Alex Brueckmann et al. get to the nitty-gritty of it all. Each contributor provides concrete strategies for how to thrive while building a business, and how to maintain it. It’s a heavy book (literally), but the content is light and digestible even for aspiring entrepreneurs and those new to management. Those looking to realign their current business strategies and values will find that each of Brueckmann’s 11 Secrets is sure to fuel their engine. Each chapter remains relevant, coming out at the utmost unpredictable of times; this book emerges from a world having faced Covid-19, the Great Resignation, Russia's War in Ukraine, and economic upheaval. We've all heard stories of people "getting lucky" in business, but Brueckmann provides inspiring outlines for how to succeed without leaving it up to chance. This book is refreshing as it helps readers carve their own path on how to be an exceptional leader, how to mitigate conflict, and how to navigate a fulfilling career.
