I loved this book. I wanted to try chair yoga, but my local Y just does not offer it at the times I'm available. This book walks you through step by step with some great tips along the way. Each exercise is broken down by parts of the body, legs, arms, back, hands etc. The instructions are pretty easy to follow and they have some great pictures to further make the point. If you have wanted to try chair yoga, but were afraid, this might be the best way to try it at home with no fear that you have to look perfect doing it. Sometimes I did the exercised in my pjs and the chair did not care.
