My Rockstar ex-husband left me a parting gift after our divorce, a bun in the oven. And he just doesn’t know it yet.
I’ve loved him since I was 16. And he loved me, until he didn’t.
All I ever wanted was for him to pick me over the music, the fans, and the partying. He picked music.
What I thought were symptoms of heartbreak turned out to be much more. Now I’m pregnant with my ex-husband’s child and I can’t let him know. He’d never choose us over the Rockstar lifestyle.
Just my luck when his band’s tour brings him back to town my baby bump is on full display. So, I did what any girl would. I lied and told him it wasn’t his.
I know better to fall for him again. But every time I see his piercing blue eyes and tattooed, muscular body, my heart begs me to reach out.
I can’t risk the chance of rejection again for me….or our child.
I just hate Rock star love stories. There are always groupies and alcohol and partying and the wife's are never there. He did the same thing. i just hated that. He said that he hadn't been with anyone over the eight months of separation but then at the end, he tells his friends he came close several times but it didn't feel right, so he did try. That annoyed me. But her lying to him about whose baby it was did more than that! It just made me angry. I didn't like the book all that much either. But I don't like rock star books so that is just my personal opinion. He did really love her and he worked hard to get her back. I liked the writing so I will read this author again but hopefully no rock stars.
I just couldn't seem to like the characters, and gave up half way through the book. But Booksprout won't let me withdraw without punishment so I'm forced to leave a review anyway. The author told me to take this review down because it wasn't a 4 or 5 star review, so be cautious of reviews by her.

Harley & Axel used to be each other's everything, high school sweethearts, they were supposed to be together forever. Unfortunately, once Axel's band makes it big... he takes on the rock and roll lifestyle and neglects the one person who he promised would always be his #1. Harley struggles throughout their marriage, taking the 2nd place slot... Axel breaks his promises, comes home late... even when she begs for him to come home to her after a gig.. He tells her he has to go to these after parties to promote his band. Harley, deals with rumors of other women, his endless late nights... till one day she's had enough and files for a divorce. Axel gives her what she wants without a fight, thinking that this is what she truly wants... even though its tearing him apart. Harley finds out she's pregnant, and decides not to tell him.
It's been 5 months since Axel's had any contact with Harley, he's back in their hometown. He's still dealing with the failure of his marriage and missing his ex-wife, refusing to stay in their home.. he finds a duplex to rent, hoping to be able to relax and focus on his music; until, he finds out who's renting the unit next to his.
Harley is standing next to his realtor friend, "7" months pregnant... He immediately thinks that there's someone else in Harley's life, and the jealousy and anger hits him hard. He agrees to stay at the duplex, just to spite Harley... and Harley tries her best to live under the new circumstance, while hiding her secret that she's actually 8 months pregnant with his baby. Every day, it gets harder for both of them to keep their true feelings for each other... Axel just wants Harley back, and he does pull some stupid stunts just to get a rise out of her with another woman.. and it does work; but, it's not like Harley lets him get away with it... she pulled her own and planted a few jealousy seeds for him. There was a constant push and pull... should I or shouldn't I... But, no matter what, the love they have for each other is present..
For the most part, I liked the book. I was a little irritated with the OW... because, she was obviously playing some game and Axel was allowing it. It's just that, for the amount of torture he claims he's going through.. One would think he'd be smarter in his actions if he truly wanted Harley back. Harley & Axel are definitely crazy for each other... He just lost track of what and who is really important, and Harley just needed to feel like she still meant everything to him. It was more than miscommunication... it was about reminding oneself why this is the person you chose is the first place, and why you both chose forever. The HEA was sweet and cute... I'd definitely read more from this author again.

2.5— childhood sweethearts divorce after over 5 years of marriage. She gets pregnant at their last hurrah. 8 months later he’s back from tour and moves Into the duplex next to hers. He can’t figure out the babies his because she tells him she’s 7 months instead of 8 months. They both are celibate during separation. I really never figured out why they divorced in the first place except that she felt music came before her.
Audiobook version. If I had anything else on my to listen list I would’ve quit listening to this. This is the most toxic relationship I have ever had the misfortune of calling a “romance” novel. The FMC is immature and super toxic. She tested her husband with divorce papers. He gave it to her to make her happy and then she gets mad about it? What a horrible story line.
I couldn’t stop reading this. It was not a perfect book: the writing was a little clunky in parts, Harley’s decisions were poorly justified and made little sense to me, I didn’t like the pervasive jealousy and possessiveness that ran through the book from both Harley and Axel that seemed quite unhealthy.
But as I said, I just wanted to carry on reading it and I ploughed through it in a couple of hours. It was fun, I was entertained a lot whilst reading it, and there was an angsty side to it that I enjoyed. The drama was completely over-the-top, at times repetitive, yet I was completely drawn into it.
It’s more one of those books I liked less the more I reflected on it. Still, it achieved what I wanted from it - a light, quick read that kept me entertained. I probably won’t be reading much more from this author for the reasons given in the first paragraph of this review, but I can’t deny I didn’t have fun whilst reading it.
Axel was at the beginning of his band trying to make it when he and Harley were inseparable. Years of Harley being second thought in everything Axel did brought her to her breaking point. Now divorced from the man she loved and she didn’t think he loved her enough to put her first did the unthinkable…he moved in next door to her.
If you thought that wasn’t bad enough there has been something that she has not told Axel about and now she leads him to believe something totally different.
It was a book of love, struggles and misunderstandings that made it a big page turner for me.
Divorced, and then eight months later thrown back together with a big surprise. As far as second chance romances go, this one followed the generic script. It was quite lack luster on multiple levels. A generic plot, generic problems, then get back together and everything is going just fine. The best part of the story was that it did flow smoothly along. Events seamlessly flowed into the next and kept the pace wonderfully. The worst part was the characters. Axel and Harley. The characters went from the point of having issues to deal with to the fact that both severely needed professional help that was in no way acknowledged. This issue with both characters took over the whole theme of the book. This killed the storyline on multiple levels. I received and advanced copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
These characters are so good! The love and hate they have for each other can be felt with each word that is written. There is so much pain and sadness throughout this book. There is also so much lack of trust. Axel and Harley have hurt each other, but their love is forever. I love that sentiment. I recommend this book. Told in dual POV.
Really good. I believe in their love. That he remained celibate during their separation as a rockstar was so awesome. I didn’t like the way he flirts with other girls. Or all the time he spent with Sophie. I don’t like that harley withheld her pregnancy from him. In the beginning I kind of got it but as they saw each other more it became frustrating. I’m so glad we didn’t see his disregard for her and the way he treated her and her love while on tour and were just told about it. I may not have been so forgiving of him had I had to go through it. Honestly towards the end I felt like Jazz kept them together. I hate that they never talked about what broke them up and pretend it never happened. I feel like when he tours it’ll happen again. But hey, at least he’s faithful, right?

The miscommunication here was very heavy. It created tension which was great & drove the plot. The spice factor was great, honestly I felt both our MCs were pretty toxic but I LOVEDDDD it. It made the resolution at the end so worth it.
I've had this book in my KU account for a while. I think it popped up on Amazon maybe as a book to read. And I finally get around to reading it, only to be very disappointed.
Pretty much from the beginning, I didn't care for it. I don't even know what the synopsis said so I don't know how much of this is spoilers versus just my thoughts on the story.
Harley was hiding her pregnancy origin from the get go and Axel kept coming back to her showing her he still loved her and wanted her back regardless of the fact that she was pregnant "with another man's baby". But she was too what? Young? Dumb? Naive? To think he really loved her? Seriously. He did nothing to ever make her think he was not faithful. And she never bothered to actually vocalize anything throughout their marriage to let him know how she was feeling and what she was thinking based on the way her father acted and cheated on her mother. News flash. Men are not mind readers. He had no idea what was wrong when she gave him divorce papers, just that she wanted a divorce and didn't want to be with him anymore and he only wanted to do whatever she wanted and to make her happy so he divorced her. Jokes on her, because her cry for attention took away 9 months of their lives together. Together. And then in the process she lied about the baby and he actually bought it. Seriously? None of it was realistic.
I get some of her concerns, but overall, the whole book was just joke. I didn't read the first book, because I couldn't find it included in Kindle unlimited and I've never read this author and didn't want to pay for a book just to read the first story in it. But after this book, and my dislike for the characters overall, I'm not sure that I will read another book by her anytime soon.
It was beyond wrong for her to keep that secret from Axel and lead him to believe she was with somebody else and was having a baby with somebody else. He had the right to know he was going to be a dad all along. Not just at the end as she's going into labor. And then her "woe is me" after returning home when the man has done nothing but tell her over and over and over and over and over (enough overs?) again, that he wants her back. Baby that's not his and all. So yes, the baby is his. Of course he's going to want them both and of course he's going to be mad. Good grief. Sigh.
Well...that was very anticlimactic and extremely disappointing. And it had such great promise, too. The angst was real good, but then the constant push/pull from Harley was giving me whiplash, so that steadily took some of the enjoyment away.
Then there was the subtle revelation that Harley (h) had served Axel (H) with divorce papers "AS A TEST"! What kind of manipulative person does that?! She kept repeating in her narration how he never compromised on coming home after a concert to spend time with her instead of his fans, but by the way he reacts to her saying that, it came across like she'd never even addressed that problem to his face beforehand. Considering the fact that she was testing him with divorce papers, I shouldn't be surprised that she never tried to really talk things out, but I still felt incredulous when I read that. Harley was trying to come across as the bigger person, saying she could look after herself and her baby with minimal outside help, but she really came across as an immature, indecisive brat. I'm honestly confused about what Axel saw in her.
Another big problem for me was the very abrupt shift at the end. The whole book was full of high emotions and drama, and then there was more angst right after the baby was born, but nothing came of it. Nothing was addressed on-page, nothing was really talked about on-page, and there was no reconciliation whatsoever. It jumped from a very shaky truce because of the drama with the birth of their baby, to them being re-married and all good. I don't get it. There was a brief mention of them coming to an agreement that in order for their relationship to work, the OW and the OM that each were jealous of had to get out of the picture. But that's about it for the reconciliation. After all that, there was still no discussion about him putting her first and making compromises; they just jumped to an HEA that came out of nowhere and did not feel truly earned after everything they went through. If an author puts a reader through all the inner turmoil of a character, there HAS to be some on-page resolution by the end. You can't just jump into the happy ending with the bare minimum of explanations and expect it to read well.
I'm giving this 2 stars for "just ok" because I loved the angst and I couldn't put the book down; otherwise it would've been 1 star only.
The heroine plays way too many mind games. You like the guy but you don't know if he is willing to sacrifice for you. Okay, I get it, but stop sleeping with him and them kicking him out! That drives the hero to drink....wayy too much. HE needs to keep it together!... not impressed by him either.... It's as if she's searching for some "key words or phrases" before she would mark it correct on the test he's taking. Pretty juvenile, if you ask me.
I still don't understand what there is to like about the heroine that would make him lose his sanity. They have NO chemistry. She lost touch with her best friend after her best friend got her a pregnancy test.....why? It was never explained... the heroine didn't reach out until she needed her best friend for emotional support!... whay kind of a best friend is this?? The heroine also kept accepting rides from a guy at work even though she knew he had feelings for her... just to make the hero think there is something going on. Every little thing she cried and called her mom for despite not really getting along with her parents (actually i'm not sure that is going on there.....She sounded like she has a good relationship with them, because you wouldn't call your parents when you're distressed and ask if you could stay with them for a bit if you didn't, right?..... but later on in the book she claims that her dad had an affair in the past and because of that she had some trust issues...really??....way to blame your psycho tendencies issues on the parents! Take some responsibility for your own mental issues!.... I don't get the "independent vibe' that she's supposedly had....
Besides that, the math seems off. In the beginning of the book it was noted that she was exactly 8 months, 2 weeks and 17 hours pregnant.....and yet at an ultrasound later in the book, it mentioned that she had 1 month left.... then that would make her lie to the hero true (that she was 7 months pregnant)!... Besides, too much went on for just 2 weeks left in the preganancy to happen even before the ultrasound took place.
It was sloppily written, with a strong dose of victim mentality... I wouldn't recommend it.
Callie Stevens has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Harley and Alex. Harley and Alex had been married until she felt like she was not important to him anymore so she asked for a divorce. They have been divorced for a little over 8 months when he rents the apartment next to her. She is not happy he is there. She is pregnant with his child and he doesn't know about the baby. He gets upset about her being pregnant. He asked her how far along was she and she told him 7 months but she is really 8 months. She doesn't want him to know because she can't go through the same thing as before. She is not going to let her child go through what she did. Somehow they end up sleeping together and when she wakes up, she is upset it happened. She tells him that he has to leave. Harley and Alex go back and forth until her father gets in the middle of things. Alex thinks that Harley put him up to what he does so he moves out. Harley was going to tell him about the baby but with the way he wouldn't even listen to her, she decides he doesn't need to know. Alex talks to his bandmates and they tell him some things and also that he needs to talk to Harley. He is taken over to Harley's apartment. He knocks on her door and when she answered, she asked him what he was doing there. They end up talking and he lets her know how he feels. Something happens to Harley and he has to rush her to the hospital. Before she passed out, she tells Alex to take care of her because she is yours. Alex calls his bandmates and they all meet him at the hospital for support. Can Harley and Alex work through everything and get back together? This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

The characters are extremely juvenile for their age. The story is incredibly stupid as well… Essentially, it was a drawn out argument (that happened because Harley assumes her husband doesn’t want her) between two people that were divorced and they hook up pretty much constantly as soon as he’s back in town. Their relationship is pretty toxic and they’re toxic for each other. Harley keeps stringing poor Axel along throughout the book and then has a hissy fit because she refuses to open up communication. Axel is an alcoholic who can’t seem to understand boundaries and gives off sexist man vibes.
Then we get to the birth and it was really stupid. First off… I’ve never heard of a baby leaving the hospital so soon after birth. Secondly, they don’t usually discharge the baby and keep the mother. Thirdly, even if they DID do all of that… what in the HELL is wrong with them? Taking a newborn from its mother to “get to know her” is horrendous! No flipping way is this happening in real life, and if it is, I’m disgusted. The first couple of weeks after having a child is extremely emotional and hard for the mother/birth giver. Having your baby taken away to “go home” so the mom can rest and heal is seriously putting the mother at risk of not connecting to the child and going into depression at the very least. Hospitals will usually try to keep mom and baby together unless the baby is being put up for adoption or other different circumstances. This whole part of this book is just so ridiculous and it pisses me off.
I skimmed almost the entire book because it was repetitive and childish. I only read as much as I did because I was curious how she would tell him and how he would take the news.
This story is about a man who gets his dream in the Rockstar world. Before his dream is solidified he gives his heart to a special woman. They begin life working together, but along the way to his dream, his heart gets left behind a bit in the shadows. Axel is a great rockstar and works very hard to make his dream become reality for himself and his other band members. His heart belongs to Harley, but somewhere along the way she feels left behind and not important anymore. So she pulls back and makes the decision to separate, but life has other plans for the two of them.
Harley finds herself pregnant, but doesn't think that Axel will give up the rockstar lifestyle for her and the baby, so she chooses to break things off between them and not tell him otherwise. Axel can't live without her, but never seems to be able to convince her otherwise. Some time apart doesn't help as he spirals out of control missing her and she only sees what she thinks is his inability to commit to her and the baby.
Axel is persistent, but can he get through to Harley how much she and the baby mean to him, once he knows the truth about what Harley has been keeping secret?
This was a great love story that really hits home about working through your troubles and talking about things instead of keeping them to yourself.

This is a rock star story about high school sweethearts who fall in love, then Axel and his band mates hit rock star fame. Harley and Axel get married and live the rockstar/touring life. Axel is a huge flirt with the girls and Harley starts to feel insecure that he his music, band and fans are more important than her. For a few years she struggles with asking him to come to her after a concert instead of partying...Axel always choosing to party instead of her. Harley choses to leave Axel, divorces him, then guess who moves next door 8 months later? Axel gets a surprise at her her pregnant belly, and all their emotional drama unfolds between jealousy, Axel over the baby belonging to someone else, and Harley catching Axel kissing other girls. It's an emotional angst story that has you turning the pages to see how this story unfolds. Will Harley get over her insecurities and Axel come to terms with his flirting and putting the band/music always number 1 before his relationship could hurt someone?
On a personal note I can actually relate to Harley's feelings in this story, I was married to a musician and can see how this can affect a relationship.
I received this as an ARC this is my honest review.
Axel and Harley were high school sweethearts but when Axel bands starts to become popular and he seems to put the band before her she asks for a divorce. She is heartbroken that he signs the papers so easily and he is heartbroken that she asks for a divorce as she is the love of his life and he signs the papers because of this. He devolves into alcohol and the rock star life, she finds out she is pregnant and finds a place on her own to get away from her overbearing parents.
He gets back from the tour and finds a duplex to rent and when he is talking with the realtor his new neighbour to be turns around and it is Harley and she is pregnant. He is devastated but moves in because he wants to find out who the dad is and what happened to them. They go back and forth with each other hot and cold because they both still love each other but have been hurt. The story is them finding their way back to each other and figuring out how to be there for each other with a lot of blocks along the way. It was a nice story. I will be reading more from this author. Steam was great and you could feel their need and pain in the relationship.

Axel is part of a rock band. He and Harley used to be married but about 8 months ago, they got divorced. Harley was tired of coming second to the group and the groupies. Axel has no idea what happened, just that he wanted to give Harley whatever she wanted. The band is off the road for a while, so Axel rents half of a duplex. Imagine his surprise when the tenant in the other duplex is Harley! Not only that, she is very, very pregnant. She lies and tells him that she is only 7 months along. So Axel thinks she moved on almost immediately after their divorce. Harley is hiding a big secret--the baby is Axel's. But she's so afraid of getting hurt again, so she doesn't want to tell him.
I'll be honest, for about the first half of the story, I didn't really care for either of these characters. Not that they are written badly, they just aren't likeable! But they grow on you! And they cannot communicate effectively to save their lives! There are so many misunderstandings in this story, but it shows that these two characters are just so hurt by what has happened and when they finally figure it out, it's beautiful!
This is a love story where high school sweethearts date, marry and divorce without any reason being given. Axel is besides himself and is heartbroken to go on without Harley. Eight months later he’s ready to love into a new place and his neighbor is none other than Haley and she’s very pregnant. When Haley says the baby’s not his he becomes angry, sad and lost that she would be with someone right after they divorced. Axel is a musician in a band that spends time with their to fans after all the shows to build up their fan base and Haley feels as though Axel does not make her his first choice ever. These two can have an undeniable connection that when ever they are near each other fireworks go off and end up together. Axel tries to be there for Haley but Axel gets broken by her constant rejection and he ends up moving out. They go from almost starting over to nothing until life throws Axel for a loop! I enjoyed his this love story ended. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I love rockstar romance books, but am not a huge fan of this one. Alex is a supposed rockstar, one who tours in a tour bus, lost his wife due to after gig parties and jealousy issues with groupies, yet during the book as he’s out & about no one seems to know who he is. He even has to introduce himself to people. Alex and Harley are portrayed as adults, but with the maturity level of 16 year olds. Harley leaves him because she’s prioritized under his gigs, after parties and groupies, yet he doesn’t acknowledge this until 60% into the story. Their friends point out their relationship issues and they’re just like oh yeah and go with it. The characters do not grow/develop throughout the story. Yet, all that said the story line is a good one; I’m pregnant, my husband/ex-husband is the father but I don’t want him to know (protecting the unborn child from an absent father). You just know that this is going to backfire but by the time comes that Alex is in the know, there’s no explosion, a little shock but not what one would think.
Second Chances Axle Jermaine is back from his tour with the Jack & the Spades Rock Band. His life is in a downward tailspin using alcohol to forget that Harley Telman the love of his life since he was sixteen is no longer his wife and part of his life. When his realtor finds him a duplex to move into, he never expects his very pregnant ex-wife to be living next door. As much as Harley’s heart breaks at the thought, Axel and her are done. She has her reasons and those have not changed. There is no way a baby is going to change things or make them better. That’s not to say the attraction and love does not still exist between the two, but without trust that means nothing. This is a captivating steamy rockstar romance with ramped up emotions that had me on edge waiting for secrets to come out along with a happy-ever-after. I received an ARC of this book from the author in return for voluntarily writing an honest review.
She’s alway been the love of Axel’s life and then she left him. Now they’re going to be neighbors and he expects sooner or later to meet the father of the baby she’s carrying. Harley has only ever loved Axel but she couldn’t deal with anymore, so they broke up the marriage. Now he’s going to move right next door to her, and after she’s worked so hard at keeping a distance from him and all his friends and family. These two are really crazy about each other but are both really stubborn and childish. Their chemistry is off the charts and every time they get together it’s hot. They’re both jealous of anyone else, yet they love playing up the jealousy. I hated the alcoholic mess Axel was, how can he see clearly, or expect Harley to forgive him for anything?! He makes one bad decision after another. Harley is no better with the stuff in her head, but eventually these two get it together and have a very happy ending. I’m giving this book four stars and recommend it.
Harley and Axel find themselves back in each other's lives months after their sudden divorce. Axel was blindsided by the divorce but when she told him it was what she wanted, he signed the papers knowing he would break his own heart to keep her happy.
On their first meeting since Harley forced him to leave her alone, Axel is reeling when he discovers she is in the last trimester of a pregnancy he knew nothing about. In a bid to protect herself and her heart, Harley lies about the baby’s parentage to keep him distanced from her. The connection between them is still as intense as it was when they first met as teenagers, but old hurts crop up to cause tension between them. Harley continues to pull Axel back in then pushing him away when her doubts start to become too loud to ignore.
What happens when Axel tells her he has had enough of her breaking his heart and walks away? Will Harley realize her mistake and fight for the man she loves?
Accidental Secret Daddy tells the truths about hardships couples endure. Calie Stevens gives strength to her characters. The second book in Callie’s The Spades Brothers is a heartfelt read.
Harley Telman loves Axel Jermaine with all her heart. Her parents' lives gave her insecurities on her own. Harley never wanted to give Axel an alternative. When push comes to shove, Axel chooses his band and rock style life over Harley.
Axel Jermaine thought he found his soul mate with Harley Telman. His wedding day was the happiest day of his life. He never understood her insecurities or decision to file for divorce. He only wanted Harley happy, so he gave in to the divorce. He has regretted it since that day. When he returns to town, he discovers Harley has been keeping secrets. Will he get a chance to rekindle their love?.

The first is Axel and Harley marrying, as proof that their love is forever. After that, many poor choices are made: Axel chose to put his band and fans' interests over those of his wife. Harley chose to bail on their marraige, instead of talking to Axel. Both choices brought them unhappiness.
Now, they're thrown back together. Are they going to be able to make smarter choices when it comes to them having a second chance? Will Harley come clean about being pregnant with Axel's baby? Will they be able to work past their fears?
Really good book! I was totally invested in the characters, and found myself either wanting to smack them, or cheering them on. Total rollercoaster of a ride, which I believe many readers will enjoy. Highly recommend!!.

Axel and Harley were first loves and married but then it all goes wrong. The have one night together and then everything is over and finalised with their divorce. Only he’s gone and she finds out she’s pregnant.
Now 8 months later she has a new neighbour and surprise surprise it’s Axel. He has no idea the baby is his.
Not for me. I don’t usually give 1 star reviews as I can usually find something I liked but I really disliked both characters! She was a judgmental lying prick, he seemed to be an alcoholic and bipolar. For example she was telling him to not have female company as his house… they are divorced. Also lead him to believe the baby was not his (which is a bug bear of mine). He swing from helping her around her house and being kind, to flying off the handle, shouting and slamming doors. It’s like the author tried to throw in her family stuff at the end to excuse her behaviour but they were supposed to adults, not children
Harley and Axel have loved each other since they were teenagers. When he became famous he seemed to choose his fans over his wife. Once their divorce is finalized Axel seems to constantly find himself at the bottom of a bottle. When he goes home after their tour, he finds himself living next door to his ex-wife, only she is eight months pregnant. Harley lies and tells Axel that the baby isn't his, to keep space between them. Although, it doesn't seem to work. Will they be able to find their way back to each other, or go their separate ways.
I liked this book, it was cute. I thought that Harley and Axel both had some issues that never got worked out, but they make each other stronger, separately they are a mess. I think Harley should have stopped lying to Axel sooner, but in the end things worked out.

Harley and Axel are recently divorced. They were high school sweethearts, and his music career gets between them.
Soon after signing divorce papers, she finds out she's pregnant. Harley decides to keep the baby a secret. She feels Axel has put his career ahead of her, and she won't have him doing the same to their baby.
How will he handle the truth once she tells him? Will these two manage to get over the hurt feelings and the lies?
This is my first read written by Callie Stevens. I like Axel emotions that brought him to tears because of their breakup. I understood Harley's concerns regarding her feeling that he was putting his music career ahead of her. I would've like to see them resolve the lack of trust a little sooner and shown the readers how that trust was rebuilt.
