Wow! Love a book that transports you around the world and out of your everyday life, one that keeps you turning the page and wishing you had more time to read. Charles G. Irion jumps ahead to the near future in Four. He rides a fine balance switching from one character view/plot line to the next. I kept wanting to continue the action but also find out what's happening with the other three characters. Charles blends several of my favorite genres into one action-packed book--military/war, high tech, mystery/suspense and political (which is really not my fav, but Irion pulls it off). I still can't decide which character is my favorite..and I think that's a good thing! Four was a fun read! I'll definitely be keeping one for my shelf and sharing another copy at the Little Free Library in my neighborhood.
