I saw this book on my library’s audiobook section and thought I would give it a listen as I really enjoyed reading “Mental fitness” by Ant Middleton. I hadn’t researched the book, and nothing on the details section mentioned it was for children. I did finish it but I felt the book was targeted towards a younger audience, potentially of school age, as Ant spoke about tips for speaking up in class, standing up to a bully in the playground, and meeting a new teacher. I thought the book was very basic, with simple tips, so I feel it would definitely be useful for a younger audience, but not really for adults.
*I have since looked it up online and it markets as a non-fiction children’s book for ages 9+ and it all now makes sense.

This was not marketed towards the correct age group. Feels as though it was supposed to be targeted more towards children/young teenagers - very simplistic approach.
