After a college experiment goes slightly off plan, Stephanie Swift finds her consciousness whisked through time and space. Unexpectedly, she finds herself jumping from life to life, striving to find the sexual energy and kinky epiphanies needed to trigger her consciousness implantation device, hoping each time that her next jump will be the jump home.
Finding herself thrown back to the early 90s and into an awkward relationship with her roommate and his long-time best friend, Stephanie must set aside her confusion and attempt to embrace a passion she had long buried within her psyche.
Alexa Sommers is a best-selling erotic fiction author with a taste for both the sweet and the nasty. Her Level Up series has lit up the genre and is continuing to expand as she looks onward to growing her portfolio of pleasure.
Alexa's Philosophy: The sexual experience, be it written, read, or enacted, can not be rushed. It must be savored and prolonged to push forth the lust and desire. It must not only be loved but lived, for only then can we reach the heights we seek.
Stephanie experiments with a device to explore self-identity and consciousness, and after bringing herself to pleasure, finds her consciousness inhabiting another’ woman’s body in a different time. She arrives just in time to experience a night the woman, Cara, shares with her roommate and his best friend – an experience that’s just the beginning for Stephanie. Short and spicy quantum physics time traveling quickie.
Through an experiment gone wrong, our heroine ends up jumping to her own past. And the only way to get home again is to explore the steamy side of things.
This is book one of the series, so no issues there.
This is a short erotic story with a bit of a science fiction twist. The story is well written and easy to read with a small but effective cast. We get a bit of development for our heroine and enough background to set the scene. Then we move pretty quickly into the fun stuff which features plenty of steam. Overall, this story was a bit quirky, which I loved, and highly entertaining. I definitely look forward to more in this series.
Highly recommended.

I've read several of this author's earlier titles, and I've always felt her writing was exceptional, but it has gotten even better. In this short read, she managed to successfully create a believable world of scientific experiment and quantum travel, pull me into the excitement and anticipation of some hot sex, and leave me longing for the next chapter. In that respect, Alexa Sommers has done it again. Only better. Her storytelling, sharper than ever. Pulling me into the experience and not letting go. This little story is a gem. Quantum jumping to the next one.
Thrown off by the quantum physics beginning, but settled in for this latest romp by erotica vet, Alexa Sommers. You will not be disappointed once she lays out the exposition. Enjoy.
For its length this is a comparatively slow-burn, with more world-building attention than you might expect. I liked how our narrator's friend Jenny intrudes telepathically; it's not explicitly voyeuristic, but adds a fun dimension.
Lovely concept. Perfectly written. Intrigued to read more of Steph's travels and where her fulfilling moments take her. Well written, short, with enough spice to spark a fire.
