Straight forward advice about moving towards a more natural diet and the benefits of doing so. The author doesn’t go real deep into the science of eating a more natural diet, just keeps it basic, because as he states this is a beginner’s guide. So it will get one on the right path if you are interested in changing your eating habits to a more healthier standard.

I was glad I read this book. It is always good to reinforce what you know and it has put me back on the path I sometimes wander off of. The advice is straight forward and true. I will pass this book on.
