I liked this book because when Eva broke her wing she was SO brave about the hospital and everything. And she still had a great time at carnival. Plus she loved the hospital and she made a new friend Rocco. In all this book was great!

Hey, fellow book lovers! I just finished reading and reviewing an incredible book called Owl Diaries Get Well, Eva. It's the sixteenth book in the Owl Diaries series, and I'm super excited to tell you all about it!
In this book, something not so great happens. Eva gets hurt while playing Wing Ball. Ouch! She has to go to the hospital, and they put her wings in a Wing Sling. It's like a cast for wings. Eva loves playing Wing Ball, and she really wants to get better in time for the next season. If she doesn't, they might not win against the Woodlanders. Oh no!
But wait, there's more! The school carnival is coming up, and Eva doesn't know if she'll have any fun with her wings in a sling. She's worried, but guess what? She ends up having a lot of fun at the carnival! She even makes a new friend. That part is really funny because Eva isn't very good at writing, so she asks her friend Lucy to write in her diary. Lucy takes over and starts writing, "Tuesday diary takeover. Hello, Eva's diary! It's Lucy. I know it's strange for me to be writing here, but you asked me to. Let me explain what happened at school..."
Throughout the book, I learned an important message. If you get hurt, it's okay! You'll always find a way to have fun. Even if things don't go as planned, it's important to look on the bright side. Eva didn't let her injury stop her from having a great time at the carnival.
I absolutely loved reading "Owl Diaries: Get Well, Eva." It's a heartwarming and funny story with adorable illustrations that make the book even more enjoyable. If you like stories about friendship, overcoming challenges, and finding joy even in difficult times, then this book is perfect for you!
So, remember, if you ever get hurt, don't worry too much. You'll find a way to have fun and enjoy yourself. Keep looking on the bright side!
Bye for now, and happy reading!

Eva injures her wing and has to go to the hospital and get a wingsling put on. This is going to put a serious damper on the plans she had for participating in the school carnival that week. Will her injury ruin everything?
I loved how Eva's injury makes her more aware of kids stuck at the hospital for longer and spurs her to find a way to bring some joy to them. She also makes a friend from the next town over, teaching kids it is ok to make new friends from farther away and to look for the positive in situations. It's an adorably illustrated little adventure with a great message to it.

In Treetopolis, there will be a carnival. But in the day one week away from the carnival, Eva hunted her arm in wing ball. Eva can’t move her feet so she had to go to the hospital she put wing sling on and she flies with a wing chair. At the hospital, Eva met the owlet called Rocco. They became friends. Rocco said that he was but he was coming to Treetopolis for vacation , but he hurt his leg on the suitcase. Can Rocco come to the carnival.

It was a great book. Eva even gets a WINGCHAIR, similar to a wheelchair, except it makes you fly, when she gets a fracture on her wing for a while. Lucy and Humphrey takeover the diary untill Eva gets well. It also included a lot of jokes of Humphrey.

It’s because I liked it when Eva got her wingsling off and when her friends were nice to her.

This was a fun one because it deviated from the norm with Lucy and Henry writing in Eva's diary for her when her wing gets injured. I wouldn't mind a snarky series with Henry as the main character.
