Den första boken jag läst helt utan glasögon sen jag var typ 11 och vid den tiden hade denna träffat perfekt. Nu bara helt ok.

This book uses interviews and more illuminating the story behind the films, including boardroom power struggles and the transformation of the film industry that had written off sci-fi films as losers. After pioneering a path to shocking profits, Lucas was ultimately soured on the Hollywood machine and separated himself from it. American Graffiti gets a fair amount of detail and other Lucas projects are mentioned. There are lot of details on how main actors like Fisher, Ford, Hamill, Prowse, etc. reacted to the three-film arc in production, reveals, and site filming.

It's also kind of a biography of George Lucas' early years as a film maker and his disdain for the Hollywood system.

A simple overview of the making of the original trilogy with some added information about the beginnings of the prequels. There was some interesting tid bits about the business side of the post Jedi pre Phantom Menace era.

Pretty good book on what went on behind the scenes in the making of the first 3 Star Wars movies. It's kinda like a jag rag for dorks.

Dreary, poorly written and researched and consisting mainly of what appears to be gossip, this is a hack job. Poor.

It was an OK read, some interesting facts I never knew but skips over Empire and Jedi and barely mentions the prequels.
