Uninformative and poorly organized....if you're looking for a trouble-shooting book, there are much better ones on the market. The answers provided here are superficial and glib, and the author does not appear to have any particular qualifications or expertise. The book resembles, more than anything, the kinds of questions you'd see on "AskYahoo"....and the answers are about the same quality.

Good book on the basics of common problems. Really good advice on biting which was the reason I borrowed the book. It worked well and the biting has gone down at lot. Other good things also and will use again for other troubles that arise with the puppy.
