A fascinating book, sometimes a bit elitist and out of reach in its cited experiences and recommendations, but nonetheless, it nourishes and enriches our knowledge about tea, its culture, its terroirs, etc. The author is undoubtedly a well of knowledge in the field, and I now want to read more of his works to develop my own experience of tea culture.
