Steve Palise walks readers through the fundamentals in entering the residential property market and how to best leverage their position for future growth. The book starts off with basic concepts which will feel somewhat bland if you come from a finance back ground. However, it delves into some further complex concepts around leveraging and tax benefits from an investment property which I thought was very beneficial. Would highly recommend this book to anyone considering entering the residential property market as a first time buyer!

Very very basic info - lacks any real discussion around strategy or the numbers.
The 15 year plan is based on interest rates well below historical averages and is all but void in today's environment.

Boring but educational but that’s kinda what I was going for. Hard to complain cause has a lot of useful information for first home buyers but definitely not a topic that gets me up.

While it doesn’t contain anything revolutionary, this book provides a comprehensive introduction to Australian residential property. Worth the read.
