Of course this was phenomenal Jenna Rose did it !! She is a master story teller and knows dirty talk like it’s nobodies business!! But let’s talk about the story because I love you guys so much!!
Titus has just came back from a tour overseas and hasn’t seen his best friend or his daughter Lucy in 4 years. Now 4 years is a lot for a teenager but for Lucy it pushes her to a new level of sexy and to Titus a man who has made a habit of ignoring the opposite sex Lucy is his legit kryptonite!!
So on this journey of Shenanigans we see these two fall dangerously in love !! **Beyonce style**

Good but a nagging problem
So this was a good little story, I honestly expected there to be more steam but it was fine.
The thing that had me too distracted was their age gap. It doesn’t seem correct. It’s pretty obvious Trent and Lucy’s dad are the same age (they met at college) but he’s 32 and she’s 18. That means her dad would have been 14 when he had her and he didn’t seem to have her when they met. The timeline just didn’t work for me and it was in my mind the entire time so it was distracting.

Started off good
Started off good like any other father's best friend books, they see each other for the 1st time in years and fall into Insta lust. Then after their 1st Intimate encounter the strength of the story line falls and isn't shored back up. The MMC is supposedly this older experienced soldier that falls in lust with his best friends 18yo daughter but after their 1st time he ghosts her for several days and she has no problem with this (their 1st time is after school one day and he doesn't talk to her again until after he starts his new job the following week). Then they both decide to be super mature and not tell her dad that they are "in love" (but they really seem to just have something casual because the story jumps ahead about 4 months so we as the readers lose out on the potential story that could have been written about that period) until the dad just happens to notice a slight change to her body and she decides to share all the very intimate details with him like how his BFF wanted to knock her up ASAP to bind her to him. The dads reaction was not realistic nor as serious as what I expected after reading tons of other stories with this very same trope. This story started off strong but I had a very hard time finishing it because it just fell apart half way thru. I've read other stories by this author and haven't had this issue so maybe the next story will be better.

Wow! I think I got a whiplash with how fast the MMC had claimed the FMC. He was down for the count at first sight and couldn't do anything but claimed her and put a staked around her so that no one can take her away from him. He ws pretty obsessed and deeply in love with her. He did fulfill his promised of binding her to him in the best way he knows how.

Really enjoyed this one! unusually safe for this author. The hero wasn’t a manwhore or an asshole, he was celibate and very sweet and smitten with heroine. This was a novella so the story wasn’t as fleshed out as it could’ve been. For example, the tension with the dad finding out about his best friend with his daughter was muy unrealistic, but hey! This is an instalove romance—unrealistic is the name of the game in this genre. If it was a longer format, it probably could’ve been developed more. I also feel their relationship could’ve benefited from a few more details, especially after their first time and the hero doesn’t speak to the h for a week. But other than that, the story flowed, it was steamy, and it was solid for an instalove quickie.

Not only slightly taboo
I enjoy age - gap stories, but what I don't like is when the only reason why the MMC is obsessed with he FMC is because of her porn star body, her young body, her body that is illegal, her body that makes every man drool.
Ugh. I just want to leave my body when I read something like that.
And when it is coupled with the MMC ignoring the consequences of him chasing after the FMC while she is 19 when he is over thirty and casually impregnating the FMC while taking her virginity and they didn't have a relationship before hand. Come on. And when you read chapter's from the girls perspective it reads like she was brainwashed and thinks that she was utterly changed by no longer being a virgin. She finds her school mates childish and is no longer interested in speaking to them because they can not relate to her suddenly! having the dream of becoming a mother.
And the MMC tells her impregnating her is to bind her to him.
I think my face just looked green and the biggest red flag ever was just raised.
This sounds like all the scary bonfire stories about sexual predators combined and was therefore not enjoyable to read.

For Titus making it home from the war was supposed to be the best thing to ever happen to him and it was until he arrived at his best friend Dougie's house and discovered a bombshell took the place of his little girl. Lucy grew up in the 4yrs that he was gone fighting for his country he barely recognized the beautiful goddess standing before him and he's hooked she's his new obsession his reason for being. Doug wants her to go away to college but Lucy wants to stay home in order to keep pursuing her art as she's been in some galleries and had some success. Lucy asks Titus to speak to her father for her and he agrees since he wants her to stay. Then Doug has to go out of town and he asks Titus to watch Lucy for him which he agrees to do since that will give them time alone. Titus has a plan to bind Lucy to him and it will change everything going forward but as long as she's his forever that's all that matters. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this steamy age-gap, dad's best friend romance to see what happens.

Not for me
First of all, she calls him sir when they're having sex, in this story I don't think they have a kink regarding to that, so that was weird
Before he cum inside of her (after she told him that she's not on BC) he didn't tell her clearly that his intention is to keep her & get her pregnant, so this one looks like its without consent.
I don't feel the love between them, it looks like they're just looking for "fun"
And when he told her that her dad (which is his best friend) is going out of town and the dad ask him to stay in his house and look after her without him clarifying anything feels weird to me
Anyway, this book is definitely not my thing

Titus is home from his tour and having a cookout at his best bud Dougie's house. Dougie's daughter Lucy walks in and Titus is surprised since he's not seen her in years. Lucy is a knockout and Titus is ready to take her and make her his and Lucy is finding out that her crush is still strong. Titus tries to keep his distance but he is fighting a losing battle. Their chemistry together just sizzled. Dougie finds out that Lucy is pregnant. Lucy's father isn't happy about Titus and Lucy's keeping their love a secret. What will Doug do to Titus for getting his daughter pregnant? Will Doug finally accept them as a couple? Love the story.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Lucy has grown up with only her father to rely on, but she is now turning eighteen and wants to live her life her way and pursue her passion which is art. She has already built a name for herself and has even had some success with galleries, but her dad wants her to go away to college. So, when her dad’s best friend Titus returns from serving his country, she asks him to help her convince her dad to let her follow her heart, but nothing has prepared her for the man that has returned nor her reaction to him. Suddenly she wants more than to follow her heart, she wants to give her heart to him, but he is all man, and she is still a teenager, surely, he couldn’t want her no matter what the look in his eyes is telling her, her would never risk his friendship with her dad would he?
Titus sole focus has been to get home safely, he had already decided that this was the end of his military career, he longs for a normal life and what better way to celebrate but with his best friend Dougie and some steaks. Things were great that is until Lucy arrives, it’s been four years since he last saw her and gone is the little girl that he left behind and now what he is faced with is a goddess one that he knows is meant to be his. He tries to fight his feelings but all it takes is one look at her with another man to know that he is going to claim her and hope that his friendship will survive. Will Titus get the girl of his dreams and still keep his friendship, or will he lose it all?
Jenna Rose is easily one of my favourite authors but there were a few niggles for me in this one, the ages of Titus and Dougie didn’t match with Lucy’s and how Dougie reacted to discovering that they were together was no where near as explosive as I was expecting. Still loved it though and highly recommend this book if you love insta hot and steamy reads with this author you can take your pick. 4* Read

okay i wanted to like this one. had a strong start but fell off very fast. first off, the heroine needs to get better friends. second off, oh shit it was rushed, quick and fast paced, way too fast, no chemistry cuz of how rushed it was. The first time they had sex was horrible, so was the other times, no forplay and unrealistic, not sexy at all, smut was bad then right after that was a 4 month timeskip and she’s pregnant??boring, bad, uncool.

I really liked this slightly taboo love story. It was entertaining and enjoyable. The characters were interesting and likable. Titus was best friends with Lucy’s dad. Lucy and Titus were in a difficult situation given the attraction that they had for each other. Lucy wanted to stay home and be an artist while her dad was adamant that she go off to college. Titus had just gotten home from being overseas with the military. The two of them just clicked. I loved their happily ever after. I recommend reading this book.

Now Titus has left the military and is ready to start a new life. He figured that he would probably spend it alone because he has never found a woman that he wanted to make his own before. Then he sees Lucy all grown up. He knows instantly that they are meant to be together. However being with Lucy may destroy his friendship with her dad.

Our heroine has grown into a beautiful woman while our hero was away. Now he wants to stake his claim in a most definitive manner. Any objections?
This is a short romance story with an older/younger theme. The story is very well written and easy to read. Our characters are also well developed and have excellent chemistry. I rather liked both our characters and how they found a way forward. Of course, in the end we get plenty of steam and a nice HEA epilogue. Overall, another fun story and look forward to more from this author.

Titus and Lucy made great OTT romance couple. Jenna did it once again but added extra oomph. The attraction was immediate and well developed between the couple yet there was an added depth that was spicy and rich to read. I liked the character development of Lucy’s dad Douglass. He was an essential character with sufficient development yet he did not take from the stars of the book. It was a book that I would reread.

This is an age gap, off limits romance between Titus and his best friend's daughter, Lucy. These two likeable souls and the unique plot make for an entertaining read. It is a sweet love story with combustible attraction and frustrating moments. Overall, it has a good dose of drama, steam, engaging secondary characters, and a happy ending.

I thought this was such a sizzling hot read. Titus returns back to town and is amazed at how much Lucy has grown up. He falls instantly in love (and lust) and is determined to keep her as his own. As with all Jenna Rose books, this story is OTT and so steamy hot!.
