I hadn't heard about the Five Tibetan Rites until someone mentioned them to me. Since buying this book I've been practicing the rites everyday and will build them up gradually as suggested. Already I am noticing a difference. I have more energy but I am also more laid back. Girl the first time in my.life I don't feel the need to rush around getting things done. I am sure other benefits will occur the more I practice and I wish someone had told me about the Five Tibetan Rites years ago.
I feel like this book is a devoid of real answers and instead promotes and leads to other purchases. It brings up many common and important concerns without addressing them in this book. I feel like I paid for advertisement much like those forced upon you in the middle of a YouTube video. I am very disappointed and now more confused about the material. Don't buy this book.
