I think this ASL dictionary is pretty well done with expressions in alphabetical order and references where to find other similar or oppositional expressions in the book. The descriptions are very good as well, along with a picture for each expression. Personally, I think I'd get more out of watching a video, though. I'd like to see exactly how it's done or I'd feel unsure if I'm doing it right, but maybe that's just because I'm absolutely inexperienced.
