Attending church every Sunday or claiming to be a person of the cloth, does not make you any more prophetically ordained, or gifted than the average Joe. Being blessed with a spiritual and prophetic gift is a gift from God. Not from a Theologian School. I was born to parents who pimped me out in the name of God. They believed in Bishop and his she devil more than they believed or cared about me. I attended a Mega Church that passed the plate more than they helped the parishioners eat. The Bishop and his First lady were my pimps. They beat me along with others, abused me and others, and made us do ungodly things with the Deacons and some of the flock. They used and manipulated scripture to validate their actions. Marco was a young man from school that I had a lot in common with. I thought I loved him, but my definition of love differed from Webster’s. We also attended the same church yet got taught different lessons. His parents were also members of the same church, yet their devil was on a different level. Come stroll through my pain and try understanding my position. I am spiritual and will never confine God to any religion. I was blind, but now I see. The creator of all things lives within me. New devil on every level… I am now armed and equipped and have no fear. Father this is your fight, I’ll be over here… STANDING ON YOUR WORD
This book will have your mouth wide open in stock with every page turned. The author did an amazing job writing this book. I can’t wait to read part 2.
People often turn a blind eye to evil being done to other's, when they feel or and believe that their own comfort will be compromised. Their are usually signs of molestation I also believe some people just fear stirring the pot because then their dish will be meatless. So they allow it as long as they don't actually see the physical act they still have some sort of denial.
First off I love the chapter font used in this story. It stands out. This was a very intriguing introduction to a world full of heartless, ruthless people. Sadly, this was a relatable story which made for an excellent read. I am invested in this story and highly recommend.
I so loved this book. It goes to show you that not everybody that says Thank you Lord is actually thanking the Lord. Using the Lord and his Holy temple to make some money ain't right. Even the preacher is a sinner. Not everybody is ordained by God. Your family always be the first to betray, rather than friends.
I simply couldn't endure Kenna's suffering and almost returned this book after a few chapters. Glad I didn't! Despite the soulless, sinful people in her life - including her parents - this young lady built an amazing relationship with God. Her prayers and faith enabled her to discern evil, recognize God's voice and trust in Him to see her through. Most of us can't get that strong because we don't put in the work. I am impressed with this episode and can't wait to read the sequels.
Someone recommended this book to us readers. The title alone had me reading until the very end. I can’t wait for the next part. Kennna has the shield of GOD by her side; all she has to do is keep trusting him.
Wow what a drama and suspenseful story. Kenna had a rough life because of her greedy parent who never know how to put that bishop in his place . He allowed the Bishop and First Lady to prostitute their daughter even in his own home . This is a rough story. what a wild church . lest see what book 2 will do to these creep call man of the cloth.
It is wrong to leave a reader hanging like that….. who does that? Now iHAVE TO read the next one. Wow, very easy, yet difficult read. To know that our next generation is experiencing abuse, by people we are to trust, but they are abusing the name and word of God.
All I can say is “Wow” when you read about crimes like this it makes you stop and see how blessed you are to not have to live a life like this!it seemed as every where she turned the devil was there! On to part two!
This young lady had to endure so much and only rely on her relationship with God. I will be reading part 2 to see what happens to the crooked pastor, bishop, and First Lady :)
I give this book 4 out of 5 stars. This book is full of sadness and bad people, however I did enjoy the book. I’m amazed at how many twists and turns in this one book. I didn’t expect any of this to happen and can’t wait to read part 2. Things definitely can’t end this way.
Omg you left me hanging! This book had me on an emotional rollercoaster that I couldn't get off of. Just when I was happy things were starting to look up. I got blown away. This book is a quick read but really good. I can't wait for part 2
Dudes and Dudettes I'on even know what to say...what the heck is going on in this church..Weird is they're quoting the Bible and being Satan when they're in the church raping kids smh
