Naoki Yamamoto ( 山本直樹 Yamamoto Naoki) is a male Japanese manga artist. In his early years, he also used a pen name Tou Moriyama (森山 塔?) as well as Mori Touyama (塔山 森?) for his adult-oriented works, but nowadays he no longer uses it.

This is incomprehensible pornography. It’s pretty much impossible to work out what’s going on from panel to panel, and which bits are the main characters actually having sex, or hallucinating, or both. Also, some very odd fetishes in there that sometimes aren’t real and because it’s Japanese, various bits are / aren’t greyed out, or it’s the art style that’s knocked everything into a different focus, or all of these things. All very confusing.
