first time author. I normally read thrillers, history and historical novels, so this was a change of pace for me that I really enjoyed. The characters are great, the dialogue is well written and the plot compels you to keep reading (be sure to set aside some time because you will want to complete this book quickly). I hesitate to tell anything about the plot because I hate people who spoil the books with a revealing review, but even when you are not reading this book, you will think about possible plot twists and solutions. I will just say that you should read this book. My wife absolutely loved this book also and highly recommends it.

I never expected to be as impacting by this book the way that I have been. I really enjoyed the ride BUT there is so much more to it than that!

It’s a captivating story of self discovery! It touched my heart and reminded me of things long lost. I can’t rave about it enough. You will just have to read it. But prepare yourself for a story unlike the rest in the store.

This one is going to be counted among the greats because it was inspired and it can illuminate hearts to something beautiful.

Story: Couldn’t put it down!! Eye opening and relatable. Kat really highlights the human condition and displays it nicely.

Characters: Rich and FULL of life. Vibrant conversations that’s suck you in from the first page. Characters feel like they could actually be real somewhere in the universe.

This debut novel is remarkable! Thank you Kat for sharing this part of your heart with the world. Easily in my top 5 favorite books of all time!!

Whew, what a ride this book is!! Not only does the author achieve rich character development that we watch carefully as the story unfolds, but the plot gradually weaves into the lives of the individuals in suspenseful and profound ways that we sense will effect change, for better or worse.
As another reviewer wrote, allow yourself time to devote to reading the book without lengthy interruptions, because it’s hard to put down once you’ve begun. A great read!

So good!!! First book in a long time that I genuinely have enjoyed and couldn't wait to pick back up every time. It's the kind of book that reminds you of why you enjoy reading books. It was out of my typical fiction genre to read, and I am so glad I took the leap and read it! I highly recommend you jump off the edge and try it yourself. ;)

I loved this book! I couldn’t put it down, and being a mom of two under two and reading a 600+ page book in under 3 days proves that. The character developments are so moving and relatable. The plot is such a rollercoaster of every emotion possible. The lay out of the book alone makes you keep turning the page over and over. Definitely recommend!

This book impacted me in so many ways. It actually made me cry, and that doesn't happen often. What a timely read this was for me. I feel like it was written just for me in this season that I am in. I am baffled at the fact that this is the author's first published book. It is so well written. So many great plot twists. I couldn't guess what was going to happen next. This book is absolutely brilliant. Do yourself a favor and buy it and read it.
