I fell in love when I was only twelve to my older brother’s best friend. Despite the years-old crush, he still didn’t know how I felt until he saw me in a Christmas elf costume, and I acted very out of character. It might be time to change our cordial friendship to something a little more uncordial. With love in the air, can I resist the pull I feel toward the man I know should be off-limits?
Liam
I was only a teen when I fell in love with my best friend’s little sister. But I’ve shut down any connection to anyone outside of platonic friendships. My childhood trauma haunts me. But watching my best friend fall in love makes me realize my happiness may be within reach with Liv. Can I leave my demons behind and give Liv the life I know she deserves?
Forever Yours is a small-town contemporary romance. It is book two of the Forever Series but can be read as a standalone. It features a brother's best friend and a guaranteed Happily Ever After. Forever Yours features sexually explicit material, profanity, and some content that may be triggering. This book is intended for readers 18+.
Really enjoyed this book! Great story with lots of tension and steam but also mystery and action. Does tackle mental health and child abuse issues, which the author outlines in the trigger warnings.
A very spicy small-town romance where we got the angst from a Slow-Burn that took place BEFORE events of the book, all without having to wait for the conclusion. Liam and Olivia are great, and I'm curious to see where else this series goes!
I read the first book with Emily and Nathan and couldn't wait for the second book. The story was great it I couldn't put it down! Looking forward to the next few books!
This book was amazing. Brothers Best Friend, spice, cop, swoony moments ....it has it all. I loved it and couldn't put it down. I have had a book boyfriends for years for those swoon moments and Liam definitely now has beat that.
no i’m sorry, i have so many problems with this book. 1) copaganda?!?!? “concealed carry for the win”?!?!?? this man is THIRTY EIGHT and he talks like a tween when it comes to things that go PEW PEW?!!! no. 2) why does everything in this book go at fucking LIGHT SPEED!!! why did they move in together after four fucking days (OF FUCKING)?!?! 3) did the fmc just forget about her fucking cat for a few weeks??? there was NO mention of her feline friend until like 70% through the book. 4) why was this book SO long for NO reason??? sorry i haven’t felt this heated about a book in SO long but no, this was NOT it.
4 stars 3.5 steamy kisses Book #2 in the Forever series
brothers best friend, childhood crush, best friends sister, elementary school principal heroine, law enforcement hero, cop, small town romance, a touch of romantic suspense, forced proximity, troubled past for hero, slow burn romance
I liked Liam in book #1 but in book #2 (for the most part lol) I loved him. Liv and Liam gotta be wearing some blindfolds if they believe that no one knew how they felt about each other lol. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed going back into this world and reuniting with the other characters as we learn more about Liam's past and then Liv's current problem that force these two to be together more while Liam's past comes back builds a lot of drama that could break their HEA before it even really begins.
Liv and Liam have had feelings for each other since they were children. It is also true that somehow, they never let the other know about how they felt. They are finally forced to face how they feel about each other and decide if a relationship is something that they want to pursue together (they do!). Of course, the road to happily ever after is not going to be easy, but that ending? Oh so sweet!
This book is darker than the first one in this series, be warned if that's something that will bother you. Jennifer really knows how to write an unstable character and also how the characters will deal with the aftermath. I don't want to give too much away, but I gasped and cried at least twice throughout this book. It reads fast because you don't want to put it down.
Oh, wow! This is a book that will keep you guessing on every aspect while leaving you fully entertained. Liv has loved her brother's best friend for what feels like her whole life while Liam is determined to not give into emotions for his best friend's sister. Toss in a stalker and life in a small town, you have an amazing book.
This is the second book in the Forever Series from Jennifer Williams. This is a MF romance where the characters have been in love forever but never acted on it. This book is yet another well written book by the author. It can stand alone but compliments the other books in the series. It has good steamy scenes with a HEA.
When I tell you, this book made me blush. It is no joke. I've read over 500 books in the last year and a half. This was definitely one of my favorites. It had so many kinks, it was hilarious, and had a good bit of drama/angst that didn't make me ball my eyes out. This was so good! Liam is, for sure, a new book boyfriend.
Solid 4 stars. loved it in the end and I get that Jennifer doesn’t like writing slow burns but I mean Liam came out of NOWHERE when he decided to show his feelings. there were just a couple moments where I was like oh we’re just gonna love on from that ?!? anyway excited for the rest of the series still :))
There was room for a great story in here. Sadly it was lost in the bad writing, insane amount of sex scenes, overuse of pet names, immature characters in their mid/late thirties who were supposedly in love with each other their whole lives but ran hot & cold once they finally admitted their feelings, & unnecessary drama with another man when there was already enough going on in the book.
This book is all about how some people have the opportunity to find their better half early. However, sometimes even though it’s feels right, we have to be prepared to take the next step.
Love seeing both characters finally overcame their own respective obstacles and finally be able to together with all force.
It seemed like the book was fast-paced, my guess is that the main characters have known each other for twenty years, so we didn't get the depth of how they meet.
There were little things that kept getting me out of the story, like how much they call each other baby or sweetheart. Also, the kidnapping at the end I feel like could have had more depth.
Live and Liam was a great story about a push and pull love story that was amazing. I fell for both of these characters from the beginning. The way they tried to stop the feelings broke my heart but it was great to see them come together.
This book almost feels like a second chance even though Liam and Liv have never been together! I loved all the cute scenes and spiciness! I which there was less angst but it doesn’t take away from the romance!! Go read this for a guaranteed HEA!
I’m so happy I found this series! I could not get enough of Liv and Liam. I’m so happy they finally got together and Liam worked his way through all the trauma from his childhood. It was such a good story with the happily ever after I love!!
I love the first book, but this one was another thing. It was so sad to know about Liam past, but see him how he could overcome all that shit, spectacular. At the end be with Liv, the love of her life. Super cute. I love it

Awww I loved Liam and Olivia! I wanted to shake Liam on occasion but once he figures it out they were great together. I can’t wait for the next one in the series to be released!
I loved this book and I could not put it down. The plot kept me guessing. It felt so realistic and heartbreaking. I wish I could give Liam a hug. The tension in this one was really good and the spicy scenes 10/10. Once you discovered the extent of their love and how long it spanned this book just got sweeter and sweeter.
I really liked that the slow burn vibes were almost past tense when the story started so it had the angst and feel of a slow burn without having to suffer through it real time. (Don’t get me wrong I love a good slow burn)
After the little hints towards Owen and Harper I can not wait to read their journey next.
Olivia and Liam have a rough go at it. Liam had to be able to grow and learn how to let his horrible past go to be able to be able to fully open himself up to love Liv.
