When you make your living on the open road fighting monsters, love is barely in the rearview mirror.
With family lore and urban legends as their guide, hunters track banshees through bogs, exorcise demons, and try to find the best dry cleaner to get pixie dust out of their favorite jacket.
Finding out you’re fated to fall in love with the monsters you’re meant to destroy is just adding insult to injury. Falling in love with your best friend who’s also a monster hunter is almost as bad, and that incident with the cursed object and the succubus doesn’t even bear mentioning.
Follow these hunters in this action packed anthology filled with your favorite authors as they defend humanity from creatures that go bump in the night and find love along the way.

So...I feel a little bad. I read two stories in here toward the end of the anthology and barely remember them now and I can't find it on Amazon anymore. Which means they must not have been that memorable.
Take that how you want LOL. So I am 3-staring this for this reason. It wasn't a 4 star but I don't think it was a 2 star.
Heck yes! Revenge of the Bone Witch is the introduction to Kerry's new series. A sassy and confident female lead who can kickass. Check. A ride-or-die bestie. Check. A smart-alec talking animal. Check. Also, there was all kinds of crazy and a fair amount of danger. Revenge of the Bone Witch had all of that plus Kerry's typical humour. I loved it. I couldn't get enough.
As is above, so it is below. Okay, not technically correct but it sounds cool. Kerry's first series was Purgatory Prep (and I'm loving the crap out of that series) a supernatural world with a strong MFC, hot guys, and tons of problems, that takes place in, you got it, Purgatory. Well, Kerry has extended that universe and we get to see Earth's side of things by focusing on the Reapers, which are supernatural cops who can deport the supernatural back to Purgatory. I loved all the Easter eggs Kerry gave us, obviously connecting the two series. Kerry said there's gonna be crossover and I'm looking forward to it. As of right now, Rave is kinda doing her own thing but I think this may be a why-choose, I certainly hope so. No matter what it's a win for me.
Revenge of the Bone Witch was just a taste and now I want more. I can't wait to see how Ravena solves her little problem and see what else the Reaper gets up to in the N.I.T.R.A series.
This review is just for the story The Curse Of Helhaven by Heather D Glidewell Lucas Graves is a second generation monster hunter and empath. He has become popular thanks to a ghost writer and the fictional account of his monster catching adventures written by Marayan she has not only written about his adventures for the past 10 years but they’ve also been dating on and off the entire time so when she gets invited to hell Hayden A family and town steeped in mystery, murders, legend in ghosts that’s not accessible to the public she wants Lucas to go with her. What she doesn’t know is when Lucas was a teenager he fell hard and fast for Helena Hill Hayden and since time has passed he doesn’t even know if he could trust her something Lucas his dad and his dad‘s peers warn him about. Will they be safe and if not will be at least live to talk about it? I love when a book is way better than I thought it was going to be and that is definitely this book. I love books where people live among vampires shape shifters ET see if that was totally the vibe of this book I thought Lucas seemed like such a great character to route four as well as his ghost riding girlfriend it was just a great book all around if you love sci-fi mystery with a lot of paranormal involved then you’ll definitely enjoy the spot. Please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.

It is a fun, exciting, diverse blend of stories that kept me turning the pages to see what happens next. Highly recommend. Loved it
This little novella was a satisfying read. I felt as though the theme of ghosts and monsters was presented in just the right way, with just the right balance of spookiness and fun. The characters were fun and likeable too. I think this is the type of book that would definitely have sparked my interest as a teenager, so I think that teens and young adults in particular would really like this.

“Hi, my name is Alysia… when I’m not hunting, I’m running a homemaker blog, where I secretly explain how to remove monster guts from your favourite blouse or bow to keep redcaps out of your carrot patch” This is giving me serious Mrs Weasley vibes!
The pirate puns - OMD I am dead!
This was such a good read! I’ve been in Such a slump of late with no inclination to read but this was so good.
I love this short story to start a lovely series to be. Sophia Cole is an amazing story teller and will catch you just to drag you along into the world she created.
