great resource

I've heard of the DASH diet and got this book to learn about it and it didn't disappoint! It's very helpful and the recipes look delicious. I'm excited to put them to good use.

trying it out

Silly me, I thought I had tried every diet out there. This one definitely caught my interest.

There were a ton of concepts throughout I had never even heard of and now I’m very excited to try it. I have already started integrating a couple of the beginning steps, but now I want to go back through and make sure I’m doing this correctly. So now I’m ready for the 28 day meal plan that the author gives you directly to try out. I can be back to update my review once I’ve done that.
