Miranda Morgan’s Christmas will be twice as busy now that she’s guardian of her sister’s sweet twin babies. But the celebrity photographer is happy to trade a glamorous L.A. lifestyle for motherhood in her small hometown of Wildhorn, Texas. Unfortunately, the twins’ handsome godfather, Simon West, is unconvinced. The brooding rancher isn’t thrilled about letting sunny, spontaneous Miranda into his carefully managed world. Though they disagree on almost everything, Simon and Miranda discover common ground as they work to make the twins’ first country Christmas cozy and bright. Could this holiday transform Miranda and Simon’s tentative friendship into a forever love?
The Cowboy’s Family Christmas - Carolyn Aarsen
Leanne Walsh is stunned when Reuben Walsh returns to his family’s ranch for the holidays. No matter how hard she’s tried to convince herself that marrying the more stable Walsh brother was the right decision, it was unpredictable Reuben who held her heart — until he broke it. Leanne’s frosty reception cuts deeper than Reuben expected, yet he can’t leave the widowed single mum short-handed with Christmas drawing near. He built his dreams around Leanne once before, and is trying to resist her and her sweet young son. But in a season full of surprises, the promise of family is a gift too tempting to ignore.
Even with over 1.5 million copies of my books in print, I still feel like I haven’t written the perfect story. From my office in the woods of Northern Alberta, I’ll keep trying. Loved 1st story (see review under that title:Texas Christmas Twins by Deb Kastner); 2nd one way too soapy for me. Average rating for the two is a bit under 4 stars.
The book starts out with the death of Mary and her husband and Miranda gets custody of their twins. Simon thinks that Miranda won't be a good Mother for the twins.
The book was really good and the cast of characters were awesome. I think you will enjoy the book
.I really enjoyed this clean, Love-Inspired Romance. I bought this at a local store and I've given it a 5* rating. This story centered around forgiveness, big time. One character could have used some anger management. It also worked around what is family in different ways. You place a toddler in the middle of this, you get a heartwarming ending. Lots of feels in this
