The Nanny is a contemporary billionaire romance from Wall Street Journal Bestseller Vivian Wood. It's the second of three full-length books in the gritty, raw, passionate Ruined Castles Series.
I’m seriously beginning to think this author hates her characters. They just can’t catch a break. The Nanny picks up immediately where the first book ended and if anything it’s even more angsty than The Beast. Vivian Woods takes her readers on an emotional roller coaster, full of twists and turns putting Kieran and Ella through the proverbial emotional wringer as they fight off attacks from Kieran’s nearly ex-wife Kinsley and his brother James, both characters who if they were in a pantomime would have the audience booing and hissing every time either of them made an appearance but just when it looks like happiness might be within their reach Kinsley is waiting in the wings ready to strike leading to another cliff hanger ending though not as bad as the first one.
I loved the development this book provided both in the characters and their relationship. The plot is so good and kept me desperately turning the pages to see how things would go and while I can understand Kieran’s actions at the end, a part of me wanted him to stand up to Kinsley. Personally I think he and Ella should fake their deaths, gather up Isla and find some secluded tropical island to live happily ever after on but where would be the fun in that. Personally I can’t wait for the final book in the Ruined Castle series.
Keir is conflicted as he feels the happiness that Ella brings him and his daughter, but he also acknowledges the complications that she brings both from his family and his ex-wife that he wants to protect her and his daughter from.
Ella is feeling conflicted as well as she is falling in love with both father and daughter, but she is also trying to deal with the demands of her family.
Hot chemistry, captivating characters, hot chemistry as well as so many secrets and surprises that leave you wanting more of this couple and their story.
DNF @30%. I didn’t feel a connection/chemistry between the characters. I didn’t like that they were already “together” when the book starts. It kinda feels like I missed something.
Author Vivian Wood continues this addictive series right from where THE BEAST finished in horrifying cliff-hanger so you absolutely need to read it first. In fact, you need to read the prequel THE SCOTTISH BILLIONAIRE first to understand how a chain of events from unscrupulous people set this romance series in motion.
THE NANNY went some way towards taking care of events, but nothing is going to be easy for the couple who seem at loggerheads over everything. From a cray-cray stalker and attempted murder through to straight out mischief making, this is one helluva compelling read on it’s own let alone as a part of THE RUINED CASTLE series!
Ms Wood does a brilliant job of providing us with Keir’s internal thoughts and feelings, and he has rather a few of those(!) all while he showed his actions to have the emotional IQ of a cabbage. Harsh words I know, but I can’t call him narcissistic because those feelings are in evidence, but there is no mind-action communication whatsoever. He loves and protects intensely, yet he is distrustful and very reactive so the result is devastating to Ella, who is the complete opposite.
She wore her feelings on her sleeve, showed so much empathy, was friendly and open, and loved easily. That she put the young understands-more-than-she-should Isla first and foremost showed the integrity of her character, and she even credited a stoic Keir with feelings that he seemed unable to show. And by the end of THE NANNY, well, I can say no more..... 🤐
What I will say is that Keir had his reasons for his harsh behaviour and while they were very much justified, I still felt it a little hard to connect with him. Ms Wood most certainly communicated his inner turmoil for sure. Did I admire his love and loyalty for those he held close?? Absolutely. And I also admired that he actually was such an honourable, honest and hard-working hero. Maybe it’s because Ella was such a generous and emotive character who saw the love he had for his daughter. And she just can’t resist the highly attractive and sexy man that he was because let’s face it, this book is H A W T 🔥🔥🔥 Seriously.
Don’t go mistaking her as any kind of doormat, because she isn’t!!! I loved her feisty nature and like we saw in THE BEAST, this beautifully natured young lady is also a prima ballerina so she’s made of stern stuff. Again, she continued to treat Keir as just a man, albeit a moneyed one, and would cut him down to size in a manner that I had come to expect and love so much about her.
Yep, THE NANNY is the third book in Author Vivian Wood’s four part series, so ends in a cliff-hanger created by a weak and selfish-minded family member – ‘reasons’ remember!!! This means I am hooked and waiting for THE CARESS that is coming in February next year, which will be here soon enough.
If a Lord-billionaire, single-father, re-written fairytale and forbidden romance is what you love to read, then you need to be picking up this RUINED CASTLES series. I’m loving it. 4.5 Stars 🌹🤍🩰
Oh my! What just happened in that cliffhanger! There is so much to unpack… blackmail, secrets, turmoil, heartbreak, and passion. This story is also fun, witty banter between Kier’s daughter, Isla, and the main characters. To say I love this story is an understatement. The emotional angst! The drama! What a ride! I was captivated from start to finish, and I was consumed with every word. This story picks up from where Book 2 (The Beast) left off from that surprising cliffhanger. Isla clings to Ella constantly while Ella is also trying to get some semblance of normalcy from what happened to both of them. After the incident, Kier is more determined to keep his daughter and Ella safe. Kier and Ella are two strong people who are perfect for each other. Ella can be naive, but she will speak her mind—don’t let this innocent spitfire fool you because she is a force to be reckoned with. Kier and Ella are forced to admit that their secret arrangement is more personal than business... that they surrender to the forbidden flame that burns between them. Despite their differences, the explosive attraction and passion between Kier and Ella is undeniable and intense—it is off-the-charts HOT! After another incident happens, Kier is set on an unwavering quest to protect his daughter and Ella. The threat is now more discernible than ever after the incident happened. How far will Kier go to protect those he loves? But when you find out that the truth isn’t always what it seems, what do you do about it? Well, find out what happens next when all the secrets unfold, the masks that they hold in place slip off and everything will soon be revealed. The road to Kier and Ella’s happiness seems wrought with blackmail, threats, heartache, secrets, lies, and family drama. There are several twists and turns within the story that will tempt the characters in ways they could have never envisioned. I can’t wait to read the final book. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Terrible 😢 - when I think of the money I have wasted it makes me sick. I have been with the author since the beginning and I read some of her books but they were all co-authored. I have about 35 of her books, bought in my tbr file because I like to have all the books in a series before I start reading. I looked forward to this trilogy. It’s not about 3 separate people, it’s about one couple so you have to read in order. I was shocked when I read how bad book 1, the single dad was. I had a small glimmer book 2 might be better but it isn’t. The story is covered in edits for starters - at 10 bucks a book with tax in that is unacceptable! That’s 30 bucks for the series. I am so mad at myself. The story takes giant leaps all over the place and you never know what is happening or where. I just finished reading they were making out in the elevator and the next sentence he is pushing her to the bed and then 2 pages later they are leaving the elevators!? On top of that, the author starts a scene in one chapter - she never finishes and then starts you part way through another scene in the next chapter. You never know where you are, half the time in the first book I could hardly figure out who was talking and through both I constantly felt like I had missed pages or chapters. The daughter has been called Isla, Ella, Beth?? Keri’s parents are atrocious-horrible people - belittling him, and his daughter. They never mince words about sending his 6 year old daughter to boarding school - they never say a kind word to her but the author writes that he leaves her with his parents when they go to California??? And the 6 year old is given lines like a 20 year old. Isla talks like an adult. It is a complete waste of money and time. When I think of the other books I was collecting til I had the whole series based on the books I read several years ago to realize they are all probably the same. A waste of my hard earned money. I can think of a few reasons why a long time author would put out work this bad but either way, she has definitely let down her readers, big time.
I received a copy of this arc in exchange for my honest review. This is book 2 in the Ruined Castle series. The previous book left us reeling with a major cliffhanger . This book picks right back up where we left off, and hits us with a monster cliffhanger at the end of this one as well. This book brought the angst that wasn’t this extreme in the previous book. Keiran’s ex, Kinsley, is relentless in this book, and is trying to make his life miserable and blackmailing him to get what she wants. All he wants is for his divorce to be final so he can move on with his life and keep his daughter safe from her. He and Ella become closer. They and Isla, his daughter, have began spending time and traveling together. Just when they begin to start to open up and Keiran slowly begins to show his feelings for her, their entire world seems to explode. It doesn’t matter what they do or where they go, trouble comes at them , whether from Keiran’s ex or his awful brother James. There was a lot of character and story growth here. The more we learn about Kinsley, the more we better understand why Kieran is so shut off to a relationship or growing too close to a woman. This author did a fantastic job portraying their feelings so well that it hurt my heart to see what the two of them are going through , when all I want is for them to find their happily ever after that they deserve. As much as we all hate brother James, and Kingsley the ex, they really do play the role of villains quite well. A few times I really wanted to reach Into my kindle and strangle them both. Excellent story, has me counting down the weeks to get my hands on the conclusion to this series ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
He's my employer. I'm his daughter's au pair. I know we shouldn't. I know my father has it out for Keiran. Plus other people are watching us. But it feels so good.
If you have read The Beast then this book picks up right where that book left off. We get to dive right back into Keir's world and what a stubborn stubborn man he is. I don't know how Ella ever knew what was going on or had a clue whether he really cared for her or not. He is so hot and cold it isn't even funny. However I don't think that he really even knows how much he does care for Ella in his own mind. One minute he isn't so nice and the next she is taking his breath away. Ella is a great character and in this book she really grows a lot I love watching her grow into her own sin and find her backbone. I loved that she loved Isla and how much of a family she made them. She really is perfect for Keir. After all Isla is having a hard time for reasons you will learn when you read the book but I adored how she was always aware that she had someone to confide in and was there for her no matter what. She will literally break you heart at times and I just wanted to pull her out of that book and keep her with me. Keir though is so protective and we get to see these to go to a lot of different places. What a life to live. I would love to travel like that. I could gush about this book but I'm afraid I will give something away. You just need to get this book and read it. Make sure you have read The Beast first and enjoy the ride.
I was dying to know what happened after that cliffhanger in book 2, The Beast. And it did not disappoint!
Please read the previous books, as these are not standalones.
Keir is so stubborn. I want to shake him up and down. He really goes from hot to cold with Ella. He is not aware how deeply he already cares for Ella. 𝐈 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈'𝐦 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤.
Ella grew so much. I loved reading her character growth. I feel like she is the perfect fit for Keir and Isla. Isla struggles and I really liked how Ella made it possible for Isla to have someone to confide in. And teach her a way to cope with her feelings. Isla is young and it is heartbreaking to read about her wanting her mother but also to keep her father happy.
Keir is not letting Ella out of his sight. Wherever he goes, Ella goes. Also can I please travel with them, they went everywhere! I loved it!
Vivian Wood's writing pulls you in and you just want more. And AGAIN she leaves us with a plottwist ending! Can Kier and Ella overcome this ending?? The final comes out next year! Please wake me up when February is here.
There is still so much story and some plot holes left. But I am looking forward to more Kier, Ella and Isla!
➛ Dual 1st POV. ➛ Fast Paced. ➛ Third book in Ruined Castle series. ➛ Tropes: Forbidden, Age Gap, Single Dad, Nanny/Boss, Grumpy Hero, Billionaire, Interracial Couple, Forced Proximity. ➛ Cliffhanger! ➛ Next book: The Caress (Releasing February 2023).
Book 2 starts off with a bang. The cliffhanger at the end of book 1 was crazy and the start of book 2 seems to promise many things. While I enjoyed the development of Isla and Ella's relationship, I was a little disappointed in the development of Kieran. For being such an arrogant tyrant in business, he does not use any of his money or power to find/stop the blackmailer, curtail his brother's behavior or even make sure his divorce papers included a termination of parental rights for Kingsley? So how can a man who is so bad ass at work, be such a wimp to those out to hurt him and worse yet, be mean to Ella who only wants to help. He simply has no back bone with anyone but Ella. Also knowing that his parents want him and his ex to reconcile, he still leaves his daughter with them to go on trips all over the world?? Who would do that? I agree with other reviews that Ella and Kieran's relationship seems to be a roller coaster. We hear nothing about the blackmailer yet the video is released and nothing is being done to catch the person. Ella's evil dad is only mentioned once which is also weird. The story seems to jump around a lot and didn't seem to flow as easy as I would like. I did enjoy it so I still consider it a 4 star read but I just have a lot of questions I hope get solid answers in book 3.
He’s my employer, his nanny for his daughter, but we cannot deny the attraction between us. He’s still trying to find the person behind the blackmail sex tape that’s out there just waiting to be released and go public to destroy our lives. We have to keep our relationship a secret from the world or all hell will break lose. I love how Ella and Keir have this tug of war going on with their emotions, their hearts in their forbidden affair. Ella is afraid she’s falling for Keir, and he’s in denial about his feelings. His family definitely bring quite a bit of angst and drama into the story, especially James and Keir’s wife Kinsley. I love Isla she’s a sweet kid who’s trying to understand why her mother hates her, why she disappears for months at a time and when she is around all but ignore Isla. It’s heartwarming to see Ella and Isla bonding to each other, Isla needs someone who she can depend on other than her father. The story ends in a cliffhanger with several unanswered questions, along chaos and family drama. I can’t wait for the conclusion of the story in the next book. I voluntarily read and reviewed this excellent story.
“All I know for sure is that I want her and she wants me. Isn’t that enough for now?”
The Nanny is the second book in the Ruined Castle series and picks up from the cliffhanger at the end of The Beast. This fast paced story continues the push and pull relationship of Kier and Ella while outside forces continue to play a factor in what their relationship will ultimately become.
I loved watching Isla and Ella’s relationship strength throughout the story and while the bond between Kier and Ella seemed to grow and deepen, they seemed to take two steps back for every step forward. Communication is still an issue and they are both hesitate to define what they are to each other.
There are still secrets to uncover and betrayals to unearth, but The Nanny did give me new insight into both Kier and Ella. This story is full of lies, betrayal, secrets, and a tangible chemistry that explodes off the page. I’m eagerly awaiting the conclusion to Kier and Ella’s story and I cannot wait for it to be released.
Kiernan and Ella's story picks up at the cliffhanger with everyone processing the shock of what just happened. Isla is clinging to Ella and has formed an attachment to this single light of stability in her life. Ella is trying to heal from the danger she found herself in while still wanting to return home. Kiernan believes there are still threats waiting to descend including his estranged wife. She poses more of a role in this book and becomes a significant player thrusting herself in the middle of their relationship. This book leaves us on a more emotional cliffhanger which was a nice change of pace. I defintely was invested and needed to know more, so I'll be continuing the series. The Nanny also shows Kiernan letting more of his walls down but still having enough to halt progress in their relationship at times. I empathize with Ella for being pulled in every direction and knowing her family's agenda is also in thr background. She does a great job with Isla and it has been sweet seeing their progress together.
I have read two of the books in this series and it is a very good story with some pretty quirky characters going through some pretty pathetic things. I will read the third book because I need to have the final outcome. However, I will never read another book by this author. I am totally annoyed and frustrated that Vivian Wood has such little regard for her readers that she doesn't bother to proofread and edit her books. Not only are there typos but story lines that don't get resolved, things that happen in one way and pick up later in different locations with different happenings. No continuity, really poor transitions from chapter to chapter, types of clothes that change in mid scene, skin color that changes. Yes skin color. As I said I'm a sucker for a good story line but not a very bad story teller. Ms. Wood write less books and take the time to do them well. Sorry to write this and it may never get printed, but this is my opinion and I cannot recommend your work.
I don’t even know where to start with this review, but I am going to try 🤣!
The angst, drama, chemistry, spice, emotions in this book had me all over the place! And I freaking loved it!!
The Nanny kicks off right where The Beast left us hanging and the ride just escalates from there.
The development of all of the main characters and even side characters Is absolutely incredible! I grew to care about certain characters and I grew to really hate certain characters and I absolutely loved that Vivian Wood was able to create this world that I was able to lose myself in!
The Nanny also ends in a massive cliffhanger😭 and I cannot wait for book 3 which is scheduled to come out February 2023!
*I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
**This book is Dual POV and is written in first person perspective.
Having been left on the edge of your seat from the major cliffhanger at the end ofThe Beast,Vivian Wood allowed us to delve straight back intoThe Nanny, picking right off from where we were left hanging in anticipation.
When it came to Keiran and Ella, Vivian continued to showcase a journey that brought more development to the story we were following along with. Whether that be from the characters themselves or the situation and events going on in their lives and around them. The plot had many paths from all that was going on, giving us a storyline that paved way for progression to be had moving forward.
Many emotions and feelings continued to be explored, yet that was to be expected since it allowed Keiran and Ella to open up to us more with understanding them on a deeper level. As well as getting to know them better, individually and together. Especially given the type of relation they seemed to share.
So must admit there were more than a handful of times where the narrative had me losing interest. In turn causing my attention to wane in and out throughout. However with that said, Vivian Wood managed to turn that around closer towards the end, seeing as she managed to reel me right back in. Ultimately falling down the rabbit hole that was all things Keiran and Ella.
The Nannywas still a good read overall, regardless of my minor issues. Especially since Vivian Wood still has me excited for the final bookThe Caressto see how it will end for Keiran and Ella.
*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
We pick up where we left off with that huge cliffy. Kier and Ella’s relationship is a little bit of a roller coaster ride at times. Keir can be soft and sweet and at other times, he can be brutal, rude and mean. All Ella wants is to know more about him, for him to open up, but he’s built up a wall so big that she doesn’t think she will ever be able to break it down. Let’s add in James and Keir’s ex-wife and his parents, who undoubtedly dislike Ella for their own reasons and want him to reconcile with Kinsley. Keir is starting to open himself up to the possibility of happiness with Ella until James throws a wrench into those thoughts and makes him believe the worst in Ella. Just when she thought her feelings for Keir and the love she has for Isla was going to be enough, she finds out hard and fast it’s not. We are left with another cliffhanger and a doozy at that. I’m not sure if I can wait until February for the last book in this series. Amazing read.
This book starts right from the ending of the last book, so we are at the point where he is rescuing the girls from the cliff. This brings the three of them closer and we see how much Keiran cares for Ella but still won't move forward with her. Their relationship is almost always in turmoil as he wants her but then pushes her way. Ella doesn't know where she stands with him as she feels he cares for her. We also see some truths come out about his ex. We see Kinsley trying to stir up trouble for Keiran and in turn Ella. When their world seems to be crumbling around them and should rely on each other we get that twisted cliffhanger and you just want to scream. I Can't wait for the next book can these two overcome all these problems, and become the couple they should be, and what about her father what is he up too. I have so many questions that need answers. I need the last book. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest review.
The Nanny is book #2 in the series. You will need to read Book 1 as this picks up right where book #1 ends.
In this book #2, we continue with Kieran (Kier) and Ella.
Ella isn't sure what to do / feel about Kier. She knows she is in love with him. She loves his daughter, Isla. But, Kier's family is horrible to Kier and to her as well. Ella isn't sure what to do about her father, as what he is demanding from her.
Kier is tired of bailing out his brother and his almost-ex wife. He can't stand either of them. But, he knows he is the only one who can get them the help they need / and or the money they need. Kier has been trying to get along with his parents, but his mom keeps pushing his horrible almost ex-wife back to him.
Will Kier and Ella finally be able to be a 'couple' and not billionaire / nanny relationship?
I did receive a free ARC book copy. I am freely leaving an honest review.
The first book ends with a good cliffhanger to keep reading this one. It could've been a better story, so to say I'm disappointed because it went down here.
All the good drama about Keir's assistant could've been more exploited in a great measure but in the end it was all rushed. Also the situation with Keir's ex wife, like wtf was that? It was so easy to see that she wasn't going to keep it so peaceful between them. So what's my surprise that in the last book this is not addressed AT ALL. They just keep running & hiding in other places.
And the top of the cake is that since the beginning there's no explaining or development with Ella's dad, until 'The Caress' & it's so boring & nonsense.
I just don't know what more to say. This series wasn't for me at all, but my compromise is harder than anything.
Ella is still under the scrutiny and thumb of her atrocious father who is holding that what she holds dearest over her like a knife teetering on its way down.
Plus, just as Ella and Keiran start allowing their walls to come down and feel emotions and affection, their world starts crumbling even further away.
Broken trust and promises as the weight of having horrific parents, an ex-wife and a brother crushes their ability to allow their feelings for each other to support a future together.
As they 💔 towards their fast-paced conclusion in the final part of their trilogy, this book had very steamy 💋🔥 interactions as they literally fly around the world running away from their vicious truths.
The Nanny (aka The Billionaire’s Nanny) is Book #2 in the Ruined Castle series by Vivian Wood. Even though I have quite a few books by Ms. Wood on my Kindle/TBR this book/series is the first time I have climbed between her covers. This is the continuation of Kieran (Kier) and Ella’s story and picks up where Book #1 left off. an age-gap, contemporary romance with a billionaire Scottish Lord, and his daughter’s new nanny. It is not a standalone, so I recommend reading all the books, in sequence, to get the most out of your reading experience. It has got chemistry, sizzle, angst, drama, darker elements, tension, mystery, suspense, and emotion. This instalment also ends on a cliffhanger- Happy Reading…
I have finished the second book of the Ruined Castle, The Nanny, lightening quick in one sitting. The plot continued right where it was left off in The Beast and kept the pace up. An unexpected and troublesome issue rose up and kind of got my hackles rising hence the stormy relationship between Ella and Keir kept me consumed and on my toes. In my heart, The Nanny is honestly not just an age-gap, boss-employee romance but also a seriously emotional and psychological drama as well. Furthermore, this last cliffhanger is also quite a mind-uck for me. Truly can’t wait for the next book in the series🖤🙏🏻
O.M.G!!! Keiran and Ella's story picks up where it left off in The Beast. This installment feels like an emotional tsunami with its countless twists and turns. There seemed to be no time to recover from one blow and catch one's breath before the next blow came out of the blue. Ms. Wood has taken her writing style to a whole new level, and not just by providing psychological insight into the emotions and thought processes of Keiran, Ella and Isla. She kept me on the edge of my seat with this suspenseful, complex, steamy and highly emotional page-turner that I can't recommend enough! I really can't wait for the next installment in this superb series!
This is the 3rd book in this great series, and Kieran and Ella’s journey continues. Ella is au pair for Kieran’s daughter, Isla, and over time they have built a fantastic bond. Kieran is stubborn, and the chemistry between them is undeniable, but a twist breaks them apart. This story ends in a cliffhanger, and I look forward to reading the conclusion. This is a well written story which is dark, raw, gritty, intriguing, and intense, with emotions, family, twists, challenges, drama, secrets, and leads to a steamy page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
After how The Beast ended this book is just want I needed! The Nanny has left me needing more Ella and Keir.
The first chapter alone was a twist of emotions that captured me and I couldn't put it down. The Nanny had me wanting to chuck my kindle one minute but then refuse to put it down the next!
I enjoyed reading Keir being so broody but then showing his sweetier side more. I love Ella's fierceness and sometimes stubbornness that she won't easily give in and stands firm about what she wants.
I'm so excited to read the final book of this series The Caress and see Ella and Keir get the HEA they deserve with each other.
I'm loving this series! This picks up right where The Scottish Billionaire ended. Keiran rescues Ella and Isla, but the danger has not lessened for them. Just as things seemed to have calmed down, and they start to let each other in and break down their walls, the outside world seems to conspire to keep them apart. Between his ex, his brother and his parents and then her father, Ella's world is shattering. The one person Ella thinks she can count on has abandoned her and she is left with nothing in Scotland. OMG, I don't want to spoil anything, but the roller coaster ride they have been on has been tame until now, and that ending....I need the last book!!!
It’s an on-and-off relationship progression, they take one step forward but in a moment they fall back two steps. Both Keiran and Ella are struggling with their situation, with their feelings, and with their family too. It’s too much to handle I’ll say and it tends to take a toll, many times they made me laugh, but most of it was sad. The story progressed well from book one THE BEAST and we get to see more of Keiran’s life and we get to see a lot of Isla. The relationship between Ella and Isla is marvellous and the emotions are so pure that it melts my heart. The ending is shocking for the heart, and book three can’t come fast enough. I want to see what happens next and where this all ends.
A must read book that will take you on an amazing ride. In what can be considered a monotonous world of romance, Vivian Wood brings a fresh, gripping, up intense and at times heartwrenching perspective that is reinvigorating and exhilarating.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone! If you're looking for an easy to follow, hot, steamy, sexy, smooth flowing read that captures your attention from the start. Congratulations my friends you've found it. The characters and scenes are realistic and believable. Twists and turns and unpredictable surprises that kept my eyes on the pages and on the edge of my seat.
I voluntarily submitted an ARC review for this book.
