You never know who your enemy is, until they are sitting at your dinner table.
Lula Reynolds has her hands full. Between her sick father, their failing scrapyard and an online bully, she’s ready to leave her dream of singing to sold out crowds behind, pack a bag and start a Tiki bar in Bora Bora.
When things couldn’t get worse, her mother blows into town on the arm of a highly skeezy new step-father whose bad-boy son is a level ten jerk. But he’s also got killer eyes and hands that make her body sing.
For Scotch Morrison, crushing the competition with shady deals and black-hat tactics is business 101. So, when his father brings home wife number five, he has no interest in getting attached. Only, his shiny new step-mother comes with baggage in the form of an eighteen year old daughter with curves for days and a take-no-crap attitude who changes everything.
It’s not long before the heat in the step-kitchen boils over, and Scotch decides Lula is more than just a nuisance. She’s his. To have. To hold.
And… to knock-up.
But if she finds out he’s the one that made her miserable for so long, will she ever forgive him? Or will their secret history turn their happily ever after into just another pile of scrap?
Author’s Note: This hero doesn’t realize it’s his luscious new step-sister he’s been terrorizing online. These two have no interest in their new dynamics until they get the first look at each other. Then it’s game on with forbidden fantasies and bad boy/good girl love at the speed of light. As always, it’s safe, no cheating and obsessed at first sight.
Wanting What’s Wrong Series: Step right up if you want to get down with some "No, no, we can't, it's so wrong." action!
Since I was a little girl, I’ve made up stories. I would lay in my bed at night and before I knew what a trope was, I would make up these trope filled stories. Boy sees girl, boys falls for girl, boy saves girl….happily ever after. As I got older, the stories turned steamier and more intricate, but the basics never changed.
Now, my books are still full of romance but the naughty bits are naughtier, my hero’s are obsessed alpha types and my heroines are quirky, real women who come in all shapes and sizes.
So, sit back, banish the real world and get lost in some over the top romance with a heaping helping of hot. xoxoxo
Hahaha! Lol what in the trailer park trash hell was that?
It was amusing, but maybe for the wrong reasons… The story is only 100 pages, so I can’t give away too many details, but this is what we got:
The heroine is a chubby, freckled red-head, and her Peggy Bundy-type mom just married the man of her dreams, a short, stocky, balding owner of several strip clubs that she only met two weeks ago. 🫨
The story starts with everyone at the new step-dads best strip club to celebrate the wedding. The floors are sticky, tables are sticky, her mom gets on stage to pole dance… I mean it sounds pretty classy 🤥
The heroine’s new step-dad has a son that shows up to the wedding celebration. Within TWO seconds of him viewing the heroine across the ‘skunk-smelling’ weed-filled room, he is done for. Mine, mine, mine! 😍
Every thought, inner dialogue or actual dialogue spoken to each other revolved around sex. Besides the dirty talk and thoughts, there was a small side plot… but it made me dislike the hero even more. I normally love an alphahole possessive jerk, but this loser’s job was to screw over his competitors until they fold, then buy them out cheap. And his way of doing that would be to leave nasty Yelp and Google reviews claiming all sorts of lies and/or email the business owners telling them how he is going to find their loved ones and… bend them over. A regular dreamboat, he is 🤩
To top it off, and this might be ok for you, some people like it…. From the moment that they meet, she starts calling him Daddy and he calls her his baby and good girl. It was nauseating after awhile. They never used each others real names, that I could remember. Exchanges of I Love You’s and breeding attempts all take place within their first week of knowing each other. Because he can’t wait for her to start lactating….. 😂
Once they started making plans to go buy butt plugs, I checked out. 🥴
Uhhhh.......I want to give it a one star because it was just....a bit too out there but an extra star for effort! Whoo, yay!
He owns businesses with his dad, but his main job is to give bad reviews and put other businesses that they want to buy out of business and buy them up for cheap?
His new step mom brings her daughter to their strip club and she sings lady gaga for karaoke 😂🤦 okur. He sees her and he's just bam! In love. Cuz that's how we do with Dani Wyatt right? Bam! Lurve.
And then she finds out that he did the dirty to her dads scrape yard and hates him! Hates! But nah, bruh, its all good because they forgive and eff
The end
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
"I already know I'd kill for her. Not because she's my stepsister, but because, in some primal corner of my DNA, she's mine. I want her. In a crazy, lose my fucking mind sort of way."
Woooo, Dani Wyatt did it again! This book is full of steam- there's a dirty-talking, possessive bully and an innocent, curvy woman who has a thing for her new stepbrother... She also calls him daddy.
"This is madness. My mother on a stripper pole, dancers look like they want to throw me in the Detroit river wearing concrete galoshes, and my new stepbrother is kissing me. On the lips."
Lula is an aspiring singer who works at her father's scrapyard. Her mom is getting remarried to a man who owns strip clubs- that's where she goes to meet him for the first time. He's a creep, but she meets her new stepbrother there... and he's very much not a creep. She falls head over vagina for him.
"What did you do to me? This isn't me, I don't canoodle with hot, gorgeous step-brothers and call them Daddy. You are like a drug."
We learn little bits and pieces about Scotch, Lula's stepbrother. As sweet and caring as he is to Lula, he's a bully. He's trying to get Lula's scrapyard to go out of business- not knowing it belonged to Lula's family. What happens when she finds out?
"The ball of hate and anger where my heart used to be is being replaces by this new monster who will stop at nothing to give her the world and fuck her like a deviant."
I really, really enjoyed this book! I've been waiting not-so-patiently for it's release. It's mentioned that Scotch doesn't like to be touched, but he has no problem with Lula's touch nor is it explained further. That confused me a bit. Also, I didn't care for the way Lula was an absolute pushover lmao. He did some pretty mean things but one apology later and she's fine with it.
Y'all... Scotch is a DIRTY TALKER. Did I mention the spectacular dry hump scene? What about the rough deepthroat scene? I love smut so much.
SAFETY: Age: unknown h, 28H Cheating: no! OM/OW drama: no! Sex scene with OM/OW: no! Virgin/celibate/manwhore: virgin heroine, reformed manwhore hero celibate 1 year Tropes: stepsiblings, instalove, forbidden Kinks: dirty talk, rough sex (including a rough deepthroat!), ddlg vibes, anal, breeding, hand necklace, lactation HEA?: HEA, epilogue 5 years later My bookshelves may contain spoilers.
Dani Wyatt loves to surprise her readers with these yummy over the top Alpha men Step Bully gave us that and more! Lula is a voluptuous young woman who has a dream of being a singer. She finds herself in a strip club to attend her mothers wedding when her stepbrother Scotch sees her singing and is overcome with emotions he has never felt before. This story was sweet at times, written with Dani’s wit for some funny moments, but mostly it was hot in a caveman taking what is his way. 5 spicy stars 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
holy crap, what did i just read? this novella had me rolling my eyes too much and making me cringe inside and outside. this was just downright uncomfortable to read. it's probably the daddy kink or the way the lines trying to be hot and dirty but only turns out to be unsexy and obnoxious.
this was also marketed as enemies-to-lovers, but how are they even enemy? the moment they met they got obsessed with each other immediately and went making out in front of everyone in the strip club. they never felt any dislike towards each other, as a matter of fact they were already planning their future together just from that first meetup.
i don't think i'll continue this series. reading the blurb of the succeeding books i already know i'm in it for a lot of daddy kink which tbh i'm not really a great fan of. if the discomfort i felt reading this one is already a huge indicator of how the next books will do for me, then i'm definitely out.
i still finished this anyway since this was a short read. only this didn't work for me, but that might not be the case for other readers.
Step sibling V card insta love possesive ahole daddy/little kink breeding kink
Not sold on 'Scotch' for a MC name 🤔 makes me think of tape lol
This one was quick and thank goodness for the short length of the book. Not sure I would've kept going if it was double the length. There was really no development in the characters at all.
MMC was a possesive douche canoe with a breeding/Daddy kink and our MFC was just an innocent v!rgin and I felt like she just gravitated to him for the sake of the story because she knew no different. I didn't quite feel any kind of chemistry between the two 🤷🏻♀️
Mini review bombing warning, part 2/4: I'm in a weird apathetic mood and haven't been updating my reads, I'm just going to clog everyone's feed for a bit. Sorry 🙏
With that title, I though this would be a "he pulls your hair because he likes you" story. However, it's insta everything and the "bullying" is done without him knowing it was the heroine.
There was such a great opportunity for an angst punch moment, but it missed it.
This started good and then it end up being a freaking mess. It was so cliche and boring. . . and I really don't get the whole "daddy kink" with siblings 💀 even if here it could made sense if it didn't came out of nowhere. What a cringe fest 🥴
Safe NO CHEATING NO OW NO OM h virgin, sweet, cared for her father and their scrapyard business, wants to be a singer ,meets step brother Scotch, forgave that Scotch was responsible for ruining her and her dad's business, although in fairness, he did not know it was theirs, but some randomn people, he never would have had he known it was Lula's business. It is messed up that he does that in the first place. Scotch H, online bully,at first pushed to do it by his father to destroy businesses and buying them cheap, he bullies online Lula's scrap business, but did not know it was hers. He hates to be touched, except on rare occasions for no kissing, no talking sex, just for relief, and he was celibate for a year. He never went down on a girl, Lula was his first for that. (We can't always have virgin heroes, but when the hero fucked OWs in the past, I would rather not know.) Since he said those encounters with women were rare, I don't think he was a man whore, since he said these encounters are rare and he never touched the strippers working in his establishments. Insta love, OTT Scotch is completely obsessed with Lula, Lula falls for him just as fast, but Scotch is very aggressive in his wanting Lula. HEA I preferred the first novel in the trio,'Step Hero', both MCs were both virgins and the hero did not want to get his dick wet just for sex, he wanted it all with the heroine, so he waited. Scotch on the other hand is an angry, bully but felt his anger melt away when he first saw Lula. Even though he did not like to be touched, but still could fuck, I didn't see the need for that. Also I did not like when he went online, and said to take a person you love bend them over their car and fuck them like a piece of meat. He was thinking of Lula when he wrote that, but he wrote that angrily, it was in poor taste and I don't understand why he wrote that. I thought it was going to be terrible but it wasn't that bad. I will reread the first book 'Step Hero', which I loved, but not this one. I hope the third book is similar to the first.
I liked Step-Hero better than this one, but this was still pretty good. The smut factor is off the charts again. Daddy kink, breeding kink, lactation kink, OTT possessive hero, virgin heroine, no ow/om drama, no cheating, HEA.
This is one of Dani Wyatt’s best books! The heat and intensity and chemistry were off the charts. The hero is cruel and an asshole and hard and it takes the softness and innocence and sweetness of the heroine to break him apart! It’s pure romance magic!
And the sex scenes were smokin hot!
This is a step-brother romance, but it’s only slightly taboo because the marriage between their parents lasts about 5 minutes and they’ve never known each other. It’s more taboo-adjacent, than actually taboo. And the bully aspect was also indirect. The heroine didn’t know who was terrorizing and bullying her family’s business online to wreck it. Rest assured, the hero atones.
Safe. Hero’s past isn’t mentioned except to say he’s been celibate for a while and he’s never passionate or closely intimate with a woman before the heroine. She’s his first in many ways. The heroine gives the gift of all her firsts to the hero to claim and belongs only to him. No others, no cheating or sharing. No abuse. HEA with epilogue years out.
Enemies to lovers? What a sick joke!!! There is nothing at all to this story. No tropes, the daddy and breeding kink is also terribly done, the smut is non existent and the dirty talking is just bad everything about this book is just plain boring
Step Sibling Romance>>> Istg this trope will never ever get old. I fucking love it. It’s literally my comfort trope and Dani freakin smashes it! This series is filled with the filthiest forbidden romances 🔥 Scotch is the no.1 alpha male daddy!!!! The over possessiveness and protectiveness- 😩😩😩 I LOVE HIMMMMMMMM I mean he weren’t lying about being an asshole, then again when you’ve got a father like his… It’s no surprise that he did the things he did, my heart broke for him as no one should grow up with an asshole like that as a father. Then our girl Lula comes along and turned him upside down and inside out. Oh I love them together!!!! She brought out the good in him and he realised that he didn’t want to be who his father wanted him to be- when he stood up to his father I had to stop myself from cheering out loud! Like: YES DADDY SCOTCH!!!! YOU TELL THAT POS!!!!! Scotch and Lula are literally Grumpy x Sunshine!!!! They’re so perfect together- my heart swoons. The way he admires her when she sings 🥺🥺🥺 SWOONING - BLUSHING - HIGH PITCH SQUEALING
You knoe, I've gotten so used to the quickly read, forbidden kind of step loving books that this one stands out from all the rest! Yes, there are step-siblings involved, but they're grown and never actually shared space. Then there's Lula, she is responsible for her sick dad and his business, plus she sings. She has a lot going on. Then there's Scotch, slightly more than a gangster, completely obsessed instantly. It's magical, really. The story moves fast, but it's full of drama and action. I don't think her mom is redeemable, but every fairy tale has a villain, right? I loved this book, I ran right through it in a short time, it was lovely! You should read it!
I usually LOVE dirty talk but something didn’t work for me here. Not enough build up in their relationship. The dirty talk here made me cringe. Just came out of no where and didn’t fit the characters.
Dani Wyatt returns with Step-Bully, a brand new book in the Wanting What's Wrong series that specifically focuses on the forbidden romance trope and plenty of spicy moments between her characters. Scotch and Lula's story did not disappoint and fans of the author will be pleased to know that it features everything you know and love about her writing—hot and steamy moments, love/lust at first sight, a possessive hero who falls obsessively in love with his innocent heroine, angst and drama, and a forbidden romance between step-siblings. However, I do want to note that Lula and Scotch were only step-siblings for a few days and did not know each other at first. Unfortunately for Scotch, he fell head over heels in lust/love with Lula the instant he set his eyes on her.
"I don't think she understands the lengths I will go to protect her and keep her bound to me forever."
While I do have to admit that the story was somewhat lacking compared to Step-Hero, I did really enjoy it nonetheless. The harassment/bully situation from Scotch was unexpected and I did not expect Larry, Lula's new and unpleasant step-father, to have a role in it as well. What made me forgive Scotch more easily was that he didn't know Lula was related to the scrapyard he was trying to run out of business. Although I felt like Lula should not have forgiven him so easily, Scotch did make up for it in the end and was able to resolve the issue by running his father out of city for good. Looking forward to James' book! In the end, I recommend this book to those who loves the forbidden romance trope with a hero who never wanted love but falls obsessively in love with his innocent and feisty heroine.

Step-Bully, Book 2 of the Wanting What's Wrong series, was about 18-year-old Lula Reynolds (or was it Laurence?) and 28-year-old Scotch Morrison. Just a quick side note. Who in their right mind would take their 18-year-old daughter to a strip club to meet...anyone...let alone a new stepfather?! Where to start? Hhhmmm. I guess the best place is the beginning. Lula's father owned a scrap yard, and she was the manager because he was ill. Lula used several social media platforms to drum up business, but there was some backlash from that because several people were trashing her dad's business and trying to drive them under. Unknown to Lula, that someone was Scotch. When Sotch's father married (for the fifth time) Lula's mother, the two of them had never met until 2-3 weeks after the fact. Scotch first saw her when her mom forced her to sing Karaoke at the strip club the night Lula was to meet her new stepfamily. It was lust/love/attraction at first sight for both of them. However, neither knew at the time that Scotch was driving her dad out of business and forcing him to sell...to Scotch's father. This was one messed-up story full of angst and drama from the opening to the closing credits. While the spice level was decent, the fact that Lula forgave him as quickly as she did was completely unrealistic. There wasn't any real groveling, and the emotional rollercoaster didn't fit the drama level. I only gave this a one-star rating because it just didn't have the flow it needed to make it any better.
DNF @15%. This book seems like it is making fun of other romance books at every turn with how some things are described/ worded. You also can’t read a paragraph without the mention of something mainstream in there. Not for me

*SPOILERS*
Scotch and Lula are immediately hot for each other at first sight, which, so classily, happened to be at the strip club Scotch dad’s owns. That’s where his dad and Lula’s mom wanted to have their “family” celebration of their recent nuptials. Ick. But it’s that kind of book. Very rough and dirty kind of vibes. Scotch and Lula’s first interaction is him decking a dude for making fun of her weight, then pulling Lula onto the dance floor, talking dirty to her and then making out with her. Right there on the dance floor in front of their parents and everything. Scotch does not give a fuck about anything lol.
I’d say the whole “bully” part of the title is kind of misleading. I was thinking that Scotch had been bullying Lula online re: her music or her weight or something. But it turns out it was something his shady dad (who just married Lula’s mom) was blackmailing him to do - basically using a spam facebook account to spread lies and bully her dad’s business online until they were forced to sell to Scotch’s dad. Scotch is devastated when he finds out it’s Lula’s dad’s business, and he pulls out all the stops to make things right and get them their business back.
The romance itself is definitely the harsh and dirty Daddy dom kind. Their connection is more instalust than instalove, but he does end up in love with her. Once he realizes that he goes full blown OTT, wanting to breed her, giving her a car, telling her he wants to go house shopping, getting her time in a recording studio, etc etc. There’s no real sweetness factor to their romance til the epilogue at the end with their babies though.
h o t c l i p s:
“Daddy’s going to make you explode.”
He starts humping against me and I wiggle back, that desperate tension growing fast.
“That’s it. Rub yourself against me, baby. I’m going to get a little relief, but soon, we’re going to take care of me right. Fucking my dirty little sister. Shit, Lula, wiggle those hips on me. Make me come.”
We rock and shift and grind until Scotch’s eyes are slits, his arms straight as he holds himself up, our centers locked together.
“I’m right there. You’re making Daddy so fucking happy. Pout for me baby, pout and tell me how good it feels…I can’t stop. I’m sorry little one…”
His body falls onto mine, heavy as he humps against me violently, hands in my hair as I lose myself again, crying out and wrapping my hands around his shoulders, pulling his body closer as we jerk and spasm and quake.
♥︎
“Daddy wants you to make him feel good. Last night on the phone remember how I said you’re going to make me feel good?”
“Yes.”
“I want you to suck my dick.” I say, reaching under her dress and shoving my middle finger into her sloppy, hot cunt. “So wet already. That’s my best girl.”
♥︎
“You’d like that, wouldn’t you? Come into your room, shove you face down on your bed while I stuff you full of every inch, screaming and crying because Daddy’s so big but deep down, you want it rough.“
♥︎
“Daddy’s going to give you a present. You ready?”
♥︎
I blanket her with my body, my lips at her ear.
“Daddy’s going to make you a big girl. Try not to cry…”
. . .“Let me in.” I grunt, rutting and bucking as she squeals and claws at my back.
“Daddy, daddy.” She sobs. “Wait, please, Daddy.”
I’ve got a lot of inches for her to take but I have to say, I warned her.
I reach up and grab her upper arms holding her down, panting and thrusting in and out, in and out until her eyes roll back and her pussy flexes around me.
“You’re gonna get all that cum, baby, don’t worry, don’t rush it by clamping down on Daddy.”
“It hurts.” She hisses, eyes squeezed shut.
“You’re going to feel good soon. But, I need to fuck.”
. . .“You’re doing perfect. Just open your legs a little wider, I’m going to get in there deep, baby.”
I rake my teeth on her neck, humping her like a prisoner on release day.
“I love you, baby. Daddy loves you so much.” I hiss between clenched teeth as her body goes into spasm, I grind myself against her, giving her clit some hard friction as her heat pulses.
She’s twisting and screaming, “Oh, God, Daddy—”
I clamp my hand over her mouth, the orgasm blinding me as I pin her with my eyes. “Shhhh, quiet baby, you don’t want anyone to hear.”

Her mom is married to someone and meets him that night and is forced to do karaoke on stage at one of his strip clubs. He takes her down and dances with him then leaves with him and they have a steamy time but no fucking. They then return because her dad is ill and needs pain medication and she returns to the club to get her cat with the meds. She then sees Scotch is held up w a bunch of girls and leaves and he knows that and punishes her the next time they meet. OMFG THE PHONE ORGASMS 👹😫. He didn’t know it was her dads company and did it cuz his dad was blackmailing him with a murder he committed when he was like 15 and had evidence but he was never convicted until his dad started blackmailing so he did that to Z scrap. He apologises to her by getting James to spill everything and her mother is ballistic at Larry but then Scotch says to Larry to bail because the other businesses he tore down found out and want him dead and so he runs like the rat he is. After that they get back together and omg he gave his fathers strip clubs and his car wash to her in the contract she signed that was so cute. After that she’s a singer and he’s a car stylist im guessing and her manager. They have 2 cute little kids named Poppy and Jack and another on the way. Solid 4.5/5
Quotes:
“Sure is, baby. I’m going to take you shopping for butt plugs too. I’ll leave my teeth marks now and then as well. So much real estate for me to use and enjoy.” “I know I’m fat. I’ll work on it.” Her mood shifts and I’m going to set this shit straight right fucking now. I slip a hand around her throat, just under her jaw, lift and squeeze so her mouth opens and she’s one hundred fucking percent paying attention. “You are not fat. You are mine. All the inches are mine. If you ever refer to yourself as fat, we’re going to deal with it. First, you’ll be taught that you are you. There are no labels for you besides that you are mine. You belong to me and if you don’t take care of yourself, I’ll be there to correct you. Referring to yourself as fat is not acceptable. We clear?” She’s silent, her eyes searching as I stare back until she softens and answers, “Yes, Daddy.” I lean down and kiss her forehead. “Good girl. Now, Daddy wants you to make him feel good. Last night on the phone remember how I said you’re going to make me feel good?” She nods, her tongue glancing her lower lip. “Yes.” - GOOD GIRL👹😍😍
Very cliché and predictable book. Not a bad read perse, just quite boring without surprises. Plus, it comes with a few stupid things:
- Scotch feels bad when he realizes the one he was bullying online was Lula but before that he couldn't care any less. Later in the book it seems his father forces him but at the same time he's portrayed as a man who does what he wants and can't be forced.
- Lula is claimed to have a reasonable relationship with her mother, even though the woman is dreadful. Not to mention she takes her daughter to a stripclub and forces her to go on stage there to sing. What kind of horrible mother does that? How is that keeping your child safe?
- Lula dreams of being famous and a singer. To me it felt very forced and boring and wasn't explored at all. Would've preferred either a more realistic job or something which shows what singing means to her.
I mean, I can continue. It's an easy read at least with a happily ever after so it gets 2 stars but even that might be generous.
I really liked this story. It was difficult for me to get into at first, but I found it to be entertaining and enjoyable once I did. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Larry was lame and I really wanted him to have more comeuppance than he got. Scotch and Lula met at one of his dad’s clubs. Lula was uncomfortable at the club but tried to make the best of it for her mom. Scotch was surprised to find out that he had a new stepsister thanks to his dad’s newest marriage. They were attracted to each other as soon as they saw each other. Scotch was determined to protect but also claim Lula regardless of what anyone else thought. Lula was willing to give Scotch the opportunity to convince her that they were destined to be together. I loved how willing he was to do whatever was needed to make her happy and keep her safe. Their happily ever after made me smile. I recommend reading this book.
*sigh* I didn’t like this one bit tbh. I enjoyed the first book enough (step-hero) and I was intrigued to check out the rest of the series but after this book I doubt I will continue now 😔.
I know this is a novella and that it’s meant to be short and sweet with very little plot, but this was a chore to read despite it being short. The characters were unlikable, the smut was actually pretty cringe to read and the pacing was too quick and all over the place imo 🫥.
I wouldn’t even recommend if you were in need of more books to complete your reading goals 🫠.
I was debating or whether to give this a 1 or 2 star rating and so I went down the middle at 1.5/5 stars. ⭐️✨
If you don’t mind a fast paced, very little plot and ott characters then maybe it’s for you, but it wasn’t for me 🫣. Sorry.
I'm sorry to have to give this book such a poor rating. From the description, I had at least moderate hopes for it, but it just wasn't for me. I finished it, and it had a happy ending that seemed a tad rushed, but for the most part, okay. However, I just couldn't help rolling my eyes at a lot of it. I found it very vulgar at times. The things that were said and how they were written were a bit offputting for me. I don't mind step brother and step sister books, but I felt like this was more of a daddy kink book, and I just have never enjoyed reading stuff like that. It kind of takes me out of the story when they're in the middle of "stuff," and she's calling him daddy, and he's calling her his little girl. I understand some people like that kind of dirty talk, and I'm not judging. It's just not for me, and since a lot of this short story had that, it just made me really not enjoy the story.
I'm really enjoying these Dani Wyatt books. They're short and sexy. My biggest complaint with all the books I've read so far is that we only get one sexy time. I feel like for 100 pages, I need at least TWO sexy times. It's a ripoff on that part.
Lula (virgin, takes care of her sick father, mom's a hoe) is introduced to her new step-brother, Scotch (cool name, hot as f*ck, bully) at the strip club her mom's new husband owns. Scotch falls INSTA-love with her. They have hot sex. Their relationship almost ends before it begins with a secret that Scotch is keeping. I still can't get over how cool that name is.
I do with there had been more angst for Scotch. It seemed like as soon as the angst reached its peek, they reconciled without any real drama surrounding it. If that makes sense....
What did I just read?? This was not good at all. There is all kinds of drama happening and none of it makes any sense? . . The previous reviews made me believe that it would a quick hot read but I'm sorry to say but this is hugely disappointing. . . A step brother who falls for his new step sister but it turns out he was terrorising her business on his father's wishes? This had so much potential to be an amazing, moving story but it fell flat on its face. The writing didn't make me care about the characters at all :( And to make it worse there was no spice in the book at all?? It tried dipping into several kinks at the same time which did not work for me at all. . . . Overall I felt really disappointed and felt that I had wasted the last half hour of my life ://
