Based on a true story. Hunter was a beautiful, vibrant, little girl who was experiencing life to the fullest. At the tender age of three she is suddenly struck with severe seizures and losing all of her motor skills. Struggling to find her the help she needed, it took 18 months to receive a diagnosis of Late Infantile Batten Disease. This book shares from a mothers experiences about living with a terminally ill child. It depicts a small glimpse of what took place as she faced the terminal diagnosis and how she was able to find hope in the journey.
This is truly a heartfelt book. I was smiling, and crying! I can’t imagine the things you would go through! But the strength that is shown is amazing! I highly recommend this book!
The faith, love and determination of this family is amazing. I would recommend this book for anyone losing or has lost a loved one through illness. Trichelle and Jacob, you are inspiring.
