Holy crap, For a good 98% of this novel, I despised Thea because she was so immature and irritating. I believe she was flawless. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However, some beautiful relationships are developing, and I can't wait to see more of Tristan in book 3! I had trouble getting into this at first. As I started reading a few chapters, I became engrossed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We have partners, demons, witchcraft, and dream walking; I believe you'd say all excellent additions to a fantasy book. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm interested to see where the next book takes this.
This is an amazing collection of stories, which this talented author has done an incredible job of weaving. This is a well written story with humor, heroes, psychic powers, and monsters, which leads to an addictive page turner. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
