I love how Chef Keith constantly shares what he has learned to help others. I am a huge follower of his work, and I absolutely love the inclusion of his books in his community. We aren't getting just his take; he features other chefs and their takes on their fermentation techniques, etc. I also love how the photos are laid out and the ease of use of the recipes. If you want to start learning or even do fermentation, try this one out; it is amazing!

A good cookbook with recipes for sourdough breads, preserved fruits, veggies, rice & legumes. Also includes recipes for yogurt, kombucha, sauces, vinegars and condiments. It could use a chapter on pickles. I’ll try a few veggie recipes and the one for sriracha sauce.
