So Many Emotions

Nitro is one of the members of the Underground Vengeance MC and he and his brothers have found their mission in life and that is saving men, women and children who need saving. This stems from everything the guys had been through themselves which has made them into the men they are today.

When Holly knows it’s time to leave her abusive husband its Nitro who wants to help her. They bond immediately and both are trying to overcome their pasts which in actuality would break most people. Their stories were heartbreaking which made the bond they had even sweeter.

Now that I’ve found this author I’m going to go back and read the first book in this series and I can’t see what comes next in Matrix.

This is a great MC book with a very interesting plot. Nitro is the alpha hero of the book but also has his own trauma. This doesn’t stop him from being an absolute sweetheart. Holly is someone whose marriage to a doctor is steeped in DV and she is looking to escape him permanently. Together, Nitro and Holly balance each other perfectly and they race to escape their traumatic pasts. See what the future holds for these two people who deserve so much more in life.

This book was...interesting. The plot background where the club is a group of men desperately hurt when they were kids who're now grown up and have special abilities created during their time in captivity. The premise was interesting, but the romance fell flat. I would love to read more books in the series, however.

Liv Brywood has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Holly and Nitro. Holly is married to Jeff but she is not in a good place with him. She has filled out divorce papers and Jeff has found them. He gets mad and beats her. Nitro has a gift and he feels Holly pain. He is the VP of the Undergroun Vengeance MC and he gets some of the guys to go with him to Holly's house. He rescues Holly and takes her back to the clubhouse to his room. Nitro calls the doctor to come over to check Holly out to make sure she doesn't need to go to the hospital. Nitro stays with Holly through the night. He finds out a lot of things about Holly's life with Jeff. When Scar, the MC president called church the next morning, they talk about Holly and Jeff. Nitro tells them what he learned about Jeff and what he had done to Holly. Matrix goes to dig into Jeff to find out the answers he needs for the paperwork that they need to file. Nitro and the guys know that Jeff will come back for Holly and they keep looking for him. Nitro wants Holly but he doesn't do anything about it since she is still married to Jeff. He spoils Holly with the way he treats her. Holly has a problem with Chrystal, one of the girls at the clubhouse. She wants Nitro and tells Holly that she and Nitro have been together. Holly backs off from Nitro and he wants to know why. She tells him that she knows that he has been with Crystal. Nitro tells her that he has never been with Crystal and has no plan to be with her. Crystal and Holly get into it one day and Holly takes Crystal down. At this point, Scar tells Crystal to leave the clubhouse and not to come back. Holly becomes friends with the other ladies at the clubhouse. They go to the farmers market and when she goes to get some things, Jeff is there and he takes her. She knows that this is it and he will kill her now. Nitro feels something is wrong with Holly after Scar gets a call to tell him that Holly is missing. Nitro gets the guys to go with him to find Holly.
Will Nitro be in time to save Holly from Jeff?
Will Holly and Nitro finally get together for good?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the second book in an amazing MC series. These men have been through so much and they are fighting everyday to overcome the atrocities that were done to them as children. In this book we meet Nitro and Holly. Nitro has always played with death by doing dangerous and unpredictable things like base jumping, driving fast in his bike, shark diving, etc. That has been his outlet for these pent up emotions running through him and they’ve always worked. The only person who seems to calm him is Holly but she not available. She is married and even though her marriage is awful he won’t pursue her until she’s free. Holly trusts Nitro and he has always treated her with respect and kindness. She knows her marriage is horrible but she’s been too scared to do anything about. But when her husband goes to far and she’s broken and bruised she knows she has to walk away. Nitro and the MC are right there to help her and she couldn’t be more grateful for all their help.

She has been attracted to Nitro since the first time they met at the bar but now that she is finally free she wants nothing more than to be with him! However, there is so much stuff going on from their past and her crazy husband that she’s worried she may never be free to love Nitro like she wants too!

This is an intense and emotional story. Nitro struggles daily but Holly definitely grounds him and watching them grow together and finding their own path is beautiful. This series deals with a lot of dark and emotional issues so be prepared because these amazing men will do anything for the people they love but their past is filled with horrible events that may be hard to read. However, this book is also filled with so much love, devotion, and joy that you will not be disappointed. Happy Reading!!!

This book is dark, but it’s very good. The story is engaging and the characters are intriguing. The Hero and heroine are likable and they have insane chemistry. The love scenes are super hot! I enjoyed the paranormal aspects as well; they were subtle and not enough to change this from MC Romance to Paranormal Romance. I really liked this book and am looking forward to the next one in the series. Highly recommended if you like dark, hot romance.

I love Motorcycle books and I love smut but this book was not it for me. The writing to me was very juvenile while at the same time being over the top. There was a lot of grammar mistakes as well. It was insta love and no real slow burn or period where the main characters meet and like each other for a little while. It just jumped right into it even though they both have a boat load of trauma. It was just all over the place tbh. I wanted to love this book but I just didn’t.

I loved the idea of it, a motorcycle club that rescues women, men, and children from abuse and two characters find each other and love each other despite their trauma. But it was just poorly executed. It would have been a DNF but I stuck it out so I could give it an honest review. This book needed to be edited and re-edited again.

I love getting to know this MC family a little better. The storytelling brings us into this world, makes these characters feel so real, and breaks our hearts then puts them back together again. Sexy times abound in between the angst and the gang trying to bring down the overarching baddie. Nitro, the second in charge, opens up and shows the depth of spirit that even bikers can have. Holly has been adopted by the MC and works at the bar. When she needs help Nitro has to be the one to be there for her. The tale twists here and there and then leads into the next biker’s story, but nitro and Holly will bring a big old smile to your face in the end.

This book was an absolute blast!! Nitro is a daredevil, a damaged soul, and intense. Holly is such a kind hearted woman who has suffered mental and physical abuse from her husband. Together they balance one another, give one another a sounding board, and are scorching in the bedroom or wherever!!
Liv is new to me and I couldn’t be happier with this author and her writing. Plot is complex, characters are interesting, and the setting is very cool. Her dialogue is well written and fully develops the characters, their backgrounds, and their story. Nitro and Holly’s sex life in one filthy, kinky, decadent, and super hot: orgasm- fest!! Or feast!!.

A bunch of rugged bikers with special abilities, what a great premise! Nitro, as well as is brothers in the Underground Vengeance MC, have all survived horrible childhoods and find themselves bonded by that and their special abilities. When he meets Holly, she is married to another, but when her husband finds divorce papers she was going to file, he beats her. Nitro senses she needs him and heads to help her. This book is well paced, the characters compelling, great sizzle, steam, action, drama, and more. I look forward to more and this series is available currently to read for free on Kindle Unlimited.

Why do I keep trying. Argh I should just DNF and delete but nooooo, I keep hoping it will get better so I can finish the story….

* Nitro runs off half cocked and our bad guy gets away
* Our heroine is hot and cold, and while understandable with what she went through, it comes across as immature, not nervousness / trepidation
* They are both hot and cold - the back/forward/no/yes volley is giving me a headache……….

* Our hero tells our heroine he hasn’t spelt with any of the sweet butt’s but the next page out Bitch tells the heroine they are sleeping together and she believes the bitch.

Love this series. Characters are well written, storyline is well thought through. The men of this MC are very damaged, their childhoods were terrible. That being said this book has SA triggers so beware. Nitro and Holly are the cutest couple, but Holly has her own troubles. Holly is escaping her horrible marriage with the help of the MC. Her Ex has disappeared into the wind they can’t find him anywhere. Days before her court appearance Holly goes missing and they know he has her! Can they find her in time?.

When Nitro feels the pain of Holly being beaten, he and his MC brothers jump into action. Holly is in an abusive relationship one that she is trying to get out of when her husband attacked her. She is now at the MC club house until they can find her husband but if that isn't enough for the brother's Blackstone bid to become governor looks like it is going to happen. Will the brothers be able to get dirt on Blackstone to keep him from being elected and protect Holly as well. This action-packed story will have you all caught up i the drama from start to finish to see how it all turns out.

Nitro and his brothers suffered through horrific abuse as children. His coping mechanism is whatever brings him the biggest adrenaline rush. He'd love nothing more than for Holly to be his woman, but she's already married. To an abuser. The book is as dark and violent as would be expected with the MC. But these guys are also doing good, paying forward the help they got years ago. I felt like their physical relationship started too soon, especially considering the severity of Holly's injuries. "Nitro" is the second book in the Vengeance Underground series. I have also read the first book "Scar" and i must say I liked that much more than this one.
The plot is good and i was expecting it since book 1 where we were introduced to both characters.
The writing is good, the plot is good but towards the end i found it a little dragging. What i like about the author is that in both books there is no unnecessary drama and stupid misunderstandings to drag through the story.
The steamy scenes are hot and the characters are passionate.
I also like the main story that moves on with the series and i will definitely read it all to see what happens with it.
Matrix's story should be next and i am looking forward to read it.

Nitro is intense and a damaged soul, while Holly is kind-hearted, and has suffered mental and physical abuse at the hands of her ex-husband. This is a well written tragic story, which is dark, raw, gritty, and action packed, with intrigue, vengeance, humor, witty banter, romance, passion, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to a steamy and entertaining page turner.

Warning this book has triggers so be fair warned. Nitro is dark and has a past he is after aid would corrupt someone who so kindhearted. He tries to keep his distance as she is married. This is an emotional story, both characters are victims of abuse. For Nitro it is a struggle almost everyday but there is something about Holly that settles him.

This book was both darkness and light. Unfortunately, the balance didn't hit for me. There's nothing wrong with it, I would just prefer a bit more justice with my darkness.🤷🏻‍♀️

The narrators were ok, again, they didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't feel each character come to life either.

This book was so-so for me. But it may be my mood, not the books fault!🥰

Nitro was horrible and sexually abuse as a child by both his parents and other men. He captured and held captive until he could escape with his fellow brothers. He meets Holly who was physically abuse by her ex-husband and rescued by Nitro. I enjoyed reading about the other characters and their old ladies from the previous series.

Nitro brings out just like the rest of the men the anger on behalf of them. We feel their need for revenge & hope for it. Holly is brave to endure abuse & yet reach out for what she wants. This was a new author for me and she did not disappoint. This book was about justice being served and freedoms restored. Nitro was hot 🔥 and Holly was his perfect match. Charmed by the characters, pulled in by the danger and loved the HEA. Immediately went to find and borrow Scar's story.
