Rise & Shine, Busy Bugs: A-Move-Along-Bead Book

Moveable beads -- a staple in every nursery -- are ingeniously incorporated into a charming board book to create Move-Along Bead Books. On each spread, the reader is instructed to move one or more beads to the opposite side of the plastic hoop to reinforce early development skills, such as eye-hand coordination, visual tracking, and object identification. The plastic hoop is securely embedded into the back of the book and meets all safety requirements. Babies will love moving the large beads all by themselves as they "read" the story. In Rise & Shine, Busy Bugs it's morning and the bugs are ready to play. Kids read the delightful rhymes and follow along by moving the bead that matches the bug in each picture. The fun of the story is diminished by the annoying toys. Because they're on a hard ring, you can't move them in the ways described by the book. Our full review is on the Reading Tub.

Read this to the babies this morning. Emmie had asked me to and it didn't take long to read. Very cute story and they loved the beads. This book was originally Hannah's when she was a baby.
