I read this 100-page page turner at the request of one of my students. This would be perfect for a reluctant reader! It kept me hanging on until the end though I did get an inkling about part of the resolution fairly early on. The opportunity to identify character traits and predict with this book would be ideal for junior high readers.

The book The Hunter had lots of mystery one example is that main character was followed. I like how the main character is nice to his family. The main character likes base ball and plays in his free time. The main character is in his twenty's. I wood recommend this book to readers that like mystery books.

This was a good book. In the beginning this kid wanted to go start playing baseball again and he hoped that someone would look at him to play baseball for him then there was this guy that always watched him and this guy look familiar to him then he went home and told his mom about it this guy ended up being the burglar that his mom turned in then he went to work and the guys always drank and they got mean when they drank. The boss told them to stop and then the next day someone got fired and the kid that wanted to play baseball the boys accused for telling on them. Then they were getting revenge on him and his gf went to the hospital and they tried killing him the the burglar was watching and called the cops and the guys got arrested and at the end the burglar that kept saving the kid ended up being his dad who he had never met.

This was a mystery about a boy named Greg who lived with his mom. His dad was an ex-criminal and the mom didn't Greg to know about his dad. Greg felt like he was being stalked, the Hunter. Greg saw this strange guy follow him to school and at basketball practice. Someone broke into their apartment. At the book he figured out who it was through his mom. This book was okay because it was boring at times.
