Dillion Miller is all in when it came to things that gave her an adrenaline rush. She was known as a risk taker and would try anything once. In fact, after being dared to perform during amateur night at a club, Dillion became obsessed with being on the stage and gave up everything keep that lifestyle.
Abel Ronalds is an all-around successful guy with a dark past and even darker kinks. After meeting Dillion, it was clear that she was the missing puzzle to his best fantasy, but would she take him up on his offer? Not many would, but after their instant connection— he had to at least try...
Plus One was steamy and a really interesting story. Dillion is a dancer who is really ahout her money. When she comes across Abel & is befriended by Neyla her world gets turned upside down. I have limited experiences with a poly storyline but I thought this was good. I liked Dillion & Abe. At times Neyla was a bit overwhelming but I think her thing was to not get heartbroken again. I think the pace of the story was pretty good, but it did drag a little at times. The ending was cute. I’d recommend.
I loved this! It was filthy, entertaining, and informational. It helped me understand poly relationships a little more (I love learning new things).
This was so much more than what I expected and I am so glad to have read it. I decided to give this a try after the author suggested it to me on tiktok. I enjoyed the flow of the story. It wasn’t too slow or too fast. I loved how Abel and Neyla were slowly introducing Dillion to a new life without making her feel rushed.
The only thing I wished for was some background on Neyla. She is actively in the story, but I felt like her personal story was pushed to the side. I would also have wanted to get into Abel’s and Neyla’s marriage background.
I have been following Tanon since her Wattpad days. I already read the story there but this version is all that i thought it would be!! Abe, Dill, and Ney are hands down my favorite storyline. It was an amazing read and those S3X scenes were amazing (had me ready) lol the story was great and the wrapup was what I needed to see where everyone ended up.
This story follows Dillion, Abel, and Neyla. Dillion a young full of life woman who after an amateur night a lot a strip club decides to make it her profession. Abel is a business man who created his own stock app. Metal is a model and she works as an assistant. Neyla meets Dill at the club where she is at a friend’s bachelorette party. The two develop and friendship stemming from this. Abel meets Dill at the club and is intrigued by her and asked her out. One revelation threatens to end this new relationship before it really can take off.
I loved the flow of the story. I loved how Abel and Neyla talked Dillion through exploring new things. I loved they set rules and tried not to cross boundaries. The relationship growth was top tier. I love Journi. She was the definition of a true friend to Dill and I’m interested in seeing more from her and Bishop story.
This was so much more than I expected. This was 🔥🔥🔥. Tanon you did your thing. You definitely just be came one of my automatic buy authors.

WHEW! This book took me on a wild ride. The characters, plot, and erotica were all fantastic. I made the mistake of reading this while at work one day and couldn’t sit still. I loved how the author illustrated a realistic polyamorous relationship. Showing that they’re not just sex-based and deal with the same issues that occur in monogamous relationships: jealousy, trauma, strained family relationships due to lifestyle choices, etc. The only cons I have are regarding the length and the minimal amount of background we received about some of the characters. Although I would consider this book medium-paced and easy to follow, it could’ve been shortened. It seemed to drag on in some parts. I also don’t feel we got enough information about Neyla’s story. I would’ve liked to read more about her background and see her attempt to have a more active dialogue with her family. I also would’ve liked to read more about the background and development of her and Abel’s relationship. Hopefully, these things will be discussed in the second book. Overall, I enjoyed this steamy read and am looking forward to reading more by this author.
I enjoyed this book thoroughly! Really didn't feel like the MMC wasn't dom enough though! As far as the FMC, she was really on the fence about her decisons and it was really kinda irritating! But nonetheless, the overall book was great to me.
I didn't know what to expect when I opened this book but WHAT A RIDE!!! I'm born and raised in Atlanta so I love me story about a dancer, especially one like Dillon. She was such a joy. Just a genuinely good person, someone who I'd hang out with and absolutely throw a few dollars at. She deserves. I loved her and Abel from the beginning, they just felt good together. So I was SHOCKED when the poly storyline came about, that was well played!! It was a pleasant surprise. I feel like this was a very accurate description of a polyamorous relationship and I enjoyed that the difficult parts weren't sugar coated. I don't typically read really romantic eroticas, but the balance between the romance and the spice and the kink was *chefs kiss*. The side plots were woven in well and while important they didn't overtake DNA. I'm going to tell you this is a one-handed read, I don't know how yall were reading this at work because when it was going down, IT WAS GOING DOWN. I'm so excited to read whatever else Tanon release, she has a reader for life. This was GREAT!!!
Abel didn’t know what he was doing. He left unwanted marks, overdid punishment, drunk too much and lost control during a scene. He introduced a safe word AFTER she got hurt. He never discussed limits with Dillion and the one time Dillion and Neyla talked about one of her hard NOs, Neyla basically told her that it was better to just accept that it was going to happen regardless… So not the best bdsm but still an enjoyable read.
Dill, Ney, and Abbie work through establishing their relationship on the best way! This book will have you clenching the pages and your thighs!!! Everything Tanon puts out is gold!
Who knew a chance encounter with Abel and Nyela would have Dillion engaged to a different lifestyle? Their relationship got to grow and bring out problems, love and progress that made it all work for them.
This was amazing the storyline was very good. It was never boring. The spice it was amazing even though I felt Nayla and Dillion should been more action and did different things. Other then that book was amazing. 🔥🔥
This is definitely an interesting book with out doubt. I think my biggest issue of gripe is simply the length. This book was long as hell for like no reason too, like in my opinion there is 0 reason this book couldn’t have been under 300 pages, there want that much of a story so it felt like author was adding random things just to stretch the story. The smut was good, communication was good, and I liked their little poly thing. I’m not sure if I’m reading book 2 but it’s fine
To say I was educated, aroused and appreciative of this black erotica is an understatement! Dill, Ney and Abel were the definition of the perfect poly relationship.Apart from all the smut that went on in this book it most definitely shed a beautiful light on the different ways people love.
I'm gonna be honest I have several things that I liked about this book, and several things that I didn't like about this book. First I wanna say I love the idea of a poly book like whether it's 2 males and a female 2 females and a male I don't care. I did like the stripper aspect of it Dylan was a stripper who literally liked what she did she was proud of what she did and she didn't let nobody tell her what she needed to be doing with her life. Her meeting Neyla and Abel Was one way to meet 2 people who were already together.... I definitely caught on in chapter 10 before we even revealed Them knowing each other. I will say I wasn't the biggest fan of the whole third person point of view normally I don't have that heart of a time with it but I struggled reading this in third person not my favorite. I did think that the book could be like shorter because some of the chapters just seemed to drag on. When Tabitha walked in on them Literally lost it... It was nice to see how Dylan's mom was trying to understand and you know she was trying to get back to being closer with her daughter but I feel like some things were like missing with their dynamic I wish we would have gotten a little bit more of why she was so accepting later on. Here's what I do have to say I'm gonna read books too but like I have a feeling that It might p*** me off because I have a feeling it's not going to end how I want it to end… somebody back to create problems… that is just my opinion but I'm about to read it nonetheless... All in all this was a pretty solid book for me my first book I heard and I did like how it was written literally my only pet peeve is the third person POV they didn't make me attach to the characters like I would have if it was written in first person....
First things where they should be: Plus One got five starts from me because it catered to my need for the following: 👌🏾Heavy Pepper (spice!) 👌🏾Take me there (imagery) 👌🏾BDE! (No explanation necessary)
It gave me enough information on how polyamory is supposed to work and how beautiful it could be. I loved the relationship that they shared. That initial airport scene gutted me a bit though but Dillon saved that with the quickness.
A man like Abel should be worshipped: knees bent, forehead to the hardwood floors. Hot damn! That man did things to me! Nebula’s patience… unmatched. I can’t imagine having that kind of restraint with someone I’m attracted to. Hats off to her. And Dillon… babygirl was lucky as hell to be the center of all that attention. Having to call in sick to recuperate… top tier tool. And she deserved that!
Great read that kept me entertained and taught me some things. Will recommend as a spicy read for open minded romance lovers.
Okay so hear me out… if you’re looking for a How To Guide to Polyamorous Relationships, I got what you need! 😂
So our girl Tanon done came out here and gave the peoples a step by step on how an MFF relationship works! At this point I don’t know if I want that or MMF, but what I have found out is you need at least three people to get the party started and to keep it going. 🤷🏾♀️ #joking #notreally
I really enjoyed the situationship between Neyla, Abel and Dillion. I feel like this story definitely could have been told in less pages, but she did not disappoint. Some of it was just drawn out unnecessarily. You’ll definitely learn how to ge a good submissive.
I need to be in a Red Room IMMEDIATELY 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
This was a spicy read with a good amount of kink and BDSM. If you like it hot, definitely go for it.
This is book #1 of a three part series: Plus One | Plus One More | Plus Us
Title: Plus One Author: Tanon Gener: MFF Erotica Pages: 456 Rating: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
This is my first time reading a FMF poly romance book. I don’t think it’s my thing. I honestly didn’t understand the relationship between Dill and Abel. There was no chemistry between them. So when they started to fall in love with each other I was confused. I think Abel’s character was an after thought. And that combined with him being a Dom (a bad one at that) he just came off as mean. I also didn’t like how sex was something that was used as punishment and something to be fearful of throughout the book.
On another note, I loved Dil and Neys relationship. It seemed like they genuinely loved each other and I was looking forward to reading about their growth. In also like how the author didn’t write this poly romance to be seamless and perfect. She showed the vulnerable side of the characters, they got jealous, kept secrets, held each other accountable etc.
Dillion is a dancer who meets Neyla and Abel on two separate occasions at the club where she works. Then she finds out that their husband and wife and they want her to join their relationship. Dillion is unsure about polyamory but she can't fight the way she feels about Abel. Will she give it a try?
This was a very romantic lane into polyamory and I appreciated it. It was also erotic and very sexy, but there was an underlayer of sweetness and angst. The anticipation of Dillion and Abel, Dillion's work to get comfortable with being in a throuple, opening herself to Neyla and letting that relationship bloom, and the ultimate feeling of them being... a family. That was very well done, I thought. The topic was delicate and even showed some of the darkness and the way it can swirl out of control. The jealousy, the overwhelming feeling of the a new dominant/ submissive relationship, the way they all had to open themselves fully to love and lust. I liked that as well. It was a 360 view that didn't shield you, but still felt gentle in a way. Dillion is the sexy dancer I always wanted to be, and Neyla was so eager and cute. Abel was the perfect dominant partner for them both, but he was still vulnerable and completely besotted with them both. I loved to see that. I also loved that he had enough dick for both of them, lol. I liked that Neyla and Dillion's relationship was a little clumsy. Made it cuter, felt more real. This was a great book. The sex was inviting and scorching hot. You wanted to be in the room with them. The eroticism took you places, but didn't distract. It was a natural progression of their love.
3.5 I love how Tanon always gives you a real life romance condensed into book time and speed. This was such an enjoyable read. I loved getting to see the highs and lows, the growth and the change. I think she did an amazing job handling the dynamics of polyamory and Dill’s personal growth. I just would have liked a little more care with the D/s dynamic. It was written like because she agreed to be in a triad that she also agreed to be a Sub and that clearly wasn’t the case. Outside of that and them never addressing on page/at the table her feelings on it I thoroughly enjoyed this read.
I wasn’t quite sure where this book was going to lead me. But I definitely did not lead me in the wrong direction. I loved every minute. Dillion was in control of Dillion. She proved that she could be submissive but she had lines she wasn’t going to cross and I loved that. I also loved the dynamics she added to the relationship. Thank you for showing that Black men can go to therapy.
I love a good spicy novel! Ms. Tanon did not disappoint! She explored the world of polyamory with Dillon, Neyla and Abel and baby…Ms Tanon has me wishing I was apart of the gang! She told this story so well and the spice was everything I didn’t know I needed. I’m so happy there is a 2nd installment and can’t wait to dive into it. I highly recommend this book if you’re looking for a really good read!
I never knew I’d enjoy a poly story but here I was hanging on every word. I love Dill and Journi’s friendship and dedication to each other and I’m happy they both found love. Abbie was trying Dill but I’m so glad he stopped and really reflected. I think while Abbie and Ney loved each other that dill was something new and exciting for each of them but I’m glad they worked together and got through it! 🤎🤎 pop yo shit Tanon!
Had to DNF at 27%.. The lying or intentional omission of Abel and Neyla being married killed the entire book for me. I genuinely didn’t care about anything else that came after that. There were so many ways to write a polyam romance and I genuinely believe this was the worse way to do it. The writing was great but the slow pace was off putting.
Edit: I went back and reread this. after giving it a second shot, I do believe that this was a good book. I just had to get over what triggered me. I do appreciate the relationship between the three characters and I am glad I picked it up. The lie was intentional after talking with the author and I see where she was going with it.
This was a good little book . Now I’m not one for the poly love but I love how the story line too place. I wish the start of the wild love started on a different note but I fill that this played into some real life events . I had an ex that expressed his interest and I shut it down completely. But I love how the author played it out and gave soooooooo many lovely details 🥰🥰 I finished the series in a weekend just because I had to see how it played out !!
Tanon left no crumbs when she wrote this book. What can I say unpredictable, no limits, equality, acceptance, accountability, & communication. She executed this book perfectly!!! I had so many ways how this could end (I'm so glad it didn't end how I thought it would lol). Looking forward to DNA's journey! Cant wait for Plus One More.
