Drowning in the sins of man never stops this angel from indulging.
As the Angel of Solitude, Cassiel lives as an earth-bound angel. He never grows old, but nor can he take anyone as his for eternity. Sounds like a lonely life, but he thrives on being the forever bachelor.
For fun, he agrees to attend a Speed Dating event at the DeLux Café with his friend and fellow angel, Jeremiel. Everything is as he expected-boring... until he meets her.
The moment he sits down at her table at the mingle, Maisy Edwards knows he is trouble. From when he snatches her phone and puts his information in it, to harassing her until she agrees to see him, he is a thorn in her side. Cass is the type of man every woman loves to hate.
But sometimes playing with fire ignites a passion neither expects and both will fight like hell to deny.
Cassiel is book nineteen in the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld shared world, filled with arrogant angels, feisty females, and more.

Angel of Solitude, Cassiel is an earth-bound angel who has an attitude the size of Hell. Not gonna lie when I started reading his story I actually wanted to throat-punch him for the way he was acting and treating people. He's lived so long I think he forgets to be human (Pun intended). When he attends a speed date with his friend he doesn't realize fate is about to give him the punch in the gut he needs. Maisy is the woman that he just wants to drive nuts to see if he can get under her skin. Maisy knows guys like Cassiel and she has no issue giving him the stink-eye. These two have a love-hate relationship and it's kinda funny to read about. Find out if the angel can figure out a way to date the human without dying.
Holy H3LL! I loved this book and was hooked from the very beginning. Cassiel has no desire to go to the speed dating mingle and is determined to cause a little trouble. Enter Maisy... for some reason Cassiel (Cass) just cannot stop being a PITA with her. Opposites attract maybe? Or maybe these two are just ment to be together. Only issue? Oh that is right Cassiel is an angel and cannot love a human. I love the push and pull of these two and the ending, holy cow! I was left wanting more. Bring on the next book.

For me this is another winner in this series. I have enjoyed every one of the books in this series and this one is no exception. Both Cassiel and Maisy are reluctantly attending the latest speed dating meeting. Both of them are not impressed and Maisy is down right bored. When Cassiel sits down with Maisy she has pulled out her phone and is scrolling through her messages. Cassiel is a bit annoyed by this and a short interaction takes place between them and he takes her phone off her. Much to her surprise and annoyance. As the session ends he still has her phone and further interaction takes place between them as she tries to get her phone back. They don't meet up again for some time but the chemistry of love-hate is still evident between them. An excellent read with great interaction between out two main characters. With more demons and angels adding to the story. Of course there is a happy ending for our two love-hate lovers. This the 19th book in the “Speed Dating With the Denizens Of The Underworld Series”. This is an entertaining read that moved quick, the characters are great and the plot kept me turning page after page. I really enjoyed reading about Cassiel and Maisy. Cassiel is living as an earth-bound angel. Cassiel agrees to attend a Speed Dating event at the DeLux Café with his fellow angel friend Jeremiel. Cassiel meets Maisy who is a human at DeLux Café and he does everything he can to irritate her and get her attention. Cassiel takes Maisy’s telephone and enters his information and never lets up on her. Even though Cassiel is an angel he can’t date a human the humans are not supposed to know about them. Maisy finally agrees to a date with Cassiel. These two are awesome together. I so loved how entertaining the two are, there camaraderie is witty and had me later at their back-and-forth banter.

I have really enjoyed this series. Cassiel has to be one of my favorites so far. How far would you go for love? Cassiel is an Angel who knows he can't ever fall in love or else the cost will be very great. This has never been a problem until he meets Maisey. She challenges him and sparks something within him that no other person every has. What will he choose to do, give up Maisey or become a Fallen Angel?
This book was so well written! From the moment I picked it up, I was hooked. I needed to know what was going to happen and what Cass would choose. The story did not disappoint in any way whatsoever. I was able to finish it within a couple of hours (I absolutely needed to know what happened) and was very happy with the ending.

If someone wants to be with you, nothing will stop them from doing so
Cassiel is coerced by his friend Jeremiel to go to a Speed Dating Mingle. He would rather stick needles in his eyes than suffer through this boring, tedious event. Just when he gets ready to pack it in, he meets Maisy. Suddenly he is very interested. Maisy is feisty and cheeky and they do not hit it off at first. But there is something about her that holds his interest like no other. She is definitely a challenge, and he loves challenges.
Maisy find Cass arrogant and full of himself, yet he stirs up her girly parts like no one ever has. She discovers he has a selfless side with his volunteer meetings that helps others in need. Their story is emotional and passionate. I found myself riffling through the pages at a speedy pace.
Cassie is angel that meets his fated mate at a speed dating event. It wasn't instant love though, he did everything in his power to irritate her. Maisy is a human woman not looking for love but we t to a speed dating event and meets up with a handsome irritating man who took her phone from her. Their meetings together end up the same way until one day they decide to go on a date. After that Cassiel has a coice to make tobe with the woman he loves. Maisy has a choice of her own to make as well, but love has a way of making the right decisions for them. This book was like enemies to lovers with plenty of steamy and banter between the characters.

This is very definitely an opposites attract. But then I do sometimes wonder if it is someone's past that makes the difference when on the face of it, as they are now, they are really not compatible. The speed dating event is the last place Cassiel wishes to be and he's made no secret of that at all. Still he's there so he might as well sit through it that is until one woman wounds his pride a bit and his response gets her riled up. Maisy is bored but possibly doesn't pick the right time to start looking at her phone which is rather academic as not long after it ends up in the pocket of a clear playboy, urgh! With such an auspicious first meeting how can they not end up in love!!.
Another fantastic read to this series world and by Julie Morgan!! Cassiel and Maisy meet at the speed dating event and let’s just say they do not hit it off at all. However both are willing to give it a try to see where things might go outside of that particular setting. Cassiel has some huge decisions to make being an Angel and has to decided if Maisy is worth the risks. This book with have your laughing at their banter, groaning in frustration for them and has a good amount of sizzle we expect from Julie. I’d give it more stars if I could.

Cass is so not what people think of him... arrogant - yes; handsome - yes; sweet n innocent - no. Maisy is a delight, she's cynical but naive at times also... I love how she talks things thru with herself. Speed dating brings them together and the two the rest. An interesting journey to their new beginning but sooo worth the effort! Great read! Looking forward to the next episode of Underworld Speed dating!! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Love the Banter How do you not know love when you have a huge heart underneath? The angel of solitude isn't suppose to ever be in love. Maisy feels naive and inexperienced in several ways, Cass isn't. They meet when Cassiel steals her phone. Months pass, they're each friends wth a couple you may know, Cade & Annabelle, not realizing it. When Jeremiel runs into Maisy it heats up the memories. Now they can't stop texting and bantering. Will there be love in the cards? Consequences? Tune in to see in this wonderful story.
Loved this book in this delightful series. The banter between Cassiel/Cass, angel of solitude and Maisy Edwards was delightfully entertaining, the characters were interesting and lovable, and the storyline kept me flipping the pages. Their romantic story was well written and one of my favorites in this series as Cass chases after Maisy knowing the consequences of becoming a fallen angel. Will love triumph all? Cassiel Is an Angel of solitude who is earth bound and is destined to never fall in love, Maisey is human and not looking for anything serious. For a laugh they both end up at the same speed dating event and BAM, Cassiel finds his fated mate. It’s a fun journey as we watch these two first disagree on everything but when they meet again find out they have extraordinary chemistry. It’s fun, it’s steamy, theres banter, theres sass, there’s danger and there’s suspense as Cassiel has a decision to make.
This is book nineteen in the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld story for Angel of Solitude Cassiel and and human Maisy Edwards. This one will have you laughing at how these two meet and how obnoxious Cassiel is to Maisy. I loved this story and the way these two get their happily ever after together is one that will have you shaking your head at Cassiel. I loved the way Maisy and Samuel interacted. I can’t wait for the next book.

This was one of my favorite stories. Cassie ends up going to the Speed Dating event at DeLux Cafe. As an angel he isn't allowed to take a mate. He ends up meeting Maisy at the event and ends up putting his information in her phone and becoming a pest. But things are happening between these two. Will Cassie give up his his angelness to be with Maisy? Lots of banter, steam and was an enemies to lovers story. Loved the characters and the story. I recommend the whole series.

I was worried when I first started reading this book there was a lot of language and over use of the f-word — like a lot. Then it seemed to calm down and get into a really interesting and good story flow that I was able to get into and I really fell in love with these characters! Maisy and Cass surprised me as the book went on and it took a turn I wasn’t expecting. I loved it. If you’re going to get into the Speed Dating with the Denziens of the Underworld books - Cassiel is a must read for sure!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Cassiel and Maisy meet at a speed dating and sparks fly. They can't keep away from each other and soon fall in love. Cassiel accepts being a fallen angel to love Maisy. Maisy loves Cassiel so she accepts becoming a demoness to be with him forever. Cassiel and Maisy start to work together as well as being together. I loved the interactions between Cassiel and Maisy.
I’m absolutely loving this series with all of these amazing authors and this is Cassiel’s and Maisy’s story. Cassiel an angel loves being a bachelor until he goes to the DeLux Cafe for a laugh and meets Maisy something happens to him and he just can’t leave Maisy alone but Cassiel can’t fall in love or there will be severe consequences for him. I loved this story and the characters and I definitely recommend this book/ series.
An absolute joy to read! What an epic failure at the speed dating event for Maisy and Cass! These two had me laughing! I loved these characters and their story had me turning the pages to see what was going to happen next. A very exciting and fun read that I couldn’t put down! This is such a fantastic series! I very highly recommend!.

This was a fantastic and enjoyable read, that has so much to offer. There is some amazing humour and banter, but also sweetness and an incredible amount of banter between the main characters.
This series i have said time and time again is not one to be missed. The characters in each book is well created and the storyline’s will keep your attention from the first page to the very last word. I love this.
Cassiel was an Angel who reluctantly agreed to attend the speed dating event at the DeLux Cafe with a friend. There he met Maisy, a human. Even though angel’s cannot date humans he is drawn to her and does everything he can to get her attention. Well written story with danger, suspense, true love, amazing chemistry and a wonderful HEA.

Julie Morgan gives us the nineteenth entry in the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld series. Cassiel is notoriously a loner. When he's dragged into attending the speed dating event at the DeLux Cafe his loner days are numbered. Maisy is a snarky human that attends the speed dating event and ends up finding a match she definitely didn't consider made in heaven. A fun read!.

I do not know how Julie does it every time, but I swear she kills it! She always leaves me hungry for more! She doesn't even leave us on a cliffhanger (well ok, sometimes she does haha) but even without a cliffhanger you just fall so in love with her characters and the story. and this book was no disappointment. I loved the humor in this book and just all the twists and turns, I can not wait to read her next book in this set!
I absolutely loved this story. It was more of an enemies to lovers trope with a little bit of humor. It had wonderful characters and a very exciting story line. It was also super steamy and had a little but of kink thrown in as well. This was a new author for me and I will definitely be checking out her other books now.

This is a great addition to the series. I love how every book is different, and yet we get to see different aspects of the characters' stories in each book. Cassiel and Maisy have a sort of enemies to lovers vibe going on, which makes this one tons of fun. Angels and demons galore, along with other supernaturals. This is a geat read.
I always have a good time reading the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld series, it has a great concept for all of the entries. Julie Morgan does a great job in telling the story and have it be really well written. I'm glad this series had continued because this was one of my favorites.

Masiey is bored and decides to look at her phone upsetting Cass in the process. He takes her phone as a lesson not returning it until later along with an offer. Not that either except anything to happen as both thoroughly dislike eachother. Of course the age old saying about opposites and thin lines. Only one problem angels can't love and humans can't know about them.
What a good story. Does he fall for the woman he loves? Well you have to read it to truly know. I think that this is a great Angel story, add in speed dating and you have a fun read. I Loved It!!! No Spoilers!.

Book 19 in the Speed Dating with the Denizens of the Underworld series, another great story. This is the Angel of Solitude, Cassiel and human Maisy Edwards' story, it is well written with a great storyline. There is suspense, drama, danger, villains, fallen, and love. I enjoyed seeing them get a happy ending. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Cassiel might have met his fated mate at the speed dating even, but he was not going to fall quickly. Instead, Cassiel did what he could to get on Maisy's nerves. Fun banter, of the chart chemistry and an amazing story that grabs your from the start.
