3.5 ⭐️ 5 spice🌶️

This started off with a DREAM scenario. MMC is supportive, protective, encouraging and Laila (wife) starts to show some signs of progress from past childhood trauma (that backtracks so quickly). The poly dynamic was feeling so promising…

Then it just got messy AF with MAJOR incidents (and choices) that were never talked through and they just somehow started to move on?! 😅 Plot holes and things I would have loved to read about (e.g. coming out publicly as a threesome)…just literally no resolution.

I picked the book for the spice and because there is not nearly enough MFF in the romance genre. I had no expectations so genuinely just enjoyed the read for what it was, but there was a SO MUCH potential it just sucks when books miss the mark.

p.s. Please share your recommendations for MFF. 📚

The pacing of this narrative was all over the place; plot events had very little, or no, foundation to support them, and they rarely followed a logical progression. While I did appreciate that the author attempted to give the characters depth by highlighting each of their insecurities within the new relationship dynamic, the finer points of this were completely overshadowed by the wilder elements of the narrative.

Generally, these characters were also difficult to like. Sage was the easiest to root for. Constantino, while supportive of his wife and kind to Sage, had terrible moments with zero redemption. Laila was also awful throughout the majority of this narrative to both Constantino and Sage; her "penance” for this behavior, that was driven by insecurity, was also insane and disproportionate.

If you enjoy books with dark elements, lots of spicy scenes including FF then you need to read this book right away! I stayed up late trying to finish this book because I was sucked into this mafia world and the dynamics between Constantino, Laila, and Sage. I absolutely loved these characters!

Constantino can be your typical mafia boss, but he also shows such a soft, caring side with Laila and Sage. I couldn't get enough of him! Laila and Sage both had insecurities that become evident as they were trying to navigate this new relationship. Laila and Sage had my emotions all over the place when they were trying to figure everything out. Honestly, Constantino was the most steadfast of the three of them. I loved how protective and truly loving he was. I enjoyed how the story turned out and the love that they had for one another.

I don't read too many MFF, but I absolutely would read more if they were like this. The scenes were so steamy! I definitely can't wait for more in this series!

Y'all..Yall! I never thought I'd could get into a FFM book but Emilia Rose had to prove me
wrong. This book is made me melt.

Laila is married to Constantino, who is the head of The Syndicate, and they have a good
marriage but she has confessed to him her secret desire to be with a woman. Enter Sage,
who's been left at Constantino's bar by her date...who left with another woman. Laila notices

Sage across the bar and that's when her husband tells her to introduce herself and make a proposal that would make Sage their toy for the next year. Even though Laila is nervous, she follows through and eventually Sage accepts

What follows is a spicy, spicy story that involves a lot of character introspection on Laila and Sage's part. I also love how the story includes how they make their relationship work and the struggles they have.

Oh. My. God. This book was INSANE! The spice was just 🥵🌶

Constantino is the Mafia boss and Laila is his stunning wife; who wants to explore with women, Sage soon catches their eye in Constantino's club one night.

Sage agrees to become their 'toy', no feelings or attachments for a year, if they want her she comes, no questions and phew 🥵 do they come 😏😉

This was a really good book, i loved how the relationships evolved between all three of the characters, it's also very, very spicy! I don't read many FFM books but this one was brilliant! It's also a little dark so just make sure to check Trigger Warnings ⚠️

So I bought this book because of it's cover, because damn! Well let me tell you a little something, this is a married couple of whom the wife wants to try to have s@x with a woman, but ahe also want her husband to have s@x wit said woman. There's one scene that the husband forbid them to come and of course they disobey him so he takes them to a secret room and shackles them across from each other(the two women)and punish them by attatching toys to their virginias and make them come over and over again, while he is ☠️ someone somewhere else 🔥🔥🔥 At the end of the book they want to stay together forever........😍😍

I really enjoyed this book. Wife wants to add another girl in the bedroom and her husband helps make that come true.

Dark romance(Not to me but maybe to someone else)
FFM
Mafia
Lots of action/suspense
Extra spicy!! 🥵

Laila my poor baby indecisive Laila I screamed soo much at her but she is a sweet heart. Took her a while but she finally put her foot down. Sage I freaking loved her even with her miscommunication also lol. Constantino got added to my book husband list because he loves and supports his wife and his princess he’s such a teddy bear for them but an Alpha hole to the world. This book had realistic expectations toxic friends,Love trips and sex ooh and the pesky FBI.

I went into this book needing a certain ff dynamic and I didn’t exactly get it but I got the spiciest ffm story of a lifetime! The attraction and chemistry between all three characters was off the charts! I could feel the love and passion they all had for eachother.

There was a lot of character development for one of the main characters that does kind of drag on in my opinion but it did help the story.

Once I opened this book I was buckled in. Nothing could make me put it down. Highly recommend this one!

Loved this story of Constantino, Laila, and Sage. Emilia writes smut with heat and heart and I am here for it! There were times I wanted to shake Laila with how she treated Sage in front of her supposed best friend, but they all get their HEA in the end. If you haven't read Emilia, what are you waiting for? Will read her stories over and over again.

I received an advance review copy from the author and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

If you love mafia read, with lots of smutt with MFF and FF, this will be a good read for you.

It has some dark elements, but as a Mafia read, that is to be expected. The characters worked well with each other, and the relationship between all three main characters is steamy. The main male character is very over protected and dominating over his women that was sexy as hell to read.

I devoured this book after I got the ARC. I’m new to Emilia’s books but she’s becoming one of my go to authors. The spice, the drama, these might be my favorite mafia books I’ve read so far. She really does the stories justice.

This is a MFF mafia romance it has an interesting mix of dark elements, a hint sweet and steamy. It is a great read following Lalia, Sage and Constantio. It is a smutty read but it also has a great plot. I enjoyed the dynamics between this group.

Was this man a red flag? Yes.
But did he become vulnerable and cry? Also yes.

So that makes him a green flag.

ALSO my first FFM and this didn’t disappoint in the 🌶️

I was looking for a spicy book, and that’s exactly what I found… for the most part. I’m an audiobook listener, and for me, it’s top-tier when the audio is in duet style—in this case, with three different voices for each main character. I loved all the voices, and I’m a huge fan of Sean Masters. This is my first FFM story, and I have to say it was nicely done.

The first part of the book was spicy as hell, then the plot kicked in, and the spice came to a screeching halt. I loved Constantino’s character—he was supportive, loving, had a filthy mind (and mouth), and was overall the best mafia guy I’ve read so far. The mafia aspect was minimal; the story focused on the relationship between the three of them. There were no dark elements here, just a couple of killings.

I liked Sage’s character and would’ve loved to see more of her evolution outside the relationship with Constantino and Laila, as well as more exploration of her one-on-one dynamic with Constantino. On the other hand, Laila got annoying really fast. I understand the need for validation and being a people-pleaser, but damn, it was cringe-worthy—she created avoidable drama with just a little communication.

That aside, there were unresolved plot points that bothered me: Who was Poppy really? What was the deal with Constantino's brother? The way Ricardo and Sage’s relationship was portrayed, I was sure they’d develop feelings. The story also hinted at Constantino opening up to Sage about his feelings, but it never happened.

I get the pregnancy trope—many women want kids—but I’m tired of happy endings revolving solely around marriage and babies. The ending felt rushed, with loose ends tied up too neatly. No one improved their communication, Laila never grew a spine, and I’m unsure if there’s a sequel. I’d rate this lower if not for the fantastic spice in the first half and the duet-style narration.

4 ✨ for me for a few reasons. It was a great story, but felt it didn't quite follow through with a few of the plot lines along with several editing errors. Love all of Emilia's books and have most of them on my shelf. Spoilers ahead due to the TW and troupe list at the bottom.

I was able to read this in one sitting. It was good and kept me invested. I found the angst level to be up there mainly because the third act break up scene, but also the whole everyone isn't saying what is on their mind and full of misunderstandins. Laila was my least favorite character and constantly caused more issues than anything else. Three weeks into the contract and everyone is in love threw me in this mafia setting, but it worked for the length of the book. For a boss of the family, he was constantly being questioned by his family. Felt a little like one minute he was the boss and the next minute he was just a figure head. All the FBI stuff just kind of dropped off and was left open and unresolved.

I loved the character development of Con. He showed a vulnerable side, and then became what everyone needed in the end. Sage was my favorite. The voice of reason in most cases. That said, she was still a main character in the miscommunication troupe. They all were, but I felt like her character shouldn't have had this issue.

If you love a FFM dynamic, with instalove for the new member to the throuple that was met at the bar, with a mafia boss that is alpha hole one minute and soft and squishy the next minute, a miscommunication troupe with a third act break up, murder, BC tampering, kidnapping with a side of torture, and pregnancy troupe, then this is for you. Enjoy!

Audiobook Review
Constantino is the head of the mafia and he and his wife Laila have been married for five years. After expressing her interest in women Constantino wants to give his wife a chance to explore her desire to add another woman into their bed. Insert Sage, Sage is minding her own business at Constantino’s bar when Laila gives her the proposition of a lifetime. One million dollars in exchange for being their “toy” for a whole year.
I devoured this book! There was spice from the very first sentence and it only got spicier from there! In addition to all of the spice (and there was A LOT) I really enjoyed the plot and character development. I enjoyed the friendship that developed between Laila and Sage as well as the relationship development between Constantino and Sage. Sage was able to be there for him in a way that Laila was not. There was no denying the love between the three of them.
The audio was incredible! I cast was perfect! Ash Kingsley nailed her role as Sage. She voiced Sage’s vulnerability in the beginning and as the story went on her voice got more confident as Sage got more confident in her role with Laila and Constantino. This was my first time listening to Scarlett Love and I couldn’t imagine anyone else voicing Laila. Her voice was light, sweet and innocent. She not only portrayed Laila’s insecurities but she also brought her dominant possessive side to life perfectly! Sean Masters’ deep and growly voice was exactly what I had imagined for Constantino. I cannot recommend this audiobook enough!

I absolutely loved this book and the story Emilia Rose created. While Mafia Boss (the first book in the series) had more violence, Mafia Toy definitely had more spice! Laila and Constantino have decided to explore adding someone to their relationship in order for Laila to explore her desire to be with a woman. Enter Sage, who catches Laila’s eye at Constantino’s club. Sage is hired to be the toy for Laila and Constantino but we all know it’s never that easy. With the government sniffing around Constantino and the Family, as well as a best friend making trouble, will the triad stay a secret? I really loved and connected with Laila’s character and how she isn’t a perfect FMC but grows and comes into her own. Each of the three (Laila, Sage and Constantino) have their own unique personality that enhance the story and enhance the relationship that develops. The dynamic between Laila and Constantino is quite spicy and when you add in Sage the spice level goes through the roof! Similar to Mafia Boss readers should check the trigger warnings. Overall, I think the story and spice wove together to create a great story and I can’t wait for more!

This book was pretty good. It was a bit insta-love for my taste, especially for a supposed dark romance. The toy to a couple was an interesting take, although the two women together got pretty annoying. They were both so unsure and self conscious that they spoke in circles and would get supper annoying when left alone to communicate with each other.

Also, I don't really get why Bethany had to die. Why not just stop being friends or rough her up a bit. Killing her seemed a bit much, especially since she was supposedly family and liked by others. I never got an idea of what her end game was either. She was obviously manipulative and isolating, but why? What was she trying to do? Was she a snitch? Poppy being a cop was a twist (good one), but again, what was she trying to do since she couldn't have used anything she learned in court? She didn't even learn anything criminal anyways.

The ending felt a little abrupt. It felt like the author just got bored and ended it. There is no way either woman would know the gender of their babies immediately after figuring out they were pregnant. Details like that always bug me.

Constantino’s character is written SO well — lots of times men in FFM+ books then to be written…weirdly? Idk how else to describe it. But Constantino is sooo good! I loved how supportive and involved he was from the first moment.

I didn’t love the whole contract thing idea to bring them together but I get with a high level mafia boss meeting someone new while two of them are married, probably wouldn’t happen all that naturally. 😂

The spice isn't overly kinky, but it is plentiful and done well for FFM!

Thrill. Sex. Violence. A mafia husband, his beautiful yet insecure wife, and their sweet new toy. With the FBI on their back and a continuous betrayal in the family, things turn from bad to worse as the relationship between the three heat up.

This book has good elements of all things dark and kinky, with a dash of sweetness also incorporated in the woodwork. Though this story hooked me in, if felt lacking in some parts and certain holes in the story didn’t make sense. There were parts that were left unresolved and kind of just faded to black, with no explanation. While the steamy romance was on point, I would’ve liked to see more of the behind the scenes plot. It was referenced and talked about numerous times, I would’ve liked a few more of those plot holes filled. The ending was seemingly satisfying, but I guess I expected more. Overall, a good story and worthy of being your next read if you enjoy all things spicy and the unlocking of your wildest fantasies.
