You can’t see me but just know that I’m literally bouncing off the walls from all the feelings I have accumulated while experiencing Aidan and Kennedy’s story! You think I’m joking? Nope, not even a little bit.
This author….how to put it? Okay, so you know those people that just know how to get you to open up, even when you’re usually very quiet? Well let me tell you that Charissa Gracyk has the gift….she has done a brilliant job of making these amazing characters come to life! Not just with thrilling suspense and action scenes, but also with true heart and spirit! Oh my, what spirit that Kennedy has!!! And Aidan…. he’s the ultimate alpha hero with a hidden side that will have you melting!
Reactived Aidan hit every single one of my emotional levels and left me swooning and smiling when I reached the end. An emotional, amazing, and thrilling read!!!

My heart is breaking at the end of Project Phoenix series. I felt a kaleidoscope of emotions reading Aidan. It wasn’t enough to read it once. I had to read it three times in total to ensure I’d absorbed every fabulous word, every emotion.
There’s only one thing for it - I have to go back to the beginning and read every book again because there’s no way I’m ready to say goodbye!!
Just when I thought these books couldn’t possibly get any better Charissa throws a power all of talent at you and you’re short into a universe of such wonderful magnitude you just don’t want to contemplate leaving.
I wanted to reach through the pages and hug Aidan. This is a man who carries the guilt of the world on his shoulders and still finds himself lacking. Charissa portrayed his pain and coping mechanisms perfectly.
I can personally say that it’s always easier to see the negative in oneself, rather than the good. Guilt is an eerily cruel emotion that seeps into every pore. It was so heart rendering to see Aidan go through such pain and guilt.
Kennedy is such a beautiful character. Strong moral compass and a need to help where she can. She is the epitome of everything Aidan needs. She is the light to what he sees as his darkness. She’s open and understanding but most importantly she has the love to accept Aidan for who and what he is.
Watching these two characters fight their way to their happy ending was painful, heartfelt and beautiful.
I loved the camaraderie between the guys. The family they have created and a bond so tight and lasting. Some
People say is family are the people you choose, and I think this series portrays that beautifully.
Charissa has knocked this story so far out of the park, there’s no finding the ball. I have loved every single character, but Vain just stormed into my heart with purpose, taking up
Permanent residence.
Charissa’s Talent honestly knows no bounds. Each and every word packs a powerful punch. The depth of emotions pulls you so far under you don’t want to see a way out.
An absolutely, first class, out of this world, phenomenal read.
There aren’t enough stars in the hemisphere to portray fully just how outstandingly unforgettable and beautiful this read is.

We have been waiting for Aidan since the moment Mr Wolf was introduced, intrigued by the realm of mystery surrounding him and why he took being the lone wolf so seriously. We finally got see into the man we all fell in love with throughout the series, a loyal strong man who buried his emotions to not deal with more pain. Who finally met someone who would push no matter how much he shut down. Kennedy was a strong and powerful woman, who fought for her life and to where she got. They both understood the darkness, and together found the light. Really enjoyed this story, as always with Charissa, it was full of action, bad guys, more damn remotes, threats, running for their lives and finally, finally the happy ending for the pirates. As with all Charissa's stories, this one sucks you right in from the first sentence and keeps you enthralled to the last word - where you still want more. The bonus epilogue was absolutely perfect, seeing all their HEA's into the future. One of my all time favourite series, highly recommend each and every book, with Aidan being the best finale we could have hoped for. An action-packed page turner, you never want to end.

Say it Ain’t So.

Reactivated Aidan by Charissa Gracyk
A little over a year ago, a friend messaged me and said to read this book.
That book Reactivated Oz, the first book in the Phoenix Project series, caught my interest–a romantic suspense/protector story with just enough of a sci-fi/paranormal twist to be right up my alley. I’d read one of the author’s previous books and enjoyed it enough to have others on my overloaded TBR, so sure, why not? And, well, that was the beginning of an obsession.
Through the stories of Oz, Dom, Jericho, Max, Cassian, Deacon, we met the team, and learned the backstory, and solved the mystery of Project Phoenix. Through each installment, Aidan “Vain” Wolf remained an enigma, keeping to the fringes and showing up when his brothers needed him but never really showing us who he really was until now.
The Seventh book in the series, which has spun off at least one other series (Slater Security), Reactivated Aidan, is here, and the series is complete, Say it Ain’t So. I really don’t want to see these guys go.
Aidan is everything you never knew you needed him to be. Of course, like his teammates before him, he’s sexy, swoony, has latent superhero powers, is a government gun for hire, and, omg, he has a heart so sweet it will make your teeth hurt (don’t tell him I said that he’d deny it).
When he falls for his current mark, everything you thought you knew about him goes out the window, and with her help and that of his brothers, the bad guys are vanquished, and a happily ever after is put firmly in place for each of these amazing couples.
So, HEA, bad guys eliminated, and weddings and babies and all is right with the world, why isn’t that enough? Because I don’t want to let go… I want the screen to go black and then flashback to life like an Avengers movie… telling us but wait, there’s more… and maybe, just maybe, there will be. For sure, at least two more stories in the Slater Security spinoff. Perhaps we’ll get another glimpse of our Wolf there. (If the author is reading, hint-hint, nudge-nudge).

The Blue Squadron Pirates are back in the final action packed book in the Project Phoenix series by Charissa Gracyk. Aiden Wolf has always been, well, a lone wolf. Until a hit on Ken Hart leads him to Kennedy Hart, assistant to the evil Leeland Goddard. Now protecting her from repeated attempts on her life, Aiden is fighting attraction and more to the emerald eyed beauty. Passion and love break down the walls Aiden has built around himself. When Aiden is taken, the team sacrifices almost everything to get him back and end Phoenix once and for all.
Charissa Gracyk weaves a story of love, redemption, found family and hope. All with action, humor, heart and soul. It is always hard reading the last book in the series. It is bittersweet to say goodbye to characters you hold dear. This series had to end with Aiden as he was the mysterious one, quiet and reserved. He also had to be the one to fall in love last and hardest. You knew it when you met him in book one (Reactivated: Oz). His emotions were stripped from him or so he believes. Gracyk builds the story to an action filled ending that leaves you wanting more. (PS the bonus epilogue is the icing on a delicious cake!)

Charissa Grayck is a new to me author and I’m a fan for life now. I binged the entire series in a couple of weeks so I could be ready for Aidan’s story. Throughout the series, Aidan is a broody, loner who is there to help the team but keeps himself apart from them the rest of the time. We see in his book that he’s fighting his own private demons, doubts, and self-loathing. He’s buried his emotions so deep he doesn’t think he has any left to share. When he first meets Kennedy, he doesn’t trust her because her boss is the money man behind Project Phoenix. As she learns more about how evil her boss is, there are attempts on her life that cause Aidan to want to protect her. Fighting demons of her own, Kennedy sees more in Aidan than he thinks, and works to show him he does have a heart and capacity for love.
There is suspense and heart-stopping action that puts the team in danger as they finally bring Project Phoenix to an end. As they work together, with the team to bring down Project Phoenix once and for all, Aidan realizes that his heart is free and his demons are in the past. This is the final book in the Project Phoenix series and it delivers all the action, suspense, love, and steaminess we’ve grown used to in the previous six books. Gracyk brought all the storylines to an end giving all of the team and their strong, sassy ladies their happy ending.

I've been with the boys since book one, and now that they all have their HEA, it's hard to say goodbye. However, Charissa gave the boys the best send off--even if getting there gave me mini heart attacks--and I'm hoping we'll get to see them in Dash and Finn's books.
Aidan has intrigued me since he was first introduced in Jack's book. He was distant, walled off, and showed no emotion or reaction. But after finding out the reason behind it, I fell in love with Aidan "Vain" Wolf. (Sorry Jericho) Aidan's backstory is a gut-wrenching, heart-in-a-vise one. I don't think anyone can read chapter twenty-four without tearing up.
Kennedy's story isn't any better. Her childhood is one you would never wish on any child, but it happens more than people want to believe. It shaped her into the person she is today, and she used what she went through to drive herself into a career that could help others in the same situation. Unfortunately, it landed her in the middle of Project Phoenix even though she had no idea until Aidan saved her life.
I loved Aidan and Kennedy's story. It ended the series beautifully, and I'm sad to see them go. But I will say this, Aidan Wolf is a beast in bed, and you will not be disappointed when he comes out to play.

Of all the guys Aidan has my heart! To see the struggles, he had throughout all the books and wondering what was going on with him, we find out here. We find out why he is emotionless and maybe even heartless to an extent. They have to put an end to Project Phoenix, one way or another so they can all have their lives back without worry.
Kennedy and Aidan find themselves working closely together, can she be the one that gives Aidan pause to wonder, can he truly have emotions, can he truly love someone even if he didn’t know how to express it? Can she be the one that gives him life after all?
Charissa Gracyk did an incredible job with the ending of not only the book but the series, makes me wonder and hope that Finn and Ivy pop up somewhere together next!

Aidan is a tough as nails Navy Seal who doesn’t think he deserves love, happiness or anything good in his life. Kennedy is they gorgeous spit fire who turns his world upside down. Is Kennedy just the person to break that hard outer shell? Aidan and Kennedy’s story starts with action and drama right from the start! Not to mention the sexual tension that will drive the readers wild! Heart pounding action and suspense await you in the final installment of Project Phoenix. This series wrapped up just the way I had hoped! I can’t wait to see what comes next from Charissa and the Slater Security series!

I’ve been waiting for Aidan’s book. You knew that someone who held himself away from friends was going to have some intense feelings when he found his match. Without giving away spoilers, there were scenes in the book where you felt the desperation of the characters. It pulls you in. The best part of these books and what I love about Charissa’s writing is that there is a plot. The romance is there but doesn’t overshadow the book. I’m hoping that these characters pop up in other series. I’m invested and want to know what happens next with all of them, but mostly Aidan whose been my favorite character.

A stylish and deserved wrap up for a fab series.
Aidan is action packed from the get go, picking up exactly where the previous book finished and sniper Vain rescuing Kennedy from an unknown threat.
The book skates smoothly from brotherly joking to violent confrontation, heart felt emotions to spicy scenes bringing the story along and tying up tightly the threads the author has been weaving throughout this series.
Aiden is much deeper than expected, something you discover early on and then a carry with you through the book whilst hoping he gives his heart a chance to fall.
Kennedy is direct and, not unlike Adri, the furthest thing from a wallflower. Determined to get involved in bringing to justice the people who stand against all she holds dear, her gumption is a big part of her charm.
An enjoyable read and satisfying completion to the series.

This book was full of heart, emotions and suspense, and it was a perfect conclusion to the epic Project Phoenix Series.
It was great to catch up with the team and see them finally bring down the truly evil guys involved with the Project Phoenix program, but as with previous books we had a nice dose of humour/banter amongst Blue Squadron which broke the suspense up.
I’ve had so many questions about Aidan whilst reading this series and I got my answers plus more, the heat between Aidan & Kennedy was scorching (the stairs…the bike…the shower…🥵 *fans self*) but what kept me hooked was the depth of Aidans character and the strength of Kennedy’s, they balanced each other so well, their journey to HEA was sweet & intense and I’ll be honest I didn’t want it to end.
This is book 7, and I recommend reading in order, the author has certainly saved the best ‘til last. I ADORED Aidan & Kennedy.

It was great to catch up with the team and see them finally bring down the truly evil guys involved with the Project Phoenix program, but as with previous books we had a nice dose of humour/banter amongst Blue Squadron which broke the suspense up.
I’ve had so many questions about Aidan whilst reading this series and I got my answers plus more, the heat between Aidan & Kennedy was scorching (the stairs…the bike…the shower…🥵 *fans self*) but what kept me hooked was the depth of Aidans character and the strength of Kennedy’s, they balanced each other so well, their journey to HEA was sweet & intense and I’ll be honest I didn’t want it to end.
This is book 7, and I recommend reading in order, the author has certainly saved the best ‘til last. I ADORED Aidan & Kennedy.

I waited so long for this book and when i finally got it, it was over in a day. This was the last book in the series and i didn’t want it to end. I loved all of the men but Aidan tugged at my heart, because deep down inside he still had a soft side that I’m happy we all got to see. Aidan and Kennedy are perfect for each other, they balance each other out and are a badass couple who bring Project Phoenix to an end. If i could i would give this book 6 stars!! Such a great storyline.

This is the perfect ending to a fabulous series. Aidan who has suffered such tragedy had lost his ability to have emotions. He saves Kennedy from a sniper but it is he who is saved and the true meaning of a heart filled love washes over him with cleansing hope.
The team gets together and after much deliberation, planning and fighting, are able to destroy the one thing that has been hanging over their heads. The Phoenix Project is gone. The future is bright as we discover in the final chapters. A must read.

Unfortunately this was the last book in the series and the author saved the best for last Aidan was always a anigma always disappearing and closed off in what he was doing he also was closed off but there when his team needed him in this book we find out his very tragic back story and how that caused him to be who he was but of course he does get his head with Kennedy who was a strong heroine and never gave up on him I also liked how the story went full circle and it was edge of your seat read. I am sorry the series ended but looking forward to the authors next books

What a satisfying end to the series! Aidan and Kennedy’s book is packed with action, heat, and emotional backstories that make you fall hard for the characters. I absolutely loved this last book in the Project Phoenix saga. Aidan is so elusive throughout the other books, but in this one we get to see inside his head and what’s there melts the heart. Kennedy is the perfect survivor to show Aidan he can be more than he thinks. Their love heals and wins out as the final perpetrators behind Project Phoenix meet their demise. This sizzling page-turner is one you won’t want to put down!

What a great ending to this series. I loved all the little details that the author connected as she wrapped up this series. I love every single one of these SEALS and their strong, feisty partners! I will miss hanging out with them and look forward to the glimpses I will get as Gracyk returns to her Slater Security spin-off series. If you have not yet started this series, enjoy the ride! I flew through every book in 1-2 days!

Holy Smokes Bat Man!!! Can I just say....Aidan is ALL THAT AND MORE!!! And Kennedy is THE ONE!!! Grab this conclusion of the Project Phoenix Reactivated Series and enjoy all of the thrills that come with all of these book...heart racing, page turning, action packed journey and man do they all show up!! This is the final installment of the Project Phoenix series and if did not disappoint. This author gives you amazing characters, spice and action. I was conflicted reading this as I wanted to read Aiden's story as he has been my favorite throughout the series, but I didn't want the series to end.

Fabulous read. OMG in the edge of my seat thru most of the book. Normally suspense is not my thing but suspense and romance were my jam in this read. I found it so wonderful that the wolf was Allowed to have a soft side. Charissa did a wonderful job bringing Aiden to character and finding him the perfect love to balance him out.

In the very first book we got to meet Aidan and from the start he was a jerk, I really didn't like him. As the Project Phoenix series continued we were able to see other sides of him and the more we got to know him the more I was so anxious for his story. His back story is gut wrenching and I absolutely fell in love with him. Kennedy and Aidan are perfect for each other. This is one series that i really hated to see end it is one of those series that i will go back and reread over and over. I highly recommend Reactivated : Aidan and the Project Phoenix series.

Series finale novels always come with such mixed emotions. I love to see how an author wraps everything up, but it’s so freaking hard to say goodbye to characters you love so much. Reactivated: Aiden by Charissa Gracyk was the series finale I wanted, I needed, and I couldn’t get enough of. I am definitely not ready to say goodbye to the team, but I have been waiting for Aidan’s book since he first appeared in Reactivated: Oz (Project Phoenix book 1), and Gracyk did not disappoint when she brought Aidan’s story to life.
There’s always that feeling of angst about whether a book will actually live up to the build up. And Aidan’s story absolutely did. Not only do readers get fantastic insight into an enigmatic character, they also get a steamy, intense, edge-of-your-seat action packed story about love, loss, and redemption. Aidan’s story is more than a tale of defeating the enemy you can see (Project Phoenix), it’s about fighting deep-seated personal demons, finding your way out of turmoil and chaos, and learning that the light you thought was extinguished long ago has simply been dormant, waiting for the right person to rekindle that flame. Aidan will forever be one of my all-time favorite book boyfriends. Just the right amount of mystery with beautiful depth, intensely passionate about the ones he loves, and yes hot as h3ll.
Kennedy is Aidan’s perfect HEA: a character with demons of her own, who is already working to exorcize them, and recognizes the ability in him to do the same. She’s smart, driven, feisty, and dedicated to helping Aidan understand he’s so much more than he believes himself to be. I love when characters become fierce protectors of each other, forging a bond that proves they are meant to be, fated to live their lives as a team, stronger together than they ever were as individuals, but at the same time are so incredibly strong in their own rights that they challenge and embolden each other to take risks and find their forever. Gracyk brings all the feels in the relationship between Aidan and Kennedy, and I was literally laughing one minute and crying the next. Some of the language and scenes gave me goosebumps, reaching levels of intensity that left me catching my breath and reaching for tissues.
Beyond bringing Aidan his HEA, Gracyk brings Project Phoenix to an exhilarating and decisive conclusion, infused with elements of suspense, intrigue, and heart-racing action. This is a ‘read late into the night, don’t want to put it down, what the he11 is going to happen next’ book. And the ending is truly incredible, wrapping up not just the lives of the evil individuals behind the chaos brought to Blue Squadron, but the lives of those men affected and their fierce and feisty HEAs. Watching not just the characters grow through the seven books of Project Phoenix, but experiencing the growth of Gracyk as a storyteller was truly wonderful. An amazing end to a captivating series!
Have you ever wanted something so badly, yet totally dreaded it at the same time? That’s how I felt about reading Aidan’s story, because it meant the Project Phoenix series was coming to an end. I fell in love with these characters in book one, and became more and more invested with each installment. But since the series had to come to an end, Aidan was the perfect one to “bring it home.”
Mysterious, elusive and so not a people person at the beginning of the series, it was spellbinding to watch Aidan’s armor crack a little at a time along the way to his own book. And when he met his match in Kennedy, I instantly became her cheering section and fan club president, celebrating as she smashed the rest of Aidan’s walls to smithereens. These two complimented each other perfectly and truly personified the belief that meeting your soulmate completes you.
Plus, the entire saga with Project Phoenix and its evil puppet masters was wrapped up … all the loose ends neatly tied with bows in the most satisfying way. I cannot confirm nor deny I teared up the last chapter when it hit me the series was going to be over in a few short pages. I’m going to miss these amazing men and their ladies so much! But one saving grace … this is a series you can read over and over again and never get tired of it!

Aiden "Vain" Wolf, the bad boy of the Project Phoenix seal team members feels he doesn't need anyone. His best friends, Jonah, killed by the Project and Cassian, who was held hostage by the Project for so long has been rescued and is slowly recovering are taken care of. Now it is time to take the leaders of the Project down. Kennedy works for one of them but doesn't know about the project. She meets Aiden and together they will finally bring an end to the Project. They realize they are more alike than they thought and develop feelings for each other!!! With all the guys from the team and their women plus their friends from Slater Security, they finally achieve their goal!!!!!! This was a great series, loved every story plus the spin off series of Slater Security. I give it 5 stars!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤

Tall, dark and brooding. When Aiden Wolf’s walls start breaking, he falls hard and it’s the green-eyed beauty Kennedy, who brings him undone. But this book is so much more. The final chapter of the Project Phoenix series finds the team hunting down the last of the evil men pulling the strings for their own gain.
Tightly plotted, the action will have you on the edge of your seat. I found myself holding my breath at times wishing for our heroes to come out on top. And triumph they did!
This book has it all; a great love story, characters with baggage from their pasts going through growth arcs allowing them to open up to find happiness, plenty of steam and lots of action.
Sad to see the end of the team but this is a great series ending.

This is the 7th book in the Project Phoenix series and I have fallen in love with this series. I’m sad to see I’m this end. Aidan has made his appearances in the other books but he really stayed a mystery, until now. He feels he doesn’t deserve love. But things change when his newest mission lands him with Kennedy. These two are on fire together. And with the help of his brother, they will finally take down Dr. Dunn and their targets. There were so many twists and turns and questions answered in this book. Full of action, danger, family, love, steam, suspense, tension and so much more. Can’t wait to read more from Gracyk!!!

Omg i absolutely loved Vain. He was alpha, strong but vulnerable as well and such a sweet heart.
This was about Kennedy who was the right hand of one of the Phoenix organisations leaders and when they were trying to kill her, Aiden, one of the guys affected by Protect Phoenix tries to protect her.
Such a great plot. Non stop Action that really just grabs on and doesn't let go. I couldn't put the book down.
Danger, drama, suspense, lots of romance and steamy moments as well as that wonderful team spirit I adore.

Aidan and Kennedy
I hate for this series to end! I enjoyed it so much and this last book is fantastic. Aiden has always been a lone wolf and his story is heartbreaking. Beautiful Kennedy is just the woman to take on Aidan. She is feisty and determined to break down Aidan’s walls and keep him safe. There is lots of action, suspense and steam in this one. I love the family these men have created and I’m sure I’ll be revisiting them again. I love to reread and this will be added to my list.

Best series
This series is one of the best I have read in a long time. It has all the feels and emotions and the author Charissa Gracyk has the ability to draw you right in so you feel like your right there in the scene. Going there all 7 books each guy had his own demons and yet they worked as a seal team does and was there for each other and each one was fortunate to find their hEA.. I have the paperbacks and know I’ll be reading these over and over
