OMG! I devoured this in one sitting. What a great storyline with a modern plot but yet still felt mystical. Great building of characters, very rememberable. I can’t wait to read the second book!

This story was definitely unique. I didn’t feel like the characters were fully developed so I didn’t get attached to them throughout the story. After finishing the story there are things I’m still not totally clear on and not sure if it’s because I didn’t understand the purpose of the Enclave even after it’s explanation, or the next book will flush it out more. I don’t know the full story behind the husband’s involvement either. This did end on a cliffhanger and I do want to see what happens next.

I got this book as a freebie on stuff your Kindle day, I honestly didn't know what to expect from this book. I had also never heard of this author before.

The concept of this book was interesting, and it's got potential. The writing isn't the best, and my kindle version definitely had some spelling errors.

I was definitely hoping for more 🔥, I found it a bit lacking for what this book is.

What you get with this book is; paranormal, secret life, murder mystery.
