This is a very technical book with a ton of theory and X’s and O’s info on football. I love the introductions to each chapter written by a former or current coach. Good read if you are REALLY into football.

Though it has some decent X and O ideas, the best aspect of this book is the in-depth look at philisophical and mental approaches that big-name coaches share throughout the first 15 chapters.
