This is a consistently good series. Another page turner. Tried to read it slowly but the angst was too much for me (as usual;). The action scenes were heart stopping—thriller suspense& so good!. The book takes you back into one of the characters pasts and you learn more about where they come from, some of it is a bit goey… some of it is Spicy. But most importantly I was left wondering when book seven is coming? Because cliff hanger!! 😂😊

I’m completely and utterly in love with this series. By the long time it took me to finish it, one might think I struggled with this book. In truth, I could’ve read it in one day, but because I’ve waited for it to come out for longer than I wanted, I actually struggled with the thought of getting closer to the end with each page, so, like a child, I tried to drag it as long as I could for maybe, just maybe, the next one will be out there once I’ve turned the last page.
The series gets better and better with each book and all I can say is this: IF YOU HAVEN’T CROSSED PATHS WITH THE DCYE SERIES YET, LEAVE EVERYTHING AND START READING IT NOW!!!

This was a good book with a suspenseful story and it had been wanting to know what would happen next. I haven't read the others in the series so I didn't know all the back stories but I was still able to follow this book. I am planning on continuing this series (and going back to catch up) I am invested and have to know the whole story!!

I didn’t read the other books in the series but plan to after reading this one. Full of action and suspense. Kinsley is a track star at college who has gotten involved with a crime boss. She has decisions that she must make and struggles to make the right ones in love and in life.
Looking forward to reading the previous books in the series as after reading this one I know they won’t disappoint. I received this book in exchange for a review.
