The Bradens are a series of stand-alone romances that may also be enjoyed as part of the larger Love in Bloom series.

Tempest Braden adores her family and her small hometown, but sometimes too much of a good thing can be confining. At almost thirty, having watched most of her siblings find true love, she’s anxious to experience her own happily ever after, and the move to Pleasant Hill, Maryland, is just the change she needs. When she rents a room from ruggedly handsome, and closed-off, artist Nash Morgan and his adorable son, Phillip, she thinks she’s found a little slice of heaven on the outskirts of town, where she can concentrate on building her business. That is, if she can ignore the undeniable heat between her and the sinfully hot single father.

When Nash bought his farmette, he had one goal in mind—to provide a loving, stable home for his son. He never imagined he’d be raising Phillip alone, or renting out a room to keep their heads above water. Then again, he never imagined losing his brother, or spending two years sailing around the world with parents who seemed to forget one son was still alive.

Sparks fly from the moment Tempest moves in, and her positive energy and inquisitive nature brings new life into Nash and Phillip’s quiet, confined world. For the first time in years, Nash wants to let a woman into his world, but while his loss made him stronger, that strength came at a price, leaving him walled off and wary of opening his heart again.

It's LIVE & on Blog Tour with an awesome giveaway!!

I absolutely love books by Melissa Foster. They're light yet full, fun, safe, sweet, romantic, sexy, relevant, and brilliantly constructed. WHISPER OF LOVE was no exception!

I found, once again, that the characters were easy to love. Tempest was a music therapist with a heart of gold. Her beauty went far beyond skin deep. She was ambitious, family-oriented, extremely loving, and as pure a soul as one can find in any book. Nash was a bit of a tortured hero, in that he had suffered loss and hadn't quite come to grips with all that life had handed him. He was also a single father to a delightful three year old boy whose mother had abandoned them. Even if I wasn't already swayed and huge fan of his, the interactions with his son would have owned my heart.

The development of a relationship between Nash and Tempest was both hot and sweet. This story made my point for me and gave further proof as to why Melissa Foster is a one-click author for me. I'm guaranteed a great time with passionate relationships, strong heroines, and swoon-worthy heroes!

Welcome back to Peaceful Harbor! In this fifth installment to the series, Tempest Braden rents a room from a closed-off artist named Nash Morgan. She hopes to be able to concentrate on her blooming business. However, Nash and his adorable son, Phillip, become a presence she can’t ignore.

I feel like I always say this with Melissa Foster’s books but I just love how this woman writes small-town romances. It has just the right amount of coziness that readers feel right at home when they pick up a book but also, no two books are similar. You’ll find in a lot of small-town stories, most of the characters are similar but even from book to book within a series, Foster comes up with heroes and heroines who are not only unique but are very interesting as well. Since I liked both Tempest and Nash individually, I liked them even more as a couple.

One of the things that stands out with this book is the presence of Phillip. I liked that Foster incorporated his presence throughout so that this book really feels like a family story. You’ll encounter a lot of walk-on moments of characters from other books/series so that’s nice if you read all of Foster’s books like I do. However, if you don’t, that can be problematic since they do have a good amount of page time. I would just keep that in mind if you decide to try these books out without having read the others in the series.

The Peaceful Harbor series is one of my favorites amongst Melissa Foster’s series. I’m really looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Whisper of Love is the fifth book in the Bradens at Peaceful Harbor series and the thirty seventh in the Love in Bloom series by Melissa Foster. True to form for Foster, it was well written, well developed and filled with depth and dimension.

Tempest "Tempe" Braden was the beautiful, kind, sincere and authentic music therapist to children. Nash Morgan was the gorgeous, rugged, silent, cautious, single parent and artist. Phillip Morgan was Nash's adorable three year old son. He brought many cute antics to the storyline. And I fell in love with how his actions mirrored his father's.

Tempe was making a fresh start and had just moved to Pleasant Hill from Peaceful Harbor. She answered an ad and rented a room from Nash until she could decide whether Pleasant Hill was where she could put down her new roots. The attraction was instant and the storyline began.

Whisper of Love was intense but also sweet. The suspense came from the secret experiences that Nash was harboring that had shaped his life and was the cause of the perfectly constructed walls of protection for himself and his son. Tempe's sweet innocence broke the barrier and the walls began to crumble revealing the heartbreak, anger and betrayal that was buried deep for years. The journey became one of healing, trust, hope, love and the promise of new beginnings.

As with all of the Braden series, the Bradens were front and center as strong supporting cast members, providing additional depth and substance to the storyline.

Through Tempe's story, Foster set the stage well for the next new series, the Bradens at Pleasant Hill, which will include Tempe's cousins Jillian, Jax, Nick, Beau, Zev and Graham.

In the meantime, we have one Peaceful Harbor sibling left. Ty's story is next in Thrill of Love and I can't wait!

Oh lordy, lordy! This book...grab some tissues, you're gonna need them. I virtually cried my way through the last few chapters. But then Melissa throws in a funny line, that makes me laugh through my tears. Being able to evoke such feelings when you're reading, that's a sign of an excellent writer. I am a big fan of Melissa Foster and love her books, but when I read Tru Blue last year I was blown away. I worry that she won't be able to continue amazing me with her characters and storylines, but she does, again and again. She just keeps getting better and better - and she was already brilliant. Some authors just write, rinse, repeat...same old, same old. But Melissa comes up with such different characters and engaging storylines, and has just the right amount of angst to keep me enthralled throughout each book, until the HEA.
This book is my book of the year - so far...
I loved, loved, loved it. Every. Single. Word. From the very first, to the very last. It was an emotional read, and really grabbed me from the get-go, and like Tru Blue it has a cute kid to get your ovaries exploding. This isn't as harrowing or gritty as Tru, there are no drugs involved, but nevertheless, it is an emotional, gut-wrenching read, that will suck you in, chew you up, and spit you out again. But I guarantee that you will love it.
Nash and Tempest are attracted to each other at first sight, but due to their circumstances, and a small child around, their relationship takes time to brew...but like your first morning cuppa, it will quench your thirst for romance. Trust me.
I won't say any more, as I don't want to give away any spoilers. But I will say that Nash Morgan is my new BBF and he is just perfect. In fact, he's taken the #2 spot, right behind my Sexy Rexy. I might even have to put him at 1.5...if he'd been a cowboy... :)
*SIGH* This is one of those books that, when you finish it, you just sit there taking it all in...and then it 'Whispers' to you...read me again. <3

ARC Review: Whisper of Love (Love in Bloom: The Bradens of Peaceful Harbor) by Melissa Foster

A twist of fate, a splash of irony and whole lot of heart prove to be the driving force behind Whisper of Love. Melissa Foster does it again with laughter, love and soul stirring emotion. Tempest has a big heart and the love of a good family, but she has yet to find her heart's desire, her soul mate like her siblings have done. Nash is a man with an abundance of love to give, but a past tragedy has shaped him into a man of caution. Add to that a beautiful, yet mischievous little boy and the heart melting begins. Whisper of Love has everything from drama, to humour, to precious moments of insight. The best way to describe Tempest, Nash and Phillip's journey would be a family in the making. A count your blessings story with a dash of faith thrown in.

Whisper of Love is new favorite Melissa Foster story. I loved the sweet romance that was fairly light on angst.
Nash Morgan is a single dad with a room to rent... Tempest Braden is looking for a change from her small hometown. The chemistry is immediate and incendiary between Nash and Tempest but Nash isn’t sure he is ready to open up and let anyone in to the world he has created for himself and Phillip.
I listened to the audiobook of this and really enjoyed the wonderful narration.

Melissa Foster has taken a page from reality, sprinkled her Magic Dust on it and... given us Whipers of Love. This is a wonderful read!!. This latest book was so relatable to so many single parents. It was a breath of fresh air to read what so many wish for. Tempest Braden and Nash Morgan are a great example of selflessness and a true definition of love.

One of the things that I find attractive is a man who single-handedly takes care of his child. A man who is willing to give up his carefree lifestyle to ensure that his child has the best of everything. Nash Morgan from Whisper of Love is the epitome of such a man. From the moment I met him, I could not help falling in love with him. Then there was his adorable baby boy Phillip, I just wanted to hug him. The bond between a parent and a child is so profound, and Melissa Foster aptly demonstrated this in her latest installment.

Nash had dedicated his life to taking care of his son as such he rarely had time for inter-personal relationships. This was further compounded by events from his past, which he has yet to come to terms with. These events induced a fear within him that led to him being overprotective of his son. His over-protectiveness led to him, keeping both he and his son in seclusion. Financial constraints would see him making a hard decision, which would lead to him admitting a stranger into his life. Making this decision resulted in him meeting the fiery and cautious Tempest Braden, which would push him beyond his boundaries in ways he never imagined.

Tempest Braeden, a music therapist is looking to take her business in a new direction. To do this she decided to move to Pleasant Hill. Being an overly cautious person, she was a bit hesitant in renting the room that Nash was subletting. However, once she let down her guard and made the choice of being room-mates with a complete stranger, she would learn that sometimes it does pay to throw caution to the wind.

The attraction that Nash and Tempest felt for each other was intense and this was clear from the day they first met, however, fear and pain from the past proved a hindrance. Thankfully, their feelings were stronger than their fears, which led to them discovering the healing power of love.

I enjoyed the story, but the parts that resonated with me was the interaction between Nash and his son. Their moments together were heartwarming and funny. The love they had for each other just rolled off the pages. I understood Nash’s protectiveness when it came to his son, although at times it may seem as if he went a bit overboard. I loved how Tempest was able to blend in with them and in the process helped them to view things in a different light.
One of the things that stand out for me with books written by this author is her portrayal of family and friendships. I love stories that demonstrate the beauty found in close-knit families and friendships that have survived varying obstacles. Ms. Foster has a knack for highlighting these themes in her stories in such a way that one cannot help but wish they were a part of something so beautiful.

Written in the third (3rd) person the story gave both Nash and Tempest’s perspectives. The writing is beautiful, the pacing steady and the descriptions vivid. There were varying ranges of emotions flowing through the story. There were moments of laughter, anguish, and sadness which when combined created a story that left me wanting more.

Verdict:
This is a great addition to the Bradens at Peaceful Harbor series. If you enjoy romance stories that are sweet, heartfelt and passionate then you will love Whisper of Love.

N.B. Although it is a part of a series, it is a stand-alone read.

OH MY GOD ..... The feels people ... ALL THE FEELS! I've said this before and I'll say it again and again, Melissa Foster has a beautiful talent. Her story-telling style is all heart. The journeys that she embarks us on are so sweet and heart-warming with passion and always sprinkled with a little bit of humor. She creates characters that are not only likeable but relatable. I am always SO excited when I can read one of her books! And it doesn't really matter where you start in her series, you'll never feel lost! TALENT, I tell ya! :)

The story of Nash and Tempest had just about a bit of everything in it. Including a Phillip! LOVE <3 C'mon, who doesn't love a single dad story?!?! And not just any kind of single dad ... Nash had a ridiculous amount of baggage in his heart but yet he was still oh so swoony ! And Tempest ... she was just beautiful, inside and out! Her work with children and her love for them just made this story that much more poignant. *sigh* I just loved it!

Small town romance with a sexy single dad with the most adorable son and a sweet woman renting a room from him

Whisper of Love is a light hearted, small town romance with a sexy single dad with the most adorable son and a sweet woman renting a room from him. While it may use common themes of a single dad and housemates, Melissa Foster captures this in such a unique way that it feels completely new as you are reading it and I guarantee you will be flicking the pages as fast as I was to find out how this book will play out. I absolutely adored this book with it’s witty writing undertone and its heart warming, quirky characters that will capture your heart.

Told from dual points of views, Tempest and Nash had such a sizzling attraction from the very beginning, but were also quickly very likeable and relatable characters. Together they have an incredible chemistry and connection that clearly evolves as the book progresses as these two strong and independent people grow in accepting new challenges (even if sometimes with reluctance). We also get to see their more vulnerable sides, adding a realistic connection between the characters and readers. There are plenty of fun, sexy moments as the two explore the chemistry between them that heats up with the mutual growing feelings that develop at a fast pace but continually over a period of time. The sub-characters add extra dimensions in helping shape these two characters, especially Nash’s mini-me son, Phillip, who completely steals and melts your heart; I personally loved reading some of the scenes with Phillip in regard to showing his relationship with both Tempest and Nash.

Whisper of Love is exquisitely written with its steady pace and perfect flow. While the book is light hearted there are plenty of emotional undertones and some secrets that add to the book’s intrigue. The descriptions were beautifully captured from the simple details to the intrinsic art Nash created, giving the reader the ability to really visualise the scenes playing out while feeling the intimate emotions. The sub-characters from previous books do crop up but you do not need to have read any previous books to follow along, allowing this to be read as a standalone with a HEA. Phillip, Nash’s son, completely steals the show at the end to make one swoon worthy sweet romantic ending for Tempest and Nash.

Overall, I highly recommend this single dad / housemates romance that I guarantee will leave you feeling all fuzzy and warm, especially with the sweet ending. I loved it!

Whisper of Love follows Tempest Braden and Nash, a single dad navigating the joys and challenges of raising his young son, Philip (“Flip”). Although this story doesn’t take place in Peaceful Harbor, I didn’t feel as disconnected from the series as I did in the previous book. The focus remained tight on Tempest, Nash, and Flip, with only brief appearances from a few Braden cousins, which felt natural and didn’t pull me out of the story.

Single dad romances are one of my favorite tropes, and Nash didn’t disappoint. I loved that he was open to feedback from Tempest, willing to reflect on ways he could improve as a father, which made his character feel grounded, caring, and realistic. Flip was absolutely adorable, and the interactions between father and son added a lot of heart to the story.

Tempest Braden is a compassionate music therapist who has dedicated her life to helping seriously ill patients find comfort and healing through music. This deep sense of purpose and empathy shapes her interactions and her approach to relationships. When she moves to Pleasant Hill, Maryland, seeking a fresh start, she brings with her not just her skills but a profound understanding of the human spirit. Her connection with Nash and his son, Flip, is rooted in this empathy, allowing her to become an integral part of their lives in a way that feels both natural and transformative.

Overall, Whisper of Love is a heartfelt, satisfying read for anyone who enjoys single-dad romances with depth, strong family dynamics, and characters who grow through both love and life experiences. The story is engaging, and Tempest and Nash’s journey feels authentic and emotionally rewarding.

This book will have you falling in love with Nash and Tempest and of course Phillip. Nash is a single dad to 3 year old Phillip. He is an artist who is just trying to do his best as a single dad and raise a good kid.

Tempest is trying to live her life to the fullest and expand her music therapy business. She decides to rent a room from Nash and and it does not take long for sparks to fly and for her to fall in love with Phillip or "Flip" as she calls him. Nash says his name so fast that she thinks he is saying Flip.

Tempest helps Phillip gain some social skills he is lacking by always being with his dad and not around other kids. She helps him with basics like counting and you see a big transformation in both Flip and Nash.

BJ Harrison is the narrator as he has been for all the Braden books Melissa Foster does. I usually enjoy listening to him but this time I was not a fan of the children's voices he did. I felt like Phillip sounded a little British at times. Overall the book is a must read/listen to.

There is of course a HEA and the end is soo cute you will be swooning for Nash.

I can’t fully explain how excited I was to receive Tempest’s story and how much I love it, but I’ll try.
Here goes…something
I love the Bradens just like I love the Ryders and everything else Foster has written that I’ve had the pleasure of reading. Don’t doubt that I’m trying to read everything. She’s one of my favorite authors and this story is another example of why.
I’ve always loved Tempest’s character and her easy-going, laid-back, but cautious, personality. It took me no time to start crushing on the brooding, hot, single daddy Nash and to lose my heart to his adorable son, Phillip. Tempest has never been a wild-child and her immediate and intense attraction to Nash almost floors her. The fact that he seems to be drawn to her as well doesn’t aid in her attempts to be sensible. They hit it off from the beginning, but they take things slow (or slow enough for us romance lovers). They are both responsible and ambitious, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that they are red-blooded individuals. The way Tempest breezes into their life and shakes things up without complicating them is pure gold. While attempting to break down Nash’s walls, she lets some of her own crumble. Their emotional connection is as immediate as their physical attraction and the sexual tension between the two is enough to cut metal, something a true artist such as Nash can appreciate.
Nash hasn’t always had the easy family life that Tempest has. He had it once before, but it’s been shattered leaving him a shell of who he used to be. He’s a great father. He puts his son first, but his attempts to protect him has hindered Phillip in many ways, and with Tempests’s calm demeanor and patience, father and son begin to find more pleasure in life. Their existence has always been peaceful, but they lacked socialization skills and their communication (other than the way they can read each other) could use a little help.
I enjoyed meeting new characters as much as I enjoyed getting reacquainted with old ones; and as always, Foster’s writing is impeccable. As with other stories, the climax is mild and almost drama free, but just as satisfying (probably more so) as the more tense ones of other writers. I feel a certain peace with Foster’s stories, and I always crave more whenever one comes to an end. She has a gift when it comes to character development, smooth flow, and perfect pace. She’d definitely crafted another winner! Kudos, Kudos and more Kudos!

The winner of this book is the boy, Phillip. He had an amazing dad in Nash. Nash changed his entire world to make Phillip his entire world. Phillip also had Tempest. Tempest knew that little boys needed more than just an amazing daddy. She pushed both Phillip and Nash to step out of their wonderful little world and experience the rest of the world. Having both these strong people who loved him so much in his life made Phillip a well rounded, perfect little boy.

Whisper of Love is emotional, one of the most emotional books that Melissa Foster has written in this series. I was hooked from the beginning and never stopped reading. The relationship between Nash and Tempe was slow, sometimes excruciating slow, but it was right for them. They had more to consider then just themselves and I respected how they handled having Phillip around.

In true Love in Bloom fashion there is so much romance. The way that Nash shows his care to Tempe is absolutely wonderful. From the very first note left in the bathroom to the sitting by the fire playing the guitar he was the perfect gentleman. Now, don’t let me lead you to think that there isn’t the steamy, hot loving between Tempe and Nash…there most definitely is. It is melt your panties hot!

Melissa Foster once again wrote a book that I finished in one night and can’t wait to recommend to my fellow steamy romance readers.

Love me some Philip

If you cannot resist Philip's charm, worst if you meet his Dad Nash? These father, and son is beyond adorable and vulnerable that is why Tempest cannot resist them both. I so loved this story as the rest of Melissa Foster's book.

Whisper Of Love is such a heart warming read. It is sweet, funny and at the same time very hot. Nash and Tempest cannot stop kissing. They will make you pant like you are in-front of the fireplace licking an ice cream.

This story is so emotional. You might need some extra Kleenex just in case. If you love music, no doubt you will enjoy reading this book. It is also a beautiful story of letting go and pursue your dreams.

It is one of the sweetest proposal from Melissa Foster's book. I am so in-loved with Philip even more.

Love is a fragile thing. It is not only hard to come by, but is hard to get perfect.

Tempest Braden is a cautious girl by nature. She has always had her close knit family within arms reach, but has decided to fly free and start over in a new town - albeit still close to home with extended family near by (remember--she is cautious to a fault).

Nash Morgan has more than just himself to look out for. He is solely responsible for a impressionable three-year old boy (and a mini farm). He is an artist who has put aside his career to raise his young son even though he feels the call of creating loud and clear. This means he needs a little boost in the financial world--and since he has a spare room to rent figures why not?
Why not indeed? What could go wrong with inviting a stranger into your home?

Tempest needs a quiet place to live. A small farm sounds like the perfect place to write her songs, but can she focus if her new landlord is steamy hot and willing to distract her?

I loved every minute of this novel. Yes, it is part of a series, but you'd never know it. I whole heartedly love Foster's writing and can't wait to see what she has in store for the Braden family next.

This being a Melissa Foster book I immediately had to read it. I stopped very little as I just couldn’t put it down. This is the story of Tempest and Nash. If you love strong female characters, then you will like Tempest. Nash is also an amazing character who is a single father to Phillip. Just like Tempest I immediately fell in love with Nash and Phillip. I really loved how Tempest came and changed both of their lives for the better! This is another great hot and steamy read from Melissa. Even though Whisper of Love is part of a the Love in Bloom series it’s a great book to read by itself. But trust me once you read this book you are going to want to read the rest of the series!

Tempest has moved to a new town for a fresh start, but living with her cousin is leaving her sleep deprived and unable to live her life. She looks for a place of her own, and rents a room from Nash and his small son Phillip.

Nash is a gruff, secretive man who will do literally anything for his son. They've never been apart, and they can spend a whole day communicating without saying a word to each other. Their love for each other is palpable, but Tempest points out that Phillip isn't learning to socialize or play with others. And Nash has pushed off his love of sculpting to be an amazing father.

Can Tempe's sunny disposition and love of life bring Nash and Phillip out of their shells?

I absolutely adore this pair, and I wish that I could hang out with them for a day (or a week, or a month!). Their artistic abilities are amazing, and the love and healing that they spread to others is inspiring!

I received this book through Beck Valley Books Book Tours, I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, and heartbreak.

Before reading this story please read the below books first
Healed By Love (The Bradens at Peaceful Harbor #1; The Bradens #13; Love in Bloom #32)
Surrender My Love (The Bradens at Peaceful Harbor #2; The Bradens #14; Love in Bloom #33)
River of Love (The Bradens at Peaceful Harbor #3; The Bradens #15; Love in Bloom #34)
Crushing on Love (The Bradens at Peaceful Harbor, MD #4)

This is Tempest and Nash’s story. Tempest loves her family and small town but sometimes they both get to her. She wants to find love like the rest of her family. When she moves to another town she meets an artist and his son. It does not take long before they are both in her heart. But they are both trying to ignore the heat and attraction they are feeling. Can she break down the walls around Nash’s heart so he can love her in return? Nash has suffered loss and is not sure he wants to open his heart again. But Tempest brings a whole new light into now only his son’s life but also his own. Can he allow her in or will he push her away to keep his heart safe?

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

The Peaceful Harbor series is one of my favorites amongst Melissa Foster’s series. I’m really looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Oh how I loved Whisper of Love!! My heart was melted by the story of love and broken people who were put back together again because of love!

Tempe is wanting to branch out from under her family's watchful eye. She finds it time to move out from living with them and on her own. Problem is, she can't afford on her own. So, she rents a room from a handsome stranger named Nash. Nash and his young son live on the outskirts of town on a farm. The house is nice, Nash is hot and his son is adorable. See the potential??

I have to tell you, the young boy Phillip stole the show in this book for me. He acts so much like a mini version of his dad! It was beyond adorable. And the fact he needed Tempe to push him in the right direction when it comes to adding the female touch in his young life warmed my heart.

This book was amazing for me. Then again, I am a HUGE Melissa Foster fan. This book had it all! Love, humor, pulling at your heartstrings! I was on an emotional roller coaster the whole time. And then the ending had me in tears, but happy tears!

Another huge hit from Melissa Foster!

Tempest Braden had moved to Pleasant Hill to make a fresh start. She had become too stressed out and overworked with providing her music therapy to hospital patients and wanted to take her business in a different direction by starting a children’s music group. First on her agenda though, is to find a place to rent. When she does, it’s a room on a farmette in the country. Perfect, but with one drawback. Her six-foot-plus hunky landlord is too much of a distraction. Or is he?

Melissa Foster has done it again. I don’t know how she can create so many opposite characters that you would never expect to be together, but they are. Tempest and Nash’s relationship just plain out worked. I love this branch of the Braden’s and have watched each one find their true love, except for Ty. I can’t wait for his.

~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~

As I love all Ms Foster stories, I was so happy when this appeared on my list. It is another wonderfully life-affirming read. As with all the books in this series - and indeed all the interlinking books - knowledge from previous ones makes it even richer, but even as a stand alone it gives huge amounts of pleasure.

Sometimes the characters are loud and brash, yet always good - but here we get to meet two people who love the quiet, calm life, and who are devoted to making life better for those they love. For Tempe this has meant a career in music therapy, but she is finding the intensity of supporting sick children is exhausting her, but the thought of leaving them behind makes her feel guilty.

Nash has shelved his career as a sculptor in order to care for his son. His brief liaison with Phillip's mother ended when she went back to the life she wanted, and he has devoted the last three years exclusively to Phillip. So when Tempe comes to rent a room, and the chemistry between them is so strong, but really so unexpected, we get a wonderful romance which is inevitable from that very first moment. They certainly give their chemistry a chance to flourish!

Ms Foster gives us two beautifully matched people, who are prepared to listen, learn and release some of their preconceptions in the interests of pleasing one another. It is so seamlessly written, that it is impossible not to become entirely smitten with this couple, and young Phillip. The inclusion of family, the acceptance of each other's pasts leading to the happiness of the present all combine to give another wonderful story.

I highly recommend this - and indeed any book by Ms Foster - if what you love is a story which is full of insightfulness, passion and optimism.

Wow, what a fabulous book!!! Was really looking forward to Tempest Braden's book and was not disappointed!! When Tempest moves to Pleasant Hill to relocate her business, she tries to rent a room from the gorgeous, hot, sexy, single father, Nash Morgan. When Tempe meet Nash and his son Phillip, she feels the chemistry instantly. With Nash being very with drawn from people, Tempe opens his eyes to show him how to live again. When all of Nash's secrets from his past come out can they survive??
Loved Nash's son Phillip and his interactions with everyone. You will fall in love with this little guy! Phillip will just melt your heart!! Another great book that I could not put down once I started!! Definitely a scorching read and a one click buy!!

I honestly don't know how she does it, but Melissa Foster just seems to get better with each book she writes. I have loved her books since the first one of hers that I read, and I genuinely look forward to each new book she releases. She is at the top of my auto-buy list, and is the queen of contemporary romance. It amazes me how unique and different each story she writes is, yet I always feel so at home with her books. Whisper of Love was no exception, and I felt like I had walked right into this beautiful world that Melissa Foster has created. I loved the characters and the story so much, and this might just be my favorite book of Melissa's to date.

After watching most of her family find love and settle down, Tempest Braden is ready for her own HEA. She rents a room from sexy single father Nash Morgan, an artist living on the edge of town. Though she is determined to focus on building her business, Tempest soon finds Nash and Phillip becoming more important to her than she would have expected. But Nash is closed off after everything that has happened in his life and though he wants to let Tempest in, he finds himself wondering if he can risk falling for someone that could wreck his world.

I absolutely loved these characters. Nash is a sexy single dad with a lot more going on beneath the surface than you first see. He had been through a lot, and I found that I really understood him and why he was the way he was. Even though he was closed off at times, he was so sweet and charming that I couldn't help but swoon right alone with Tempest. Tempest was the kind of heroine that I love to read about! She was beautiful on the inside as well as out, kind and caring. She was absolutely perfect for both Nash and Phillip, her love for children allowing her to be exactly what both of them needed. I just couldn't get enough of these characters and the strong connection that was forming between them.

Overall, I loved this book and can't recommend it enough. Melissa Foster always writes such beautiful and heartfelt stories, filled with emotion and love. I really love her books, and I truly believe that you can't go wrong with anything that has her name on it. That being said, this is seriously one of my favorites of hers that I have ever read and would be at the top of my list of recommendations for readers looking for a great contemporary romance. Whisper of Love drew me right in and I never wanted this story to end.

Whisper of Love (Love in Bloom Book #26) by Melissa Foster.
The Love in Bloom series proved to be a heartwarming journey through love, family, and personal growth. Spanning multiple interconnected series/stories, it offers a wonderful blend of romance, humor, and emotional depth that kept me reading the whole way through.
Ms. Foster crafted fully developed, relatable, and multidimensional characters who added an extra element of emotion and interest to my overall reading experience. The heroes are fiercely loyal and endearing, while the heroines are smart, empowered, and refreshingly ‘real’. Each character feels like someone you could know in real life, making their struggles and triumphs, high and lows, all the more impactful.
The stories have a perfect balance of steamy romance mixed with heartfelt moments. But that doesn’t mean that Ms. Foster shies away from exploring deeper themes like forgiveness, self-discovery, and the complexities of relationships – adding dynamic layers to the storyline/s. But, despite the emotional depth, the series still maintains more of a lighthearted charm, sprinkled with humor and tender family connections.
While each novel can be read as a standalone, there is an interconnectedness with the recurring characters and overlapping storylines - which help create a sense of community that feels warm and inviting. It’s like being welcomed into a big, loving family where everyone has a worthwhile story to tell.
‘Within the Love in Bloom big-family romance collection you'll find fiercely loyal heroes and smart, empowered women on their search for true love. They're flawed, funny, and easy to relate to. Characters from each series appear in future Love in Bloom books…’
If you are a fan of contemporary romance or simply looking for a feel-good series to escape into, this series is a worthwhile binge read…
