Stories and poems filled with the essence of autumn, from falling leaves to the cool crisp air. Here are tales you can share around the campfire or snuggled up in front of a fireplace. Just beware of things that go bump in the night.
This anthology has something for everyone from the spooky to the slightly kooky, to the beautiful and the haunting. With winners from past Haunted Pamlico Writing Competitions and chosen members of the Pamlico Writers' Group.
As an only child I often entertained myself with stories. I come from a long line of storytellers. With six sons, their spouses and/or friends, grandchildren and other assorted family members, I have a wide range of characters and experiences to tap into. I write suspense and mystery often with a little darker side of life, but I believe in happy endings, the love and strength that comes from family even if it is your found family, and that good triumphs over evil.
